Working with Lindsey was amazing. His communication was fast and efficient.
When he arrived at our home he was well prepared with product examples and ideas. He was able to measure all our windows and give us a few different estimates by the time the consultation was complete.
For installation day-
Joe was professional and polite. He arrived on time, did a wonderful install and removed all the old blinds and recycling.
The experience overall was 5 stars and I would work with them again.

The installer was very professional and quick to put my blinds up. He cleaned up all of his mess. One of the installations was a little bit tricky as he had to crawl through a bunkbed, and he was happy to do that very pleased with the whole process.

I have to say that I am impressed. I had bought motorized blinds in 2015. When one stopped working, they tried their best to fix it and when it couldn't be done. They stood by their lifetime guarantee and replaced the blinds. I am very happy with the service.

We recently had window shades installed on our townhouse picture windows through Budget Blinds of Victoria. Our consultant, Brian, was very thorough in informing us of our options and choices with regard to our window coverings, explaining how each type of window treatment would work for esthetics and to meet our needs. After our original meeting he was prompt in answering with our email questions. I would recommend Brian with no hesitation.
Ian was our installer. He arrived on time, and immediately went to work. When it was discovered that the wrong brackets had been packed with our shades, he got on the phone with Brian and went to the the warehouse to pick up the correct ones. He was back within the hour and completed the job.
The shades look better than I pictured that they would and we are extremely happy with them.
I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone who is looking to purchase window treatments for their home.

We had our window coverings installed in our new home 2 years ago. Dustin's communication was prompt and professional. The process was quick and painless. When we had an issue with one of our blinds recently, Dustin was quick to diagnose the problem and reached out to the manufacturer for us for replacement.

What a great experience it was working with Budget blinds on redoing our houses blinds. We've never ordered custom blinds before but Lindsey made the entire process easy with her suggestions and advice on style, colour, and patterns. Sean installed the blinds expertly and paid at lot of attention to detail to get them 'just right', working around the somewhat quirky construction of our old house which meant window frames were not always square and level.

Superlative customer service from measuring (Christine), installation (Keylion) and office contact (Lindsay). Installed blinds are exactly as expected at a price which fit our reno budget. This is not the first time we've had Budget Blinds install window coverings. Renos are challenging enough. Finding a solid, trusted company supported by excellent staff make it an easy decision.

I had a fantastic experience with Budget Blinds. Everyone from the sales staff to the installers were very professional and helpful. Janine helped us to choose the blinds that were right for us, and our installer Sean had prior experience installing blinds in our strata which made the process go smoothly. We had Joe as our consultant who came to check out our windows and help us choose the best blinds for our place. I found him to be very professional and friendly. We ended up going with MERA banded shades, springs window fashions shutters and a blackout blind for the kids room. We absolutely love them and the colours Joe also helped us decide on are perfect. Alanna was professional and courteous during home visit. Knowledgeable regarding available products with a number of samples to preview. I finally settled on Enlightened Style. Installation went very well. I’m very happy with my composite blinds.

The blinds were just installed today and we are very happy with them. The installation was quick and courteous. We are very happy with the way they look and the quality. We will be using them again when we finish renovating our upstairs space to have blinds installed on our skylights.

When Mike and Sean came to install, even though they were surprised to learn how tricky my stairwell would be to work inside of, they quickly adjusted their plan and got to the installation. They did a great job of installing the blind into my non-square space - they totally pulled it off.

Very happy with the entire process of buying blinds from Budget. Janine helped identify the best options and Ian did a wonderful job installing them. I would gladly use Budget again in the future.

The consultation and products shown were great. Unfortunately we were blatantly lied to on the timeframe. We were told 3-5 weeks from order to install. It took 7 weeks. Looks like they were holding the product to line up another install in the area.

We contacted Budget Blinds to provide an estimate for us. We were looking for window shades to cover existing blinds to provide both privacy for our patio doors and room darkening for our 3 bedrooms.

Alana came out and was very professional. She talked with us to determine what we were looking for. She then took meticulous measurements of each window and then we had further discussions about options and features. She showed us potential materials from her samples and helped us select what we wanted for each window. She indicated there would be time required for them to be manufactured after which an installer would come out.

Sean was our installer. He has an extensive background with Budget Blinds. He laid out all of the shades and then started the installation. He immediately commented that the frame over the patio windows had a bow in the middle. He knew exactly how to address the matter and made meticulous mathematical calculations to ensure the two blinds were perfectly level. We were very appreciative that he did that. His installation of all of the shades went smoothly and quickly.

We are very happy with the service provided by Alana and Sean. They were both very efficient and professional.

All went very well. The installer was very personable and efficient. We had an engagement to attend and so, he worked quickly. The only problem was one of the blinds was either measured wrong or made wrong and was only half size. He assured us that the a replacement unit will be ordered and should be available in a few weeks. Very happy with his work.
