Best shop in town and it's all because of Malcolm. Absolute professional who knows exactly what type of oil to put in your car. When he took it around back, he handled my car so gently and precisely that you might mistake him for a neurosurgeon. I would trust him with my car, my mother's car, and my grandmother's car if she could still drive. 10/10 service

Went in to get my back light fixed, Owner (Paul) said, it needed a new plug. I said ok & paid 80 bucks for it, went back next day to get it fixed, turned out he ended up ordering wrong plug but then he said it wasn’t the plug but fuse malfunction caused the issue and we have changed it but your turn signal lights aren’t working now and I will have to charge you labour per hour to see what went wrong with them. I mean my turn lights were just fine when I came in to the store and your technician caused them to malfunction and now you are asking me to pay for his stupidity and to get them back to working. More over this guy doesn’t even greet you and avoids eye contact while explaining the issue. I sense dishonesty, incompetency and discrimination, definitely stay away from this shop

Best place to take your car in for an oil change, brakes, or anything car related. It is always so much cheaper than the dealerships and better quality of work. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable stuff. Thanks a lot.

Can’t say enough good things about Paul and the team! Outstanding guys who go above and beyond to ensure my car is safe to drive and issues were dealt with accordingly. Came in with a check engine light and a car that couldn’t stop jerking. They diagnosed and fixed the problem before noon. Highly recommended especially if you don’t know anything about cars (like myself). Thank you a ton!

Paul is an amazing owner and his crew are elite at getting only you what you need and nothing added for a quick buck. One of his Technicians Ben is my favorite to have work on my newer Toyota Tacoma. Hes thorough and enjoys what he does! And it directly translates into the work and effort put in to make sure they have the customers satisfaction.

If I could give 0 out of 5 stars for this place I would. First time I brought my car in I got my car back and the wheel alignment was still messed up and there was grease all over the cloth handle on my door. Second time I brought it in they wiped off some of the grease but left chemical stains on the handle instead with some of the grease still there as well. This time the wheel alignment seemed a bit better. Ended up taking it in a third time because the wheel they worked on started squealing. This time I got it back it drives fine but now there is grease and a new scratch on my hood and my car is white. Its not like they couldn’t see it there the people here just take 0 pride in their work whatsoever. I have never been more displeased with any shop in my life. Had to find my own way home every single time they should have been buying me Ubers for how much they inconvenienced me. If the owner wasn’t so nice I would have had a very difficult time keeping my cool.

It is alarming to have customer service at this level. On Friday they took my appointment for Saturday 11AM, as scheduled I handed over the keys to the owner at 11: 02 AM … he asked me if I am waiting or coming back later; he estimated 45mins to do the oil change. I advised him that I am going to the bank and be back by 12PM.

An hour later to my horror May car was parked as it is at the same spot. There were 2 mechanic at the back talking and laughing, the owner sitting in his office and another mechanic at the front, they were not short staffed, they just didn’t care.

Owner’s stated that he is not a perfectionist, hence he didn’t start the work on my vehicle. He didn’t even acknowledge that they didn’t keep their promise…

I wonder how on earth they survive with this kind of customer service or this customer service was based on the skin colour

I got my Mustang EcoBoost custom exhaust done from this shop. 4-5 months ago, when I first got my Borla ATAK mufflers installed from this shop, the technician who worked on my car made sure that my new mufflers were well aligned and weren’t touching other parts.

Later last week, I got my resonator delete to complete my catback exhaust project, but unfortunately, I ended up buying the wrong part, and custom welding and work were required. I was allotted a different technician this time, but I was really impressed with the work.

I waited a month because of the tyre season, but the wait was worth it. I would recommend being patient and getting custom work like those done from this shop. I'm going to hit them up for my future mods.

Feedback for the business owner: It would have been an even better experience if someone had called or texted for the appointment confirmation the day before. I wanted to give 4.5 stars, but there wasn’t an option, plus the team deserves that extra 0.5 star.
