Brownsville Pub

Was at the Brownsville Pub last night for a birthday party and I am very impressed by the service we got from Lillian. The place was just packed and she did a fantastic job of serving everyone, very organized, great attitude, we'll be back next week!

Went to pick up donations for the Surrey Food Bank and had excellent response. More boxes of food and Tiny Tot diapers than had expected, well done and thank you.

Iconic and unique. Liquid Blue was awesome. The crowd was just starting to arrive when we left at 10: 30. An experience!

Great fish and chips. Looks freshly made. Coleslaw was good. Cute little pub tucked away under the Skytrain bridge.

Great waitress Vi! She welcomed us within seconds of us sitting down introduced herself and made us feel like valued customers by getting to know us briefly! Drinks were brought out perfectly! Myself and my partner commented on the bartender and how friendly she was and how she seemed to know 90 percent of the regular customers names! Bothe ladies were absolute gems. Kareoke night was fun to watch! MUCH better than the tidewaters pub down the road!

Stopped by for dinner and a quick drink. Ended up staying for several. Great service and very good traditional pub food.

I stood at the bar for a long time without even being acknowledged. I was the only patron at the bar at the time. Very few servers. Drinks and food were overpriced for the ambiance/decor/ type of establishment. There was entertainment that night, perhaps it's different on a regular night

Lousy service! Staff wouldn't acknowledge my presence! Too busy sitting and socializing with a table full of loud drunks! A real local's only vibe! I left without anyone asking me what i would like to order! Happy Birthday to me, SNOBSville pub! What a skidmark!

Went there last week, the way the blonde waitress with the glasses behaved with us was just absolutely unacceptable. A total lack of service and hospitality in this joint. The beer was alright but felt like it might have been watered down. Do better.

Worst experience, visited with my friends with one id and the lady bartender was so rudely talking to us. We left the place and never wanted to go although having 2 ids

Just discovered this place. Great out of the way pub live music love the vibe Waitress was amazing. Will definitely go back

I can't give this place any lower than 1 star my wife and I stayed here for a bit and the way the staff handle thier disputes is shocking I don't think a prison treat thier Tennant's any better. They have a woman running around with a body cam and there's the bodyguard Blair that claims too be a bailiff and the way they talk too people after they get thier money its deplorable zero stars here that place is a nightmare.

You know.people say this is a dive bar.it is quite nice clean and people are very friendly.we had the wings and it was really good. Will go back there for sure.they have happy hour 3pm-6pm everyday. So reasonably priced too.

1 bartender is absolutely rude and maybe should think of retiring. I liked the pub part AND the waitresses were awesome. However I will not return to a place with the amount of negativity she shows.

I love the view and the serenity if the place, it used to be quiter but more people have started to come here, still my go to place for a bon fire.

So this is a pub, located in a trailer park, underneath the skytrain, on the muddy shores of the Fraser River, in an obscure Surrey neighborhood. There are good times to be had here. When I went, a sweet band was just rocking the house. The staff is very friendly and fun loving. Karaoke is on Thursdays. I like this kind of place, I would highly recommend stopping in for a beer and some ambience.

We've been regulars for years... And NOW, it's a whole new place!
New tables, chairs decor, even the outside has been cleaned up and printed!
The new patio is incredible...

This place is a great place to go for a family that wants to have a good pub meal. Staff is always nice and very friendly the place has been there for decades like as far back as I can remember and I was born in 1979.

I like the place and the staff are nice with good service. But the food is inconsistent between the weekdays and weekends. The weekend chef is a lot better.

I had so much fun. Live music yessss. Mangos and Cheetos galore. Literally nicest staff and best place I've been out in Surrey

Went out of their way to be unprofessional in responding to the lightest criticism imaginable on Facebook. Not reccomended.

"they [COVID related enforcement] couldn't ruin our st Patrick’s day! People drank, ate, dressed in crazy getups and the band played like mad! It was an awesome day with or without any decorations, coasters or napkins"

Any business willing to flout restrictions and be unable to accept criticism for it and absolutely flip out on Facebook is extremely unprofessional. Hard pass.

