Bought blinds for my house that we just moved in to, we had about 26 windows to cover, a lady came and measured our windows, told us it would be 8 weeks before we get anything, we were kinda shocked with the timeline, but nothing we could do about it. We put the order through with the lady that came to our house and 10 weeks later we get a call saying our blinds are in …great but they don’t have anyone to install it they’re all busy.after a couple days they finally come to install them… 3 of the blinds were wrong…sizes were off, but all the other blinds were good… so we ask them what’s gunna happen now… I’ve already waited 8 weeks for these? … am I going to have to wait 8 weeks again? They couldn’t tell me anything.so we finally got a hold of someone at there head office and they said it will be the same wait… that’s how long it takes to get product from there Distributor…. So we wait and finally get the blinds… it’s now been 4 months worth of head ache to what should have been 8 weeks. Now it’s time to pay… they rudely say we need to pay them (we held our payment for a week or 2 to let them know how it feels to wait) and when we tell them about how our experience was… all they could do was blame it on there distributor… didn’t apologize for our experience… or ask if there was something they could do to make our time with them better. They just wanted there money and out. I would never recommend this company to anyone! The product is fine, just a horrible company to deal with

We first consulted with Paul Papastavros who was very informative & gave great insight into the right choices for our window covering needs. He also called after the install to make sure the job was done properly. Matt & Denis we’re the installers from Budget Blinds Ladysmith. They were on time, professional, did an amazing job installing our floor to ceiling shutters on our patio doors. They even cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them to install you window covering needs.

Worked with Budget Blinds of Nanaimo for our needs, in our new home. We needed a few different solutions, and ended up with 5 custom drape rods, and 2 Roman shades (1 motorized). Paula was great in helping us choose the right products for our home and budget (and even provided an estimate for potential future blinds). Jacqueline kept us informed throughout the process as we waited for our order to come in and scheduling. Pete and Andrew were excellent in their installation! They were really professional, patient and accommodating (including wearing masks at our request), and working with us on measurement/height preferences to get the final product right. There was a decent selection to choose from and the person who came out to do the measuring had good suggestions for fabric and style choices. The process was efficient and the end result even nicer than I had envisioned.

Unfortunately during installation there was damage done to one of our walls when a painting was knocked off by the installer causing the wall to be gouged and the paint scuffed off. A fair bit of repair work is needed on the wall and no compensation was offered.

Be sure you take everything off your walls as well as all the surrounding surfaces of where your blinds are being installed so you don't incur a repair headache and cost such as we have.

Budget blinds delivered on top notch professional and efficient service, and beautiful and functional product. The cellular shades installed by Dennis are definitely keeping the house cooler.

We were very impressed with the promptness of the reply, the quality of the representatives that came to our home and the speed of delivery and the quality of the product.

Denis was here at the scheduled time to install our blinds. He was very polite and efficient and answered our questions. The blinds were exactly what we ordered and we are pleased with how they look.

We are totally impressed with our interaction and purchase of blinds from Budget Blinds. From the knowledgeable representative who walked us through options and prices and showed us a very extensive set of samples - to your most excellent installer of our new blinds. He made it look easy … even though it certainly wasn't easy. The blinds look wonderful and function exactly as advertised. The price point was totally in line with other manufactures … and for what we ended up with I think it was most fair. The warrantee and the fact that this is a local company factored highly in our decision to go with Budget Blinds. Will certainly use again in the future as our needs arise.
