Good food but please pay more attention to your customers when they arrive, during the meal, and when it’s time to pay. If you want to see how it should be done, go try the New Westminster location and take notes. Get it together, I know you can do it!

Nice place to grab bubble tea. Have tried a variety of options. 5 stars for the food and service. Gave 4 stars only because they don't take credit cards.

I ordered a combo, they charge me 2 rices as they told me I ordered that. It’s my first time to see a combo with 2 bows of rices.

Shaved ice consistency was terrible. Very little condensed milk, felt like I was chewing ice cubes. Reminded me of a cheap snow cone from 1987.

The meat sauce noodle is the best! Always ordered it. The pork chops noodle soup is average, the soup is plain basically just taste the salt. Chicken cutlet with plum sauce is most recommended, crunchy and the sauce is sweet. Lastly, fried king oyster mushroom is mediocre. However, the most unsuccessful experience is the washroom a bit dirty with fly going around.

I went this bubble world tonight with my friends and one of there waitress with blonde hair and skinny girl we had a bad experience with her the way she serve our food with bad attitude i feel like she’s not professional server. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The staff and owners were very friendly. Was amazed by the kimchi fried rice and honey lemon green tea. Would definitely come again!

Great prices and great drinks. I don’t recommend the honey dew milk tea tho. This is better and cheaper than Starbucks. And the pearls are soo good. I really like the mango milk tea and strawberry mango slush w/ extra pearls. However, I don’t really recommend dining in. It’s not the cleanest and it’s very noise because of how close it is the the high school. Come before school hours or late at night on a day kids won’t be there.

I loved bubble world! The drinks were amazing unfortunately we couldn't try the food but the boba was delicious. Me and my brother got taro and my dad got a mocha coffee. It was really good and we definitely plan on going again to try the food! The service there was busy but maybe because it was on a Sunday but the service was good and Angela serviced us. But the drinks were amazing service was nice and the restaurant was nice really loved the place. Everybody there seemed really nice but everything and everyone was amazing:)

We come here often to order bubble tea (take out) and have always gotten great service, great quality in the drinks and enjoy coming back:)

Bubble tea is terrible. My milk tea slush had no tea whatsoever. It tasted like watery ice. Vegetarian fried noodle has zero flavour or seasoning. This place is disappointing

Everyrging is good! My guilty pleasure is bubble tea and the bubble waffles when I need something yummy!

Original review: I love bubble tea. Due to the pandemic, I haven’t had an opportunity to get it anywhere. Really glad this place was open and I was able to just walk in and order a black sugar latte to go. Unfortunately, it was awful. Really wish to have just waited to go to Tiger Sugar or the Alley. It was a waste of $5.50 and would never really visit this establishment for anything else. It’s a shame that they have the name Bubble World, when their bubble tea sucks.

First time coming here, staff was so helpful. Asked the waitress to recommend a bubble drink. Got 2 and we were very happy with her choice too! Thanks so much for great service you will be seeing us again.

My boyfriend and I love Bubble World and we have been going to the New West and Surrey locations at least twice per month.

I have been to this location on 88th for drinks with friends before and had no issues. Today, August 1st at 7pm was the worst experience we have had to date.

My boyfriend and I sat down at 7pm and the younger gentleman (he had longer hair) serving us gave us our menus and a jug of water. We noted the restaurant was very busy.

For the next 30 minutes we tried to wave down our waiter to place our orders. But he kept walking by our table. Eventually by 7: 30, my boyfriend went to the front counter to order. As my boyfriend tried to speak to him, the waiter turned his head pointedly and ignored my boyfriend.

After this exchange, we got up and left. The restaurant had cleared down to about half capacity by the time we left. There was no reason to ignore us for 30 min. I understand it is BC Day and the restaurant was full when we arrived, but to not acknowledge or communicate with your patrons is rude. We were prepared to spend $50 on food and were very disappointed.

We noticed the other girl on shift was running around to all the tables and doing a great job. But her coworker was not as motivated to help. I felt so bad for her.

Food was hot and delicious, certain menu items had a small portion for the price but overall it was very good. Would come again.

I thought there’s finally authentic Chinese food in the hood, but it’s not, it’s totally white people
Chinese food, sweet, mild, plain. Service is nice though, the girls are nice.

