My wife takes me here as a treat after she drags me to Ikea. Food is always good and the service is excellent!

Tonight I had the luxury of sitting in Taylor's section. She does her job well and her smile and interest in her customers you can tell is genuine. Had a great time and she made it that much better! She is a real gem.

This is an amazing restaurant to visit.

Delicious food, drinks and deserts.

If you are planning to have a happy hour, to celebrate a party or have an special moment with your partner or family, do not hesitate to visit this place.

Also very attentive staff.

Had one if the burgers and alcohol free drinks, was pretty decent. Only downside to my experience were that there were a couple children's parties going on, but I'm sure that's not a regular thing.

Finally some good weather, headed out to lunch on the Browns patio. There was a slight mix-up with my order, but it was the customer service I received to fix things and ensure I had a lovely lunch that was incredible. The food was amazing as always, but my server and the manager were just fantastic! I just find customer service like that is rare these days and needs to be reviewed and mentioned. Thank you to both! I’ll definitely go back there again and again because of how amazing the staff is!

Food was just ok, Chicken burger was dry. Fish tacos were sort of the same a bit disappointing. For the prices asked not good value.

I think the Cactus Club has better food.

I visited on Victoria Day and was initially pleased that the Sunday brunch menu was available. I ordered the bacon eggs Benedict. The bacon was so tough the knife would barely cut it and the potatoes were so hard the fork couldn't pierce them. My biggest disappointment is that I never relayed that to the server. I don't like confronting servers, so instead I will not return.

My first impression of the place went to hell. As we were being seated, the so-called waitress that seated us had absolutely no equitte or professionalism.when asked nicely to clean the table as it had food on it, she decided to flick it off with her finger landing onto my chair.

After witnessing that, it turned me off whole place. I decided not to eat while my acquaintance did.
Overall, nice place physically but wouldn't go in ther again. It lacks professionalism and cleanness, it seems.

A local success story that has grown to multiple locations! They're doing something right. Nice menu selection, tasty food, and a great selection of drinks. Get cozy in a semicircular booth, or chat at the bar to watch the game. Friendly staff and free parking at this location in Coquitlam. Great patio too.

Terrible customer service, waitress did not want to be there, caught her rolling her eyes after we asked her a question. Food was meh. Definitely turned off. Cactus club a week later was 100% better.

Amazing overall experience! Service was quick and kind, all my requests were met with nothing but a smile and an absolutely from the fantastic staff here.

Had the most horrible experiences with one of the servers that work in the outside lounge.she was very rude and unprofessional and laughed at my friends and I with another worker because I didn’t tip. She was being disrespectful and rude the whole time I was present and I was very offended by it. Asking for a different server the next time I interfere with her again.

Came here for an office dinner last week and we had a blast! They prepared a great space for our large group in the bar area, and all the staffs were really welcoming and had good energy from beginning to end. Our food came out timely and everything was hot and tasty. I highly recommend the crispy cauliflower, and the oreo jar is a must! Special thanks to our server who was so patient with our funny questions and requests—he was awesome! Really great Browns location!

What kind of modern Resteraunt doesn’t have sea salt to offer customers. Looks like I will have to bring my own if I come here again. Makes you think how else they cut corners with cheap ingredients!

Met some work buddies and had a few drinks with dinner and all was good, sure got busy. Though wasn't impressed with a couple who was there with there kids that propped up there 1 yr old on the table with bare feet and just its snap up diaper covering while they ate and drank.

All our meals were great. I especially enjoyed the "Butcher's Block" burger. Very tasty

Went around 10pm tonight, the hostess with blonde hair in a ponytail seated us at a booth near the bar. My partner and I sat there for about 20-30 mins and were ignored. Another table was seated beside us about 25 mins after we were and were served almost immediately. We let the server with dark curly hair and facial hair know what happened, and he was very apologetic and seemed kind. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else

Service was mediocre. When I got my drink it was completely watered down and the waitress didn't even apologize. She just quipped that the syrup was low. Not sure how you can serve a person with watered down iced tea.it looked like plain water when she brought it to my table. I doubt I will be going to this location again.

I had the fish and chips, very good, generous portion. Loved the coleslaw, it has more a vinaigrette dressing than a creamy one which I like. Tartar sauce was really nice, not from a bottle type, different and tasty. Good coffee. Servers were friendly and attentive. Everyone with me enjoyed their lunch very much. Music wasn't too loud for good conversation. I'd highly recommend.

We ordered an appetizer of calamari, after we ordered a bottle of pinot grigio which they said they were out of at 8 o'clock on friday night. The calamari came very quickly and we started to eat it, this was the worst i have had. First off i rarely/never send food back, we did send this back and a new plate came and it was the same, basically deep fried crusty nothing. Maybe there are too many of these restaurants around and the quality is not important to the owners.waste of my hard earned money. Reluctantly giving one star.

Not sure it was a bad day, but slow under staffed service.

I got a response from the owner with a phone number I can call and explain more. I have done that only to be told by the staff member that answered, that there are no managers at that location. I was asked if I am know who I want to talk to and "the owner" was not the right answer.

