Good selection and solid pricing with the best hours in town. Wish there were better parking options and perhaps some more "seasoned" staff, but they still provide the best service they can.

I visit here quite often and after tonights service i thought its about time for a review! Well BUD BARN is Absolutely a phenomenal place with probably some of the most professional service I have ever recieved by any business! The hours are very accommodating for all sorts of peoples schedules!

Oohh i went two times this store i feel like a home with great customer service i like it i wish i came back the best place to find cannabis in nanaimo.

Absolutely garbage products. Customer service disgusting. Do not go here I repeat this place is awful. Tell you no returns no refunds and not give you a receipt. The ladies working there need a lesson on customer service. I am disappointed and in aw at what some companies call good service. You are with out a doubt the worst in the province

Terrible customer service. They dont rotate products. Purchased a vape cart that had a package date of 2020 (3 YEARS OLD.). They refused to exchange for another and said its not their problem. But not rotating your stock or sending back older inventory to the BCLD is The STORE problem not the consumer. I will not return to this store. There are WAY better options for dispensaries in Nanaimo with more knowledgeable, helpful staff.

They sell frozen vape cartridges and are too lazy to offer a receipt in case of defect. 2nd time it has happened. When offered to show internet banking proof of purchase, they say it doesn't matter. It's so easy to Match the banking records with store footage to see the purchase made. Bad service and bad products.

Store is clean and items are well displayed. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting product.

Regular customer of budbarn. Bought a new cartridge off the thrifty line. The cartridge despite being a 510 thread is too short for some batteries. The employees were apologetic and tried to help trouble shooting but in the end could only offer me the option of buying another battery.as someone who comes here frequently and a customer it’s disappointing a manufacturer error (as as it’s not truly a 510 cartridge then) forces me to pay more out of pocket. Debated on posting this review but thinking about it and having the customer absorb the error just didn’t sit well with me.

Male associate working on the counter was super unhelpful and dismissive. Argued with my friend about their menu which was confusing for him as he was a first time customer at this location. Female associate working there finally helped me after waiting at a display case for 15 minutes and although she couldn’t find me what I was looking for I found her to be helpful and courteous. Won’t be coming back after such a disappointment first impression.
