I've been going to this place for years, and it's always been phenomenal. However, my pizza tonight was not as good as usual, hence the four stars. I think there must be a new chef because the pizzas had too much sauce and we're soggy. The sauce was also not spread evenly all the way to the crust. I hope this issue gets rectified, because it normally is fantastic.

Pathetic service. I order online. When I went for pickup. The order was ready and it was on table. But the waitress waited me 10 minutes.
She was terrible.
I want to complain to the restaurant for her un professional behavior.

Went here for dinner, to enjoy a pizza and drink. The waitress had a horrible attitude. Frankly going to this restaurant ruined my night. I was very excited to eat the pizza which smelt delicious, but sadly the waitress had too much of a negative attitude and made it so I did not want to eat there. If I didn’t have white skin I don’t think she would’ve treated me so me so negatively. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a nice time.

Tried the porchetta pizza. It was surprisingly well balanced among different flavors and textures.

The Quattro Formaggi and Calabria pizza was amazing, but the Margherita needed more basil. The service was excellent too, the waitress was very friendly and consistently refilling our water without us asking.

Really tasty pizza! Got the pepperoni and honey pizza and the roasted ham and pineapple pizza. They gave us three oils (pesto, garlic and chilli) to drizzle on the pizza. All the oils paired great. Will go there again!

Every time i've been into the Kerrisdale location, the staff have gone out of their way to accommodate us. You can expect great customer service as well as amazing food and cocktails in a cozy intimate restaurant! A must try in Vancouver!

Dont forget to bring with you a second ID because Raven loves to hit her ID counts for the month. This is coming from a 33 yr old male with a full-on beard who apparently looks like an 18 yr old kid and was asked to show not one but TWO photo IDs. (i suspect she was being racist).

Bufala is a cute place in the neighbourhood. I ordered the rigatoni and it was quite dry and disappointing. The experience was similar to the individual who got rigatoni for take out. My friend got a pizza and they said it was good - would recommend you get pizzas here.

Great gourmet pizza reasonably priced. Service fast and on point. Busy, come early or book

The pizza is amazing! It doesn't reheat well so I wouldn't order a lot more than you can eat.

My friend and I just sat down for probably the worst dining experience we both have shared. As two women sitting down for dinner we have never been accustomed to such disrespect and disregard of our presence. Not only had we been sitting for 50minutes without receiving our entré but the gentleman next to us received there food which was exact the same as we had ordered an hour earlier then received there’s after 25 minutes. Blatant disregard for request for the bill to leave as waiters were talking to every other table aside from us. Smells like homophobia to me.

Personally, this is hands-down the best gourmet pizza I've ever had in Canada. Having wanting to try this place for awhile, was so pleased with the positive first-time experience, especially for a special occasion. Fine quality ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and the most amazing pizza dough/crust texture (not too dense or doughy, light yet has a nice bite, with just the right amount of crispness). Also ordered the locally-sourced roasted duck leg which was so tender and perfectly seasoned, complemented perfectly with creamy polenta, crunchy radicchio and nut garnish - simply incredible! The passion and expertise that head chef Kevin has for his craft is clearly reflected in the quality of the food. Even the complimentary homemade Nutella gelato was amazing! Besides the delicious food, this was also one of the happiest dine-in experiences ever. In fact, the whole service team, from the welcoming hostess, our lovely and hospitable young blonde waitress (sorry forgot the name), and other friendly staff made the meal so much more enjoyable. Really satisfied with the service. The restaurant atmosphere is also very warm and cozy. Truly a great neighborhood restaurant establishment!

One of the (if not the) best spots in Kerrisdale for a meal. Very consistent on getting hot quality food and the ambiance is exemplary. Thank you for your incredible restaurant!

It was an absolute treat walking down Balsam, then Vine, down West Boulevard - stumbling upon your pizzeria. I could literally smell the jet stream of fresh ingredients: P haha! As I walked from Cyclone Tailor Rink to grab food to go!

Your service was friendly, so were your guests. The extra add-ons were hilarious with my name card on my pizza, plus some of the other things your guests did to bring a smile to my face. ;) thanks staff of Bufala for making my evening, plus my tummy very happy too!

I look forward to coming by again soon.

There’s one waitress with very bad attitude. It’s the worse dinning experience ever. Won’t go back again!

Came here for Dine out Vancouver 2023. Very high quality food. Their pizza is delicious. Loved the fennel sausage on Finocchiona. You can see them making the pizza. I liked their desserts a lot. Among the best I’ve had in YVR.

Cocktails at happy hour were great but the food looked like it was off of a kids menu. I had the sausage entree, flavors were good but the amount of food was very small for an entree of $26. My boyfriend had the spaghetti and “meatball”, tiny portion and the sauce was subpar. To top of the night, when I mentioned it to the staff, we received snarky rude remarks. Wouldn’t waste my time here again.