It's our first time to go to Bubble World. And I'm glad it was a great experience - over-all.
We ordered:
**Mango slush - not to our liking - it didn't taste like mango to me. Maybe we should try it with no milk next time.
**Strawberry slush - tasted more like strawberry but definitely not fresh strawberry but good.
***Pineapple shrimp balls - yummy!) highly recommended - they made it crispy enough and the shrimps are plump - equivalent to "Prawns" in most Japanese restaurants for their "prawn tempura".)
***Pork chop rice platter - Recommended - it tasted simple but superbly seasoned. My daughter is so picky but loved it.
***Braised Tofu with Fish cutlet - Strongly recommended! Just perfect! But be careful, they don't tell you it's super hot, but IT IS!

Their bathroom was clean, which I really appreciate. I hope they keep it that way.

Servers were young, friendly and overall great!)

Bubble tea was good but i do not appreciate you ignoring my message i was supposed to send my friend along with it through uber DONT DO THAT AGAIN!

Tried this location for the first time. It might be the smallest compared to the Surrey, Richmond & New West locations. Ordering was weird, you have to order and pay at the front before being seated.so there's a lot of congestion once you enter.people looking at the menus, people lining up to order & pay, others in line picking up take out & also the Skip the Dishes couriers. You get those things that light up and beep to let you know your order is ready, which you then pick up at the front with all that congestion to bring to your table. Server only comes to your table to drop off water if you asked for it when ordering. Otherwise, food was same and good as other locations. But I probably won't come back to this one.

Come here for all your bubble tea cravings! Mango Sago is a definite favorite + all the spectacular tasty hot dishes this little spot serves!

The bubble tea I had was pretty good (the Okinawa with pudding topping) but the service was really bad.
I ordered a Okinawa bubble tea with pudding and I guess the cashier thought the bubble tea came with pudding so she didn't charge me for the topping.
When I got the bubble tea and ask if it came with the pudding topping, she shook it and found out that it didn't. She told another girl after confirming that I still wanted the pudding in it and then told another girl who said I had to pay extra for the pudding. I paid for the topping but I wish I was charged from the beginning and not out on the spot in front a crowd of people making it seem that I demanding free toppings or something. The girl who took my order also did not utter an ounce of remorse in any way. Honestly, I was embarrassed because I felt like the original cashier made it seem like it was my fault that I didn't get what I ordered and it was a hassle for them to fix it. I doubt I will be ordering here again with that type of customer service. Whenever someone got my order wrong before, they usually admitted their mistake and covered it. Tips for anyone coming here: 1) don't trust the cashier if they say Okinawa bubble tea comes with pudding (it doesn't) 2) don't tip until after you get your order.

First time ordering here. Took almost 20 minutes to get my bubble tea. The place was pretty empty too. And plenty on staff on site. Not impressed.

Best bubble tea in Langley. My girlfriend and I always enjoy ourselves. Amazing food too! Surprisly yummy in my tummy. So please if you like bubble tea and a Asian snack come here!

Staffs were very kind, and it's clean. I like this restaurant. One thing that I was a little disappointment was that their food is not so delicious.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. I have been a faithful Pearl Fever customer for years. Since my friend recently introduced me to Bubble World in Walnut Grove, I may never go back! The staff at this location are so patient, helpful, knowledgable and honest. Elin, Julie, and Angelina are amazing and so so precious! The food is great (I'm vegetarian so not a lot of experience but my friend says good things!), the bubble tea is DELICIOUS and such a beautiful presentation. Definitely hit them up!

Food is not bad, ain't cheap but averaged priced.this place is either very quiet or very busy.it is because of the school close by and students come and eat in groups.so know their busy times to avoid a long wait.a good selection of drinks and food items.please take the Taiwanese sausage off the deep fried section.because I ordered it and it wasnt deep fried at all.

We had the hakkaido milk tea and the Okinawa milk tea. The hokkaido one was really good but I'm not a super huge fan of these pearls. The Okinawa was so good but a little bit too sweet. In Taiwan they actually put a pudding in and use sweet milk. It was still a good drink though. Its cash only for some reason and its pricey. I'd come again though if in the area.

Good food as always. This has similar and different dishes from the other Bubble World franchise. What I like about it is that they take debit/credit compared to the rest. A downside is that there is never enough staff during the weekend. We waited for someone to take our order for about 15 mins. It's fine to wait for meals after getting your order or someone checking in on us every 5 mins but waiting for a staff is for almost 15 mins. No comment. This the lowest I've rated any restaurant. Not the staffs' fault at all. Management need to hire more as they all seem overworked and under-staffed at this location. Thus, affecting customer service and even quality of the food. Hire more staff, please!

Lots of choices in flavours and styles and friendly staff. This is our go-to place for bubble tea even though we live on the other side of town.

Went in with a group of 7 and 2 of us did not want to order anything. They made all of us leave and said we couldn't stay unless we all ordered at least one item. Lost out on our business for sure. Disappointing.
