Always make a point of coming here whenever I'm in the area. My favourite location by far.

It was a good experience. We went when it was busy but still was able to get a spot and service was good!

Browns is definitely one of those customers always right places! They always go out of their way to provide a great service. Also love how they check and 100% guarantee your takeout is the correct order! So many places don’t do this and you end up with the wrong food.

Never had an issue not that I remember anyway.probably because it was handled beautifully.thanks to the staff for the good times and great food

Burger undercooked, sent it back. 2nd burger undercooked, fries old and stale. I couldn't wait another 20 minutes for another burger, it's already been an hour. Manager offered 25% off. I don't think I'll be back. Nice place though.

Always a great place, been a fan ever since I visited it in Surrey. The Brentwood location is great and I was very pleased with their service when I ordered takeout tonight. Great food and great staff. Highly recommend:)

We had a wonderful meal at this browns and the service was amazing. Our server Stephanie was the cutest, and the host was very nice.

Had a lovely time at Browns Brentwood today. Bartenders were very kind and provided me with amazing hospitality.been to some other spots in brentwood and this is by far my favourite.thanks Cole and Silvia!

Great place to stop by - good food, many options for drinks and to top it off you’ll find a lovely person Sam who is great to have conversation with at the bar, plus he makes good cocktails

We had a lot dietary requirements at our table and our server was super diligent and very accommodating. Really wonderful food

Bad experience with a particular bar attender Caucasian female with glasses never made any eye contact felt outcast

The waiters talk about the guests right and wrong behind their backs. But other branches have high service standards ex. Surrey and Lanley I will keep patronizing but no more BRENTWOOD. The foods no problem

We went to this place for my friend's birthday so we thought it is something special but it was an ordinary eatery with the small and overpriced meals. Only the waiter was a rock star, high five to him!

When I asked for a glass of IPA they said it was sold out and no other IPAs were available, The water they serve seems to be tap water. The burger was decent but the yam fries were very little so was the steak & fettuccine like a kids meal in size.

I always have a good time at Browns. Mask mandate isn't convenient but it's life these days.

Called to make a reservation early in the day as we were planning on heading down late and from out of town, they told me for a party of three that wasn't necessary and I'd be fine to just come down.

So, we drove from Surrey to meetup with friends in the area.

We got there and they shared that they were fully booked, and it would be an hour wait.

I brought up the fact that I had called earlier in the day and had tried to make a reservation, the door person just shrugged.

Really disappointed, as Browns generally has incredible service. Felt betrayed by this.

Busy place. Happy and vibrant vibe. Music okayish. Servers are good. Food okayish. Not amazing not bad. Good for a watching sports with a glass of beer. Loved the guacamole and their charred tomato salsa. The baja fish taco was yumm. Well, I ll come again for the vibe.

The overall experience is pretty nice. The food taste good but for that price, I would expect something really outstanding.

I’m assuming these people are high rollers by charging a fortune for such a tiny amount of food. Okay I actually tried it though and it does taste amazing. So I’ll do three stars for the speed of service and the taste. But I’m still disappointed in the price for the amount. Either charge less or give more. Just my opinion. But it actually does taste amazing so I guess it’s a nice treat here and there

Absolutely most frustrating restaurant experience I’ve ever had (considering how hungry and excited I was). They list a dish with “coconut rice” but for my surprise, after waiting 25 mins for the food, found out it’s jasmine rice infused with coconut milk instead. Even the server was embarrassed. Please describe items properly, people have dietary restrictions for health reasons and cannot be played with. Never ever going back to any locations. Figure out your menu.

We ended up here last night because Joey's was packed. The food was subpar the drinks were too sweet and the music was too loud. Major fail

Although the food was delicious, as a family we waited for almost 40 minutes to get our food even after asking about it. Also there was not a single knife or fork on the table until we asked for it. Food was great as we ordered different dishes. At the end, we asked for the deserts to go but just now when we arrived home there was no spoon or fork to eat with although we requested them. But to be fair, the waiter who provided us with the cheque was doing great effort. I hope they can take care of these things as I know this restaurant had a good reputation before

Amazing food, drink and service. This was the first time out since pandemic started and was very pleased!

First time at Brown’s, super excited being around a new area! Ordered the eggs Benny and as I opened up the poached egg there was a dark curly piece of hair inside.we were served by two waiters who asked for our orders but we weren’t given cutlery when food arrived and had to ask a third server. Communication amongst the waiters is questionable but they were really nice?
