If you want a proper Service for your Vehicle this is the place They do tire rotation and Full inspection for your vehicle with oil change Most shops will charge you extra for that.

It’s my second time dealing with the folks at Budget. Both times they were fast, thurough and personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of a quality, reliable mechanic.

They are amazing. They squeezed us in at short notice. Great old fashion service. From beginning to end. Thank you for being so great and Not replacing parts for no reason. Keep up the great service.

Took my car in for a simple inspection and they messed up my direction. Had an alignment done recently and problem wasn’t there the day before. Took it back and it took them a while to figure out THEIR mistake

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle to Budget Brake & Muffler and I was once again very pleased with the service I received.

My repair was fairly expensive and Ryan the shop foreman kept the part out of the vehicle for me to see and took the time to explain to me-
What the part did
Where it was located on the motor
Why he was sure it was faulty
By taking the time to do this for me it made the understanding to do the repair that much easier.

Ryan is very knowledgable and I highly recommend his shop.

Quoted me $400 to press in a wheel bearing and sleeves. When to another shop and had it done for under $150. Have a good one maaaaaan.

So I am a car dealer, I have dealt with many shops over 35 years. I was in a bind and needed an alignment in the middle of first snowfall breakdown / tire season. These guy are super friendly, & professional. I moved to the Okanagan recently, & didn't know where to go. I had work done on my exhaust assembly on my 2000 Vitara. Ryan & Duncan gave me a good deal, & had their mechanic Brian work on my vehicle. Special thanks to him & his workmanship. I would highly recommend these guys.

I stopped in here to ask if there was any chance of a brake bleed and when I could get in. Kindly enough they said they happened to have time to do it right away. Now I know that is very lucky given the work loads, but on top of that I was met with some really pleasant and friendly service by the owner and the shop foreman. It was a really awesome experience. I would definitely return in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this group of guys! They have helped me out immensely! I'm a single mom, with a car that has been causing me nothing but a headache. I know nothing about cars and some people can easily be taken advantage for it but not with these guys, they explain everything to me with what's going on with my car, with what needs work and the cost. There was so much to do at one point, they took their time and worked around my schedule and they took care of the most important parts of my car first so that I could continue driving it. They are so patient with me and I truly, from the bottom of my heart, really appreciate them! They work hard, they work quickly and their prices are a fare rate. Every single time I've come in, I'm greated with a smile on their face and the customer service is awesome! I'm not going anywhere else because these guys take such good care of my car and me. Had to have an emergency radiator replacement on our way through town from Vancouver to Alberta. Duncan was amazing fast and efficient service from the whole shop. Car was ready the same day and driving great again!

I had a cracked and rotted intake hose, so brought it in for them to look at.duncan was awesome, made an appt and ryan looked at it.because it was an after market intake, curved hose was almost impossible to find.these guys did a fix and im extremely happy wit the job done.i will definitely be coming here for any of my future needs.if you want an honest shop with quality service and a VERY reasonable price, then this place should be your first place to come for service, thanks again guys

Brought my muffler to get fixed and he gave great customer service, was friendly and gave an incredibly budget friendly price. Took my car in towards the end of the day and still got the team to fix it up within half an hour. 10/10 would recommend this place to any of my friends/neighbours, etc.

Bought a used car to tow behind my RV. Took it to Ryan over Budget in West Kelowna. The inspection alerted me to a couple of issues. Very promptly we booked an appt, got things fixed and I am happy.

Ryan and Duncan are not only professional in every sense of the word, but very personable on the way they treeted me and my situation. They genuinely care.
I am going to use their service again when it arises.

Ryan and Duncan took care of my vehicle professionally and went out of their way to fit me in to make sure I could pass my Out of Province Inspection without any issues. Having checked around, including checking what prices I could expect for parts the prices were fair and I felt like I was dealing with honest folks.

Husband took 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 into nearby shop for emergency braking problem.
Day 1: Diagnosed as steering hose leak from booster.
Day 2: Diagnosed as steering hose leak from booster… again. Informed by Ryan that GM makes poor hoses. Turned out to be booster leaking onto hose.
Day 3: Brakes pulling to one side. Left hand calliper seized. All pads, rotors and front callipers replaced. Over $2000 later, brakes intermittently pulling hard to driver side.
Day 4: Left hand calliper replaced again. Result… same problem.
Day 5: Right hand calliper replaced again Result… same problem. Attempted solution: rotors buffed. Result… same problem
Day 6: Suggested to install airbags to help with wearing tires. Quoted $600 more than Dirty Diesel.
Ryan says he can’t compete with them, but would gladly install them at the inflated price.
Day 7: Stopped in to inform Ryan, the brakes were still intermittently grabbing. Ryan says “some people have high expectations and you have the highest”
Days later: Traded truck in at Bannister Vernon for a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500.
Have not used Ryan at Budget Brake and Muffler again where “Lip Service is Their Middle Name”
If you do go there, please ask Ryan to verify if this actually did happen? Would be interested to know if he recollects!

