I've been using Brownridge for both my personal and business insurance for 10+ years. They are so easy to work with! They make sure I can understand everything clearly, and make sure I get the best possible coverage for what i need. Being locally owned is also a great thing to support! 10/10 would recommend.

We have used this company for years for our auto insurance and have always had great service.
Recently we purchased our home insurance after the frustration of having to try to go over policies by phone, wait times on hold, and lack of continuity with same person.
It was so refreshing to walk in and sit down with someone to go over our needs and explain things in a manner we understood. And she was sooo patient!
I'd recommend this company for all your insurance needs. We need places where we can go in and go over personally the paperwork, having it all made clear to us, no having to keep calling and being put on hold.

Working Brownridge Insurance was easy and simple. They help me get a house insurance and they re assured me with all my worries.

Sean and Yolanda have been absolutely incredible agents for commercial insurance! Sean especially has chomped at the bit to get us a better policy, with a *lower* premium, all within a seemingly impossible deadline. As someone with several years of experience in insurance sales, this type of service is frankly unheard of! Thank you so much!

Went in to get a home insurance quote. Had such a poor start-a woman asked what we needed, we told her, and she said: everyone is in a meeting. We says okay! What does that mean? She says: it means: EVERY. ONE. IS. IN. A MEETING.
Another employee jumped up, apologized and said they would go check how long and see if they could pull someone to help us. (Original miserable woman, throws her pen and goes back to her desk! Wow!)
We were offered water and coffee and everyone was super pleasant after the initial miserable woman.
We then spoke with an agent, who is super nice, super friendly and we were very excited to get it rolling.
We were told it would take up to a week for a quote. I followed up after nine days. Heard back two days later. I was also told we would likely have a home evaluation. Fine, no problem.
Then I was asked to take pictures and send. Fine. Was given the option of text or email. Chose text. Sent those same night. Didn’t hear back. Texted to make sure she received. Didn’t hear back. Phoned and left a message. Heard back the next day via text that she did not receive my texts. Sent again.
That was Wednesday morning. It’s Saturday. I know they aren’t open weekends.
I just don’t understand what’s so complicated? I don’t understand why this is now an over two week process.
I have never had to work so hard to give someone my money.
On a whim, I stopped at another insurance company in the morning and they had me 5 different quotes by 4: 00pm the SAME day. No chasing. No following up.
It’s super disappointing—everyone minus the original crazy woman was so nice and helpful, especially our agent—but maybe she has way too much on her plate, who knows, it’s been a very poor experience.
I have family who uses them, so I will be letting them know.
I would not recommend this place.

Brownridge Insd has been a staple of my life in Prince George. Efficient personnel, Friendly and never assuming. They just go to work. Whether Im inquiring about or buying a policy, they always have the answers. Brownridge will always have my 5 stars!

Amazing service from all staff we've dealt with.
Sean was very thorough and visited our site, which gave us confidence we hadn't experienced before from other insurers.
Mel is also very quick to respond and always friendly.
We have dealt with other staff as well and they have all been friendly and knowledgable. It actually feels like personal service, that we are more than just a number.
