The staff here are so nice, and give such good customer service. I had my birthday dinner here, was looking forward to it because of their drink towers which the party loved. The staff were supper attentive, everyone got great food fast and my guests told me it started the night on such a positive foot for the rest of our night.

The restaurant has little rats and mice running around the place. The kitchen is open as well, does it mean it’s infested with rats or any mices? Also, when we spoke to the waiter, she said, “yes we do have tiny friends running around but they won’t do anything. ”
The girl sitting on the table behind us also complained about it.

Eva the bartender was very personable and fast with her service even though she had quite a few guests. My orders were in fast and I’ll go back because of her!

I've been once, but my children have been here a few times. Happy Hour menu and beer selection is great! I had the Buckeroo cocktail and we shared parmesan yam fries, shoestring fries, a cowboy salad, and chips with guac and salsa. The salsa is house made and so delicious. I'd buy a jar if they sold their salsa. The service is always great at this location.

Alright. I’ll preface this with I tried a few times to deal with this before posting broadly. On March 7th I visited with a friend, we ordered two burgers and three beers. I paid; partly with a $50 gift card and the balance was $50’ish. I tipped and the all in cost was $118.54. It didn’t dawn on me how weirdly expensive that was until the next day. So, because I’m shrewd (read: cheap) I called the restaurant to ask why my bill was so much; I hadn’t looked at my receipt - I blindly paid (my mistake). The manager I spoke with told me my bill was so high because it included a double of bourbon and a double of tequila. Strange because I definitely didn’t order nor do I drink either. He apologized; said it was obviously a mistake and he’d make it right. He took my home address down and said he would mail me a gift card (I don’t live in Vancouver). It’s been 7 weeks and I have followed up weekly, I have left messages for the manager three times and he has never picked up the phone or returned a call. His name is Brandon. I expect a manager to follow through on their offer / commitment. This is disappointing. Summary: check your bill and challenge it if there’s an error ; and if there is an error hold the staff to fixing it to your satisfaction. And no; that doesn’t mean asking for more than you deserve.

Sat at the bar with a menu in front of me for twenty minutes before I left. Server never gave me enough attention to even order food, even though I asked for a food menu.
It wasn’t at all busy. This has happened to me here before. Last time.

Good quality food, a comfort is almost there, service could be a little better, but overall not bad at all

I wandered in here having spent a long night travelling, and I immediatly felt at home. Chloe was immediatly engaging and sooo night, Elisabeth a wise and clever presence, Sophia so relaxed and real and Jenna, well she is so much more than her 24 years.

This is an awesome little joint on Main Street in Vancouver with a generous happy hour menu. Their cocktails are tasty as well, and they actually have towers of drinks (good for groups)!

I was hesitant to go at first because the original place wasn’t the best, but this place is awesome. It’s completely redone, the food is great too. Their fries are seasoned with salt and pepper and are perfectly cooked! Their portions are decent too.

Despite not having too many servers, they are all super attentive, quick, and make sure you always have what you need. I can’t say more about this place, but I will definitely be coming here more often.

Always great food and drinks! Ordered delivery for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery and quality of Ramen and salad!

Came in after work for a quick bite and some drinks with 2 friends:) I had the blackened chicken cesar which was delicious, the Korean chicken for my friend and the other had an avocado salad! All in all a great time, and service! Would definitely recommend!

My 12 yr old son and a couple of friends decided to go out for dinner this weekend. This was the first time at a restaurant and it meant a lot to them to be independent without any parents. Huge kudos to Browns for making these boys feel great. Your service staff was respectful, amazingly attentive to them and they loved the food!

This is a nice little spot. The have a 3 oz wine cocktail on happy hour for 6.25, so you can be classy drunk at discount prices.

Food is good and service was friendly and professional.

Great for the beer lover. A great selection of beers and a nice atmosphere makes this place one of my favorites in the Main st area. Foodwise, the salsa for the chips was really yummy. Service was on point both times I've been.

Our first night out with BFFs Megumi and John in weeks brought us to Brown’s. We used to come every week until we adopted Etch our Frenchie. Brown’s does not provide a dog friendly patio. That being said we were happy Etch was home with his bro Cameron and we were able to have a Friday night out. The drinks were yummy. I forgot to take pics of all of them. The food was delicious. Our guests enjoyed their dishes. Natasha is one of the best servers at Browns. She introduced me to their ramen a few months ago as her go to hangover remedy. Unfortunately for my buddy John they sold out for the night. Nonetheless our entrees were great and I ended the night with yummy Oreo cheesecake. ️ Browns!

Nice place with great indoor and patio. Drink and food choices are good. Tried chicken burger, it was delicious.

With all of Main to choose from. There's little reason to come here. The interior looks like a TGI Fridays and designed by someone with ADHD. The food is average and on the steep side, price wise. Beer selection is ok. Staff really make the difference here, and they are incredible.

Best servers so friendly.you would be lucky to drink here. Also REED was the man. So friendly and accommodating would definitely come back here again to see REED.

Service was excellent here. They do what they can to accommodate you. Food was mediocre though. We tried their pizza, burger, poke, and nothing really stands out. I would really just go there for the service and drink.

They forgot to add something to my takeout order, but unfortunately I realised this once I got home. I called to inform them and within 20 minutes the rest of my order was delivered to my house along with a gift card. The manager, Diego showed amazing customer service and the food was delicious! I highly recommend their burgers!

I had a minor issue on my last visit. I was seated at the bar, and the person working the bar grabbed my drink request immediately, but then didn't ask about food. Flagging her down was easy, I was just surprised I needed to.

An airy spacious restaurant with very friendly staff. Good for a quick lunch. Reasonably priced. I had a starter of fried Mac & cheese and #29 dragon and my friend had the Crispy Chicken Mac & cheese. Both of us enjoyed our food which was very filling. The ginger beer was good too.

I was there so many time with me friend and we love to eat and drink at this place.we are order chicken wings.fist order chicken wings perfect cook second order same and chicken wings is was good.and the next order chicken wings is not cook in side the meat still red and the bond you can tell is prozent and red.look scary i was sad no waiter or waitress and come check our table even asking the waitress for the lemon she said ok but never comeback.the bar man make perfect whiskey sour.each drink great love it.and he was great person and good bar man.anyway i hope the next time when we will return to this place and my chicken wings hope all good.

Came for happy hour and got a few pizzas. Nice ambience and TV's. Pizzas were awful: poor quality toppings, crust was quite hard. Social lager was bad. Garden tonic was yummy. Staff was nice.

Service is a hit and miss, I usually sits in the bar, and bartenders are always busy doing drinks, but price is reasonable, and once u get thier attention and ordered your food, i would say its still an ok place to chill and relax… i like the music, price is reasonable. I like coming here once in a while before going to my friends place. Ambiance is good! Good food and good wine list! Cheers!

Pretty good pub fare in a busy part of town. Consistent fair food and service. I like it cuz it delivers what you'd want from a neighborhood drinking ground.

Food was great and the Saturday day wait staff were fantastic. Not generally the type of place I'd find myself at just judging from the outside, but I'm glad we took the chance to dine in here. It was great! Keep the good service coming.

Browns is great. Good vibe and great staff. Beer is a bit pricey but the location makes up for it.

My favourite place to eat for any occasion. I have sensitivities to certain ingredients and the servers and management are always so caring and accommodating.