I had an unexpected flat tire yesterday and had am orthodontist appointment in Penticton in the afternoon. Ryan was amazing and got me in right away so I could make my appointment. Ryan and his staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient I couldn't be happier with their service. I have been going to the same place in Penticton for the past 9 years but I may just change over! Ryan and Duncan have been nothing but amazing to me and my 1999 Mazda named Maggie 2.0. They have always been super helpful and explain every detail of what was the issue and how they repaired it to me. As a female it is very hard to find a mechanic that will not undermine you, treats you fairly, and won’t up the price. If you are looking for a solid team that truly will communicate and work with you they are it! I will only get my vehicle looked at and repaired by them. Simply amazing.

Good customer service, however it seems that I run into problems with them after they have serviced my car.

I am 66 years old and lived in west bank since 1979 and im still working I drive my self to work every night so its important my car runs and drives. Ryan and his team always find the problems with my cars quickly. This shop is the best most honest and reliable place to get your car fixed. They found the problem with my car after I had got ripped off at big o tire west bank. They fixed it and had me driving quickly. I cant say enough about these guys they have always treated me extremely good and its the best shop in town. I highly recommend this shop there is no better.

Good, quick, reasonably priced exhaust job on an old Jeep XJ. Came here because of some FB raves. Haven't done any other work here but would recommend based on my one experience.

I always check reviews before using a new business. I just moved from Langley to Peachland. In Langley I had numerous shops I knew and trusted. I just bought new tires on my car before moving and wanted to make sure the alignment was good to protect the tires. Since I need to find new shops I liked the reviews on Budget Brake and Muffler so I made an appointment for Sept 28. Ryan Siffledeen gave me a quote of $120 but warned if any worn parts we could discuss further. To my surprise Ryan told me my alignment was good and did not need adjusting so he was only going to charge me for an inspection. Instead of $120 he charged me $70 and showed me the report. I have built custom Cars my whole life and this has never happened to me. Ryan and his team are honest with top notch integrity. I would use him for everything I need as I trust him and his crew. I also want to share this with everyone. Thank you Ryan and team. Good things happen to nice honest people like you and I wish you success in everything you do. You are on top of my list.

Duncan got me in and fixed my caliper last minute before a long weekend. Super accommodating and did really good work. They missed giving my wheel lock back and went the extra mile to express post it to me in another province

Was able to fit my truck in on short notice and repair a faulty bearing and get me back on the road in only a few hours. Service was friendly and they communicated effectively. 10/10 service, definitely recommend.

Even though the guys at the shop did no work on my vehicle, I had to leave this review to share with others about the kind of service they provide.

My Sorento broke down late at night on the Coquihala Connector, so I called my dad (who lives in Peachland) and asked where it should be towed - he said Ryan and Duncan at Budget were the best option. The next morning we went and had a chat about options, they were booked up for a few days but also offered recommendations for other mechanics, including a transmission specialist. Before taking it elsewhere, they took a quick peek to get an idea of what the problem might have been, and connected to the OBD computer to get the diagnostic code. It turned out to be the knock sensor, meaning a potentially massive bill for an engine rebuild as they traced it to the connecting rod bearings.

Fortunately for us, it turned out to be an recall item on the Sorento, so we had it towed to Kia in Kelowna, and Duncan didn't charge us a dime.

I always appreciate when a mechanic is willing to give the straight goods and not do work for the sake of making a few bucks. I would recommend the team at Budget for anyone looking for honest and genuine service, whether for regular maintenance or emergency needs.

Excellent service. I’ve had work done several times and find their work first rate. Ryan is honest about what work needs to be done and works hard to find ways to complete the work as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

Friday morning woke up depressed, tired from the heat and had a piece hanging off under my front bumper (Chrysler 200) pulled into their business randomly, and BRYAN came out, lay on his back on pavement and fixed it, no charge. A morning that started off sad was turned around in a short time. Ryan and Bryan thank you for when I came in close to tears, left with a smile on my face. As a senior lady I have been taken to the cleaners this year by mechanics. Out and about today I told at least 8 people I encountered about how you made me feel. You guys have no idea. An ANGEL (Ryan) was surely with me when I came to you guys. I will continue to spread the word.guys like you are (a rare commodity)

Ryan is probably the most ethical, honest and friendly mechanic I have ever dealt with. I have an older vehicle and he worked super hard at solving the problem without it costing more than the vehicle was worth. Great communication, etc. Just over all a great place to get your vehicle fixed.

Went in late on a Friday with a seized caliper and had to make an appointment on Saturday morning, thye work early morning to get me back going in time amazing service! Great owner highly recommend

Hello. I had gotten my brakes done last year under the old owner. One day I suddenly noticed all my brake fluid on the ground. I took my van into the new owner and he totally fixed the problem for zero dollars as the brakes calipers were still under warranty. He was very honest and Got me back on the road very quickly too. Our muffler broke and fell off the car. Dan repaired it so quick! It was ready the next morning and the car was even cleaner then when we brought it in. Really recommend.
