I highly recommend this location! Kevin and his team of technicians are truly amazing. I use to live in burnaby and came here for a few repairs in the past. I have now moved to Langley, when my jeep needed servicing I found a local shop in my area. These guys did a horrible job with a simple oil change and told me my front breaks were at 5%. Something just wasn’t right … I had oil spilling afterwards and those breaks were serviced a year and a half prior. I called Kevin and brought in the jeep. Not only did they inspect the previous service work, they had to correct issues done by another shop… and those breaks…. Not 5 % like I was told. THANK YOU Budget Brake and Muffler.for being honest, and saving me unnecessary work… I will only being coming back to this location for any future needs. ITS WORTH the drive

Great services, Great Experience, Great team

I had been looking for a place to get my wheels aligned, how ever because my car naturally sits low. Two competitors had to turn me away after not being able to drive my car onto the ramp. One competitor even managed to damage a bit of the lip on my car attempting to do so.

With that said, I spoke with Andy on the phone and he assured me they have gotten some pretty low cars onto their lift. Andy and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, and over all professional and friendly.

The work they did on my car was noticeably great, as i felt a lot of resistance with when driving my car due to previously bad alignment. Car drives great now!

I will be returning to visit Andy and his team as i have some custom muffler work coming up that i would like to get done.

Andy and Kevin are my to go people for anything to do with my mini. I'm really happy i found this place and I'll be bringing my car here from now on. I brought my car in for an inspection since we are going on a vacation in a couple of weeks. Very reasonable rates. And professional service.

Amazing customer service! It was my first time going to service thats not attached to a dealership, Kevin the manager was prompt, honest and friendly.and I can see why theyre always busy! Highly recommend this place and I am glad to have found them.

Update:
It has been some years of experience with this shop and I have moved out of the area, but I was reminded again of why I keep coming back. They have new addition to their staff - I met Vinny and Robin today - and my experience is nothing short of fantastic. They quickly performed the needed work and gave me wonderful and helpful advice. I will gladly drive from Vancouver to here for my maintenance!

Back at Budget after moving back to the neighborhood and so glad I went to them for a pre roadtrip check. Quick and easy to get an appointment and communication with Kevin was great.

Our 1yr old battery failed a load test and they let me know so I could make sure the battery was covered under warranty from the place we got it from. Kevin went above and beyond as to even talk to the other shop to explain what the issue was and helped to make sure it was resolved, even though it didn't technically involve Budget.

Battery ended up being replaced under warranty thankfully, so there's no worries ahead of my road trip now. Thanks to Kevin and the crew for friendly and great service!

Kevin and his team were really quick to make time to check out a suspicious rattle under my car, and equally as quick to help resolve the issue. Kind and quality service!

Kevin was able to get me in on a busy day, they fixed my issue and had me on my way quickly. Much respect, I just booked another appointment for the next parts I need installed.

I had the opportunity to bring my car to their shop to do some work on my exhaust, Kevin was great listener, offering multiple solutions and managed to fit me in very short window. I am super happy with the job they did and definitely recommend this place.

It matters little what our concerns are with our vehicles. Kevin and his gang are always ready to help. This service centre keeps all of our vehicles in top shape and in a safe condition. Quick and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

The service at this center is excellent, had some ***** attempt to steal my catalytic converter which ended up needing to be replaced. Guys at Budget did good work and even drove me home and offered to stay late because of ICBC being difficult and not pushing things through. If I had exhaust work needing done in the future I would go there again.

Took my car in because it was making a bad noise, figured it was a seized caliper. They looked at it and said they weren't sure what it was, but it was $120 just for them to look - even with no real soultion. They threw in some caliper bushings, charged me $180 and the noise was even louder! Took it home and looked at it myself and figured out the axle nut on the wheel was loose. Torqued it, noise went away. Took 15 minutes. I've never paid a mechanic to get my car back in worse condition, and miss something so obvious.

I have been going to this place for awhile now. I'm always impressed with the service they provide. They are very upfront with my car needs and try not to upsell. V will go back again.
