I have been coming to this particular location for years now and have always appreciated the excellent service I have received for my vehicle's maintenance and needs. More importantly, I keep coming back because of the consistent, straightforward and honest approach I have come to know and trust, especially when it comes to specific work or repairs that may need to be done. Everything is communicated clearly beforehand and work is only done when it actually needs to be which leaves me feeling valued and respected as a customer. As a bonus, I also appreciate that they often have a courtesy car available for use if needed.

Quality service such as this, with a welcoming, friendly and professional atmosphere, goes such a long way and I highly recommend this location!

If you need commercial vehicle inspection for uber or lift they do it on this location. Friendly staff and quick service.

They charge alot of money, And are horrible mechanics.burntout my
glow plug module on my Sprinter
change my oil by mistake costed me a engine burns oil now.and never there fault when something happens
I'm scared to go back.also messed up my steering and brakes rattle that they fixed.engine needed injectors took 2 weeks to try to figure it out.had to take it somewhere else. My mistake was going back.blame the customer when you cant do it right.but dont forget to charge them no matter
what happens! Great standards.

Awais made time to get my car in for an alignment. All of the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Air conditioned waiting area. Excellent service and the alignment was done sooner than expected. They provided the alignment machine printout showing what was adjusted which I've never been given at other shops. Thank you to the team.

Budget came highly recommended by family and friends, and they did not disappoint. I think it was Luis who looked after me, and he was friendly and knowledgeable and explained in detail what they would look for, the time frame, and potential costs.

Mason and his team jumped to the table, worked on my fleet vehicles and called me to say you don't need brakes when I was willing to have them all replaced. Hi eat, quick and quality service.

I brought my car in last minute, mid-afternoon as it was urgent and they assisted me right away and was able to provide a courtesy car as well. They were very knowledgeable about the issues with my vehicle and were very approachable and kind to speak to. Great customer service and great mechanical services!

I went to see Mason on a super stressful day. Someone stole my catalytic converter and that same day he was able to get me into the shop and have my car repaired in days. He turned a horrible day around. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend anyone to visit his shop.

Mason and his team were absolutely fantastic. They helped me replace and repair my catalytic converter after it got chopped out and stolen. Other ICBC shops quoted me 6 months and hung up. Mason got it in right away, helped walk me through my options, and now I'm back on the road. The integrity of their business is really apparent. You have a new customer for life!

My Name is Larry i had my project avalanche's entire brake system done there today it was a big job the vehicle sat for 6 years everything was seized. This is a nice place to do business great price's very friendly staff, Mason is very easy going no attitude and gets the job done right on time as promised i like dealing with him. The guys work on cars like pros over there I have a lot of confidence in their workmanship. I will be sending a lot more work their way i own 23 vehicles and they all need something. As soon as I asked if they could match the tire prices from an other store, all the owner did was bash them.
Rude behaviour from the guy Mason and his wife.
This place is way over priced and I heard they do scams here.
Do not go here **Warning** con artists.

The prices here are about $100 more per tire for my truck.
This is ridicules.

Way better shops around do not chance going here and finding out you got stung.

I did not buy here and saved over $400 plus the taxes.

Just makes you wonder why they are still in business.

Mason is great to work with. Every time I have any issues he’s always got a great work ethic and looks after anything I have problems with. I just popped in today for a wiper issue, he quickly took care of it on the spot. I’ve had mufflers, brakes and several other things taken care of and it’s always fantastic.

I had an issue with my car not starting and Mason quickly indentified the issue after two other mechanics had missed it. He did a great job and was very fair in his pricing! They even washed my car before I picked it up. Extremely pleased and will certainly be returning!

Wonderful people and trustworthy service. Been here three times for Brakes, oil change, ignition and Motor mounts.

Did my oil and filter change here. Professional services done on time. They check every thing else for free while your vehicle is on the hoist.

Worst service center ever. No customer support and very rude people work here. You have choices so make a good one not to go here. All they care about is the money. Negative 10 here.

We're very pleased and impressed our complete experience.
Mason discussed options and understood what we were looking to achieve with our new exhaust system on our 99 Suburban and even worked out how within our budget. The system was done from the headers to the tail pipe. It is clean, very well and neatly installed and best of all, does exactly what I want, guaranteed. Yeah.

I called Mason to request repair for a dragging exhaust & he fit me in right away. A verbal estimate was provided before work started as stated and repair was completed without issue. I would definitely recommend Mason & the crew at Budget Brake & Muffler!

Amazing customer service.
The owner Mason is such a great human. I came in with my car shaking and all the lights flashing and they fixed it in a 24 hour time frame washed my car and even changed the battery in my car key. He explained everything to me and my car runs smoothly.

I highly recommend them!

Had a peculiar sound coming from under the car which only happened when I turned the wheel. Suspected something much worse with the car, possibly a CV joint or axel issue.
Turns out it was as simple as a loose splash guard underneath the car.
Really glad I brought the car here as I wouldn't have been sure what could've been billed to me elsewhere. Thank you guys for being legit and making out with honest work.

Tailpipe broke off right at the muffler boxing day coming down sasquatch mtn. Called Mason, the manager on tues morning.got me in by 1: 30. Tech Gary worked with me to find the right set up for my truck (I like loud, but not obnoxious)
Was on my way by 3pm.awesome serve and quality work.and under budget!

I can not see why these guys are in business. Worst ever. They must be writing their own positive reviews as this place is a joke. Warning to every one they are rude and do bad work. My car is worst now then when I brought it in. Make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor to work on your car. Negative 10 is a good rating for these guys.

Dealing with Mason was great! I needed to get my snow tires installed on my 2 vehicles ASAP because the snow was really coming down & my all season tires were slipping on the roads. I've been coming to Mason & Julia's Budget auto centre for a little over a year now for various services. Every time I'm greeted with professionalism and a fast and accurate estimate. Pricing is also always fair and reasonable, Mason is a very honest and knowledgable technician and would highly recommend them to anyone. I have since moved out of the Surrey-Newton area and live downtown, and I still make the trip out to Surrey for any and all of my car needs!

These guys are seriously good at what they do. The staff is very polite and professional as well as knowledgeable. I have never once had to return after they have fixed something because they do it right the first time! I recommend budget brake and muffler for any/all of your automotive needs.

I took my car in to have my brakes looked at and felt the owner was very honest in letting me know my rear brakes were 30% but I was ok to wait a bit and not pushing me to have done. They were also nice in driving me home and picking me up when the car was ready. Would go back when it is time to get the brakes done in the future.