Decent food but poor service. Went as a big group and kept bringing the wrong number of utensils, dishes, wine glasses etc

We were there for the first time the service was terrible. We were waiting for food 1.5 hour and the servers were very rude and unprofessional. I feel sorry for there management.

The ambience is very nice and but the quality and quantity of food compared to what they are charging is too much. The portion size is way too small.

Not sure whats wrong with the people working here. The food was suppose to be ready at exact time but they tell me its gonna take another 10min which ends up taking a lot longer. They say this with no apologize or ackowledgement of my time being wasted. I understand that they are busy but the cs along with the way the restaurant is managed is a shame. I would suggest to all those that are ordering food for delivery or pick up to prevent using this location. Dont waste my time as i am not here to waste yours. If you cant handle the volume of order, remove your restaurant from it as it is a waste for everyone involving the cx. Such a shame practice of business and not worthy of other good browns locations reputation.

I visited this location on my friend's birthday.the staff members were very friendly. She even sang happy birthday to my friend which is very sweet of her. Moreover, the food is amazing.

Disappointing. Evening dinner - Waited 10 min to be seated in eye sight of the bar, only to be ignored for over 15 min. We got up, no one acknowledged that a table was leaving. Bar had 2 to 3 staff.

We found hair in their glass of water, when we complained they didn't bother even knowingly i am pregnant, if i could have drink that water with hair. It could harmful for my baby, thats not safe for my baby and for a pregnant women. We cancelled our order yhey still didn't apologize or bothered for anything.

The dry ribs and hot wings were 10/10, cooked to perfection with explosive flavor. The Hollywood burger was on the cold side, and seemed a little too soft. Beer seemed fresh enough, but definitely could have been colder. Server provided adequate service, but wasn't very friendly for a Saturday night. Nothing wrong with her service, but I guess she could have giggled a little more to a joke of ours. I dunno.just saying. Whatev though.

Ive never had this experience before, I cant even review because I didnt get to taste the food. Me and my group of people walked in to get food at 9pm to try the restaurant since its opening. We walked in, showed our vaccine passports and promptly we are seated, so far no problem. 5 minutes pass, 5 turns into 10 minutes, turns into 15 minutes, at this point we havent been even served water, no waiter even comes to our table, we just were sitting there with our hand up for 10 minutes? We had a great view though, watching 3 waiters talk to the bartender infront of us I wonder what engaging conversation they were having since the waiters would look at us with our hands up, walk by our table and serve the table next to us. Its cool if you didn't want to serve us, just tell us you are not going to in the beginning. Overall 5/5 experience, never had that before in my life, come here if you truly want to experience something new!

water - 0/10 didnt even get to taste it but im sure the table beside us had a great water quenching time

Absolutely horrendous service. We had been sitting for about 10 minute and no one had come to greet us nor bring us any water. We gave it another 5 minutes waiting for the server to notice us. We saw some servers glance a look at us but completely ignored us. The inside of the restaurant was not busy at all and the tables around us were completely empty. It was absolutely ridiculous.

We go here once or twice a month. Always friendly, usually minimal waits for a table. Love the fact they have surfing on one of the TV's, keep that going. Food is pretty decent overall, fairly consistent from visit to visit.

Dirty cutlery, used cardboard coaster, table.top not clean, partial comp of missed item last take home (no chicken in the pasta dish).

The food was good, pretty much what you would expect. The drinks were as well.

What made it standout to us was the exceptional service given to us by our server and the kitchen.

Our grandson has allergies to milk and eggs. Our server checked with the kitchen and made sure that they could prepare his chicken fingers without the milk that usually coats the fingers, the chef even brought out his dish. If we lived in town we would be back regularly, as we live else where we do hope to visit again!

I really enjoy the food. Last time I was there, I had the parmesan chicken and it just melted in my mouth. The vegetables were really good, too. The place has a nice atmosphere. You can sit inside or outside in the covered patio. I like sitting outside, myself. I've also had the soup and salad combo and it was quite tasty. Prices are reasonable. Give it a try!

Bottles of social.white are not offered at the happy hour sale price of $20. On my wine bottle deal is apparently on Saturdays. Not sure why this Browns is different from every other. Also our table of 9 got 1/2 of our food and then 10 minutes later everyone else hot their food. Given we were all having some form of salad this was odd! The waiter was very friendly and we liked his willingness to give the birthday girl a free shooter in lieu of cake.

Happy to hit happy hour! Excellent service our server was Nicki (sp?) Drink was really good- the social palmer. Food came quickly even though it was getting busy. The calamari was good. Edamame was yummy. Friend had dragon roll and yam fries- she was glad she ordered them. Beautifully decorated new restaurant. I will be back; like to try the brunch on the weekend.

Unreal location, better service and even better management. Chelsea facilitated a great time with friends with timely friendly service and Serena left us feeling welcomed from management. Would come back 100% for the experience alone.

I went there the other night for date night with my husband it was great we sat out on the patio eating dessert and enjoying the company and the atmosphere. Good service, good food.

This new location is very nice. There is a large wall that opens up to let a nice breeze flow in the summer. Great food and service that you can expect from any browns location.