The bartender Amanda and server Jennifer was fantastic the food tonight was ok but over all I had a great time. I will go back

The food is not great I ordered pork chops and it was dry the mash potatoes were under seasoned. But the price was 15$ it was horrible and the place was not kept tidy.

I was here for my 19 year birthday and had a great time. It was after New Year's Eve, all my friends were broke and hung over, but a friend swung by and took me to your bar.you all showed me a great time and I think it's high time I come back for a visit. 19 years is too long.

The ladys who work the bar are exceptionaly nice. They let me park my welding Rig there in the parking lot for over a week while i took another method to go to the Island to photograph the Bouchart gardens. Free! Just wow, the food i ate coming and going, OMG GOOD, this guy is from the FARM! I know good food! Try the WON TON, NO REGRETS YUM YUM. Locals are friendly good folk! I was there only a short time twice and these people made me feel Welcome, something of a rarity as of late, anywhere. TY so much and you deserve all the wonderful things i have said! I shall return with my Drag race friends when we run our car at Mission, I shall gladly make the trip to support this little spot.

When you’re in the area this is the place for great chicken strips & fries. Drink specials everyday. Friendly service. Large size chef salad.

Bud on tap, very cold. Good pub fare. My favourite is the egg rolls, crispy and delicious! Made in house

Best Wings in Surrey! Not the best Beer in Surrey. Definitely recommend bottled brews. But the wings are absolutely amazing!

Good, cheap breakfast on Sunday. Usually good service. Heated patio is a bonus. Beautiful park for a walk afterwards.

Besides a location that isn't easily accessible, the place has great atmosphere, good food and great service. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. I'll definitely be returning.

We were visiting Brownsville Park and decided to check out this pub, only because we have seen it a few times on Supernatural. From the beginning, we had pretty low expectations. And that what it was. I can see how they choose this location for filming – it has this classic middle-of-nowhere run down bar feel to it. Not particularly a bad thing. The crowd is rather specific, as well. There are three beers on tap, and they go by type. The waitress wasn't even sure what breweries they come from. Pretty cool beer mugs, though. We went for a basket for two, since it was advertised. It was a pretty decent set of deep-fried items, and I liked cream cheese wontons. There were wings listed, among other items, but we didn't get any. Basically, it was exactly what we were expecting it to be. Good to visit once if you like seeing places where movies/ tv-shows were shot, but that's about it. On a side note, our waitress was very nice.

Was there having a delicious steak dinner special and wings and was watching the canucks home opener when "Peter" the park manager said I was not allowed to spend my money at the pub/restaurant because I am an over the road trucker and we are not allowed to eat there. He phoned my head office and threatened to tow me without checking with the restaurant first to see if the driver was eating there. I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere pete. The food was good!

Brownsville RV park is Not the place you wanna Stay, or Live for extended period of time.the person running it is Ignorant, 2 faced, power and control freak, there are Rats (4 leg ones) all over, Thieves, and the park is a disaster. If I could give a Zero Rating it would Have it.this is only the RV Park, NOT THE PUB.

Nice place, pub-fair food. Good place to stop in for a drink and a meal. I'll go back if in the area. Nice staff.

First time I ever came here was to pick my brother up from being badly beaten and stabbed so we could take him to hospital. The second time I came here my car was stolen. There is a park across from here that leads to the Fraser River to hang out and fish and when i went there last time it took forever to leave since the parking lot was yellow taped and police everywhere. They had found a dead body.

Hanging out on a sunny summer afternoon. Love this place, really down home feeling. Great customer service and the two girls that are serving are a lot of fun to chat with. I'm haveing the burger with mushrooms. Mushrooms are extra but worth it.when I asked her what she recommended from the menu she said, "You can't go wrong with the wings". I guess I'll have to try the wings next time I'm here.

If you're down for some underage drinking, this is the place to go. Seriously there were about 6 kids in this joint that couldn't have been more than 17. The place smells like Brownsville.
