Still my go to place! They even had a recommendation for winter tires for my (new to me) car! And instead of some dumb first come first served nonscence I could book an appointment that worked for my very busy schedule. I can't wait until it snows!

The staff were pleasant and very helpful. After inspecting my car, they called with a list of issues that needed attention. I couldn't afford all the repairs in one go so they explained in further detail to help my prioritize my choices.

When I returned to pick up my car, I left my phone in the cab I'd taken to their shop. They called the cab company from the shop phone and, when the cab dispatcher told me they'd have to check with the driver and call back, they took the call on my behalf and arranged to have my phone dropped off while I waited.

Service above and beyond as far as I'm concerned.

My 13 year old Chev Uplander was unfortunately damaged by contaminated E85 fuel. $3000.00 later it was fixed in Nanaimo by BB&M.
Today I write to let you know how happy I am, now several months later, that my car is performing better now than it did 10 years ago. I hope this does not Jinx my car but thank you Dennis and your team for the excellent repair.
My brakes have since been repaired/replaced by you and are as good as new.

I was very happy that I was able to get in without an appointment as I could tell their schedule was full but they went out of their way to get me in and I appreciated that very much. Everyone I spoke too was personable and kind and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle there again. My only wish is that for a big spend, there would be a carwash as well but not a big deal. My car is driving SOOO much better, thank you!

Friendly but wrong advice and super long waiting times (1 hour for an oil change, thankfully they only charged me for 30minutes) sorry for the bad review but I'm just trying to be honest here

Finally… a positive auto maintenance experience! These guys went above and beyond after someone tried to saw off my catalytic converters on my truck. They even cleared the exhaust related codes without asking or charging. Amazing work at a great price! Can’t say enough good things about these guys!

Spent $1800+ on two front strut replacements, and now the car sounds far worse than it did when I brought it in! Unbelievable. Original noise was an occasional loud thunk from the front passenger side, and now it makes an extremely loud crunching metal noise. Would not recommend, and will not be going back.

Amazing service, as soon as I called, I was able to get my vehicle there the next day. They quickly diagnosed my problem, and had it fixed within 2 business days. No hidden extra charges, and reasonable prices for the services that were performed. If I ever need a vehicle worked on again, this is where I will be taking it.

Called to see if they could swap my kids tires over, without question was told to bring it right over, thank you for the great service, i called 5 other places and they would not help, Customer service it top notch.

Ernie was great. I was on strike for 8 months in the forestry industry and he did what he could to keep my costs low. They did a great job on my brakes and exhaust and it is very much appreciated!

Took our Corolla in for a new exhaust pipe today. Very polite and knowledgeable service, quick, allowed me to inspect the work before lowering the vehicle. Welding top quality, pipe bent perfectly and the system aligned perfectly as well. Not a particularly easy thing to do on an older car. Cost was very reasonable. 5 stars from me today.full disclosure, I have no connections with this business at all.

I brought my Highlander in for an exhaust leak. They corrected my mistaken diagnosis, promptly replaced the worn out part, and had me on my way within 2 hours. Friendly service and budget-friendly rates.
Definitely will be coming back!

Brought my car in with brake problems and got it back with the same problems. Brought it back, they couldn't replicate the issue I was having, so my car still has brake problems.

EDIT: Dennis reached out to me and we eventually got to the bottom of my brake problems. I appreciate the work that was done!

When my vehicle is noisy, Dennis makes it quiet again. If anyone wants to learn how to give great service, they can teach you here.

After my truck was checked, I was told by the bearded mechanic (right next to the owner and reception guy) that my pickup truck had so much rust and damage to the front and if I choose to take the truck home, I will possibly lose both front wheels on my way. That really scared me, but
I knew something was fishy (since other then breaks treatment nothing was wrong) and decided to take my truck somewhere else.
Well guess what? Other then superficial rust there was nothing wrong with my truck.in fact, it is in perfect condition.
I'd never recommend this place to anyone. Ripping off and scarring locals is not the way to get more business

Called and booked an appointment to replace my tailpipe. Told them make, model, and year of my car when I booked the apt. When I dropped the car off they had it for an hour, then told me I needed to replace the muffler as well, which I declined as I only wanted the tailpipe. They then informed me they didn't have the tailpipe in stock and needed to order it and I would need to come back another day to install it. Not going back. Waste of time.

The guys did a great job working with me on the job to keep the price down to something reasonable for a 15 year old Prius. I will go back for any future needs and will recommend them to others.

Very Dissatisfied! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!
I brought my old Pickup truck for an urgent brakes treatment. After talking to my regular mechanic (who couldn't work due to power outage) who quote me $450 job of changing 2 back rotors and a brake line, they charged me $1100. They couldn't even tell me what kind of rotors they are going to install, but called it Premium rotors. They sold me on a $160 each. I really needed the truck for work, so i had no other choice. I found out the REAL price for each Premium rotor after they already "fixed" the truck.it was 1/4 of the price at a competitor company. Then they said repeatedly I have other things that have to be fixed because it is too dangerous to drive as is. Some scare tactics that did Not work! The truck is old but is in perfect condition - at least it was, until it came out from Budget Brake & Muffler auto centre. Since driving out their door, the truck started having problems it did Not have before! When I was in the Garage, the mechanic told me "if you want to put the truck in reverse without having the gear grinding, put it in 2nd first", I replied: "if you press the clutch all the way it goes real smooth". Now I know where one of the problems came from! Never again will I deal with this place.
Unprofessional, Dishonest and Now I really need to fix the truck for problems I've never had.
P. S - When I arrived the place, there was a very young girl with a pickup truck who was on a verge of tears, sharing that she was told, her vehicle had so many problems, she could not drive as is. Probably some scare tactics that did work! Do Not trust this place and will never go back and would never recommend!
