Took my car back for some warranty repair and the team at Budget were very helpful. They stood behind their work and had my car finished with no extra cost to me. Professional and friendly staff.

My car, Puma is 21 years old that is 2002 Toyota Highlander. After replacing the valve cover gasket I had horrible headache because the bluish smokes came out when I start engine in each time. However Carlos and his team members never gave it up. Eventually they figured it out! I really appreciated to their respective efforts! Also Carlos fixed Puma's electrical issue with no charged for me. Carlos & crews are kind, reliable and responsible. I got an early X-mas presents from them. Thank you so much!

Thankfully they are open today. Friendly service. Good prices on front brakes. Saturday on a long weekend. I came back a week later and they did my back brakes and great price for winter tires. I’m good to go now for winter.

So happy with the the customer service I received here. Did not feel like anyone was trying to Rio me off or add on extra jobs. They knew I was on a budget and tried to help as best they could buy only doing the necessities. Super happy!

Went to Budget on Saturday during the crazy wildfires. These guys stayed open during a hectic time to help me get my brakes fixed before leaving Kelowna. They were extremely helpful and fast. Called me to ask for approval with pricing and had my car done within 45 minutes. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Zak and the rest of the gang! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. Two people were put on our repair in order to ensure same day service as we are not from Kelowna. We were pleased with the integrity of the employees. Highly recommended!

Bmw told me I have to change my muffler for $2,560. Came to budget in Kelowna, they took a look and said the muffler was fine. A bracket holding the muffler needed a bit of a adjustment. Was in and out within 15min and didn't have to pay a penny. Great service, great staff.

I had to use Budget in a pinch as I had been visiting Kelowna for the weekend and found that I needed new brake pads before I made the drive back to Vancouver, and they were one of the only garages with time available for a last minute repair. $1800 is the quote I received for four new rotors and pads, for an older Lexus SUV, which is insanity. I'm guessing the only way they stay in business is by fleecing people who don't know any better or what repairs cost. I begrudgingly gave approval for just the pads and a brake line flush which still came out to $750, twice as much as it should be, as I had no choice and couldn't spend another night in Kelowna looking for a better quote. Will absolutely never be giving Budget my business again.
