They consistently demonstrate that they are knowledgeable; they are unfailingly polite, helpful, and kind. They have earned five stars in my book.

This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve been to in Duncan! Everyone I’ve encountered who works here is so friendly and they greet me by name and with a smile when I enter. They are prompt and seem to really care about their customers. A couple of the employees there even know my medications by heart. The last two pharmacies I was a regular customer with in Duncan often didn’t have my medications ready on schedule. That has never been the case at Budget. Keep up the great work, guys! Highly recommend.

I went to Budget Pharmacy on Festerbert Street for my covid booster. The pharmacist who was going to give the shot didn't wear a mask saying it makes them uncomfortable. They tried the reasoning they're triple vaxxed to which I said, "You can still transmit the virus triped vaxxed if not wearing a mask. " Between that and the fact that they only had Pfizer and no Moderna, and I've had 3 Moderna shots, I cancelled that appointment and rebooked at Loblaws Pharmacy at Save-On. Because when I called Shoppers and Loblaws Pharmacy at Save-On and asked if they wear masks when giving covid shots, I was told everyone at those 2 pharmacies wear masks when giving the covid shot. The kind Pharmacist at Shoppers said he wears an N95 mask for himself and others. He has the right attitude. Shoppers has Moderna and Pfizer, and Loblaws at Save-On has both as well. And, if a person giving a covid shot won't wear a mask, especially a pharmacist, they have NO business giving a covid vaccine to anybody. Most getting boosters are the elderly, or young and middle aged, who are immune compromised.

Awesome service! I forgot the pharmacist was bringing my meds to the house at 10am I was out walking my dog, I called them & they came to the place I was at right then.they're amazing & so helpful!

We got our COVID boosters here. In spite of being short staffed and very busy they were so friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

I've been following Dhaval since he left another local pharmacy and started Budget pharmacy. He's the most knowledgeable pharmacist I've come across in all the years of having to take medications. He's answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and explains things clearly so I can understand. Such friendly staff also makes you feel like family. Try them out for their service and dont be surprised if they also cost less.

Amazing pharmacy, super knowledgeable and thorough on explaining my prescription, always great to talk to, even went out of his way to call and ask how it was working.
