Scott and his team were amazing! My 2005 Toyota Echo was experiencing major mechanical issues. They were able to get me in right away (within an hour of me calling) and had it fixed and up and running like a dream in about 24 hours. They thoroughly communicated the issues, thoughtful with their suggestions and were respectful of my budget. I cannot recommend Scott and his team more!

My Catalytic converter was stolen off my car. I had no experience with this and Budget was helpful all the way. Honesty, integrity, and great customer service. The only thing I could have done without was the greasy work boots on the mat in the car. Perhaps next time a paper mat to be put down.

I randomly found this shop online as it was close to my work and it did not disappoint. It can always be scary when you try an unknown car shop but these guys went above and beyond for me

I have an older vehicle that I've owned for close to 18 years. I needed some exhaust repair work done and Scott and his team were able to diagnose the problem, order parts and get the job done all within one day. I'm pleased with the service and quality of the work and my exhaust is nice and quiet now. I also like the fact that Scott recognized that this vehicle was very special to me and that made me feel that there is a pride in workmanship and service at this garage.

I brought my truck in for a simple repair and I was only charged for parts, not shop time.

There was a problem with my vehicle after my servicing. Insead of offering assistance or acknowledging this new problem, the owner, Scott, would not acknowledge the problem as a result of their workmanship. He blamed the issue on me because I wouldn't ok other work, they had suggested (Up-selling)
The problem I had after servicing did not exsist before my vehicle was serviced there.
I will not recommend this location of Budget Brake and Muffler to anyone.
I drove away with a new problem,
I feel, that it should have been investigated further and repaired by the this company. Poor customer satisfacotion and blassé attitude of owner.

Good, efficient repair to my vehicle. Happy with the work done and communication between myself and store manager. I have no problem recommending this business.

Confirmed an appointment for alignment, brakes, and oil change at 10: 30. Mechanic called expecting me at 9: 00am. Showed up at 10: 30. Alignment machine wasn’t ready for use. Shop didn’t have tools to remove standard acorn lug nuts. Decided just to go for the $49.99 oil change promotion online mechanic “had never heard of before”. Of course, $49.99 +filter +disposal fee. Came to about $80. But I said I want synthetic oil, so the price went up to $150. $70 ON TOP of the original $80 for 5 litres of synthetic…. Crooks.
Decided to take my car to a mechanic that had the $10 acorn lug nut removal tool handy.

The people in this business are lovely and accommodating. I find their perspective educational and accurate. I have never been up-sold. I have been with them for many years and I will continue going to them even though I have a warranty with the dealership of my new vehicle. I just trust them.

Scott is personable, has a good team and gives fair pricing. He responds fast and tries to get you back in your car as quickly as possible. I’ve used him for brakes and clearing the drain lines (water inside car). I recommend them for all services, not just brakes and mufflers. Scott and his team know their stuff.
