I booked a move with BBX this spring and it made my life so much easier! I rented the moving bins and it was a total game changer, I never want to rely on cardboard again and I love how it’s a much more sustainable option. The movers were excellent, Igor and his team were incredibly efficient and professional. I had a very tight timeline for my move and the team at BBX helped turn a stressful situation into a quick move! I would recommend them to anyone, I hope I don’t have to move again soon but I won’t hesitate to use them again. Worth every penny!

Great service. Dropped off at my place, no hassle. Boxes were clean. The dollies made the move as smooth as moving can be. They picked up the boxes at the new place, no hassle. I was even a little late to get home for them to pick up the boxes and they were totally chill. Would definitely use again.

We loved getting the two roller carts, it really helped us pack up the boxes and move them to the correct rooms when we unpacked.

The moving company was happy with the sturdy boxes that were the same size and easily stackable. It really sped up the movers packing time.

Used bungobox for a local move and the whole process was smooth and professional. Faris was great and his team were in constant communication. They offered box rentals, storage, and full moving service including the use of towels and wrapping furniture to prevent damage. The staff were all professional and quick and lessened the pain of moving significantly. I will have to say they are not the cheapest service, but you get what you pay for!

Hopefully won’t be moving again anytime soon, but if I do will definitely be using Bungobox again! BEST investment and made packing + unpacking SO much quicker. Loved how they came to drop everything off & picked up. Delivery drivers were polite, helpful & professional. Entire process was extremely convenient and our movers really appreciated the easy to carry + stack boxes. Highly recommend to make the process of moving less stressful!

Btw the video estimate is way more convenient than having someone over and was far quicker and more reasonable than some of the other in person quotes I received.

It was our 2nd time using bungo boxes for our move and I would never move without them if I had the choice. They are so convenient and easy to use. No taping boxes and they are so sturdy. We had a wonderful experience with BungoBox during our move. We rented their large boxes and wardrobe boxes which were amazing to work with. It kept our things organized and made it super easy and quick for their movers to move! The movers were professional, efficient and friendly! They wrapped our things without us even asking, such as our crib to prevent damage. We definitely recommend BungoBox to anyone who is moving!

Horrific experience. DO NOT hire these movers and especially don’t work with Feris. They sent the wrong size truck to my move. The movers repetitively were in contact to Feris to let him know that the truck wasn’t big enough to which Feris replied “make it work”. When time came to catch the ferry a third of my stuff didn’t fit into the truck. I stressed to the movers that I needed the truck that they had already packed to be on the ferry for which they had a reservation (reservations were sold out for the day). The movers passed the message onto Feris (he later lied to me and said the movers hadn’t told him) who decided to go against my wishes, get a larger truck, repack all of my belongings. They ended up having to wait 4 sailing waits to get on the ferry. A move that was suppose to be over at 6pm went on until 10pm. To top it all of I asked to speak to the owner and while I was waiting to hear from him Feris charged my credit card without my consent. Also many items arrived damaged.

JD and Paul came to deliver and pick up the boxes. They were friendly, professional and explained the process well. Siyan and his team helped me with the move. The move went smoothly thanks to his calm and friendly demeanor. Moving with Bungobox was a great experience as far as stressful moves go.

Great service from BungoBox. The gentlemen who helped with my move were very profession and took good care of my delicate items. They helped assemble my furniture after it arrived so I could live in my home same-day.
BungoBox also stored my items for a month at a good price.

They use their own containers which makes it very easy for them to put them in their own carts designed for them.

Did a major house renovation and needed to store pretty much everything we had. BungoBox provided everything we needed including the storage boxes which could be stacked on dollies and moved around as well as wardrobe closet containers. Made life a lot easier. Very punctual with drop off an pick up times. Would highly recommend them.

Great not having to deal with dusty cardboard boxes. The Bungo boxes were clean and ready to fill. They have excellent customer service, and actually answer their business phone line and answered all of our questions. Unlike other companies who expect you to figure it out completely online. That is why we ultimately chose to use Bungo box! We were very happy!

BungoBox makes moving 10 times easier and saved me a bunch of money! I've done 3 moves now with BungoBox (and unfortunately many more without them), and I can say for sure that they were the best decision I made with my moves!

The boxes stack before and after use, so they don't take up a ton of space. They're a great size and very sturdy when in use, I feel so much more confident that my stuff will be safe in a BungoBox vs old school cardboard boxes.

The upfront cost is comparable to cardboard boxes, except that moves go so much faster with BungoBoxes and their wheels that I'm convinced that I've saved nearly the entire cost of them in saved time paying for my movers. Plus they're reusable, so there is no guilt of using a bunch of cardboard boxes.

A tip from experience: get their reusable wardrobe boxes for your clothes that you hang. It saves unhanging and rehanging the clothes, keeps them wrinkle free, and you can put your non hung clothing in the bottom of the box. This saves on the number of boxes you need to move (trust me, using up multiple boxes just for hangers alone feels so dumb!), and this saves you loads of time and effort packing and unpacking your clothes!

There is only one thing to be careful of with BungoBoxes: it's very tempting to drag them around, but just like anything, dragging stuff across your floor can cause floor damage. My suggestion is to get an extra set of bungobox wheels, keep the unused boxes stacked on one side of your room, stack the filled boxes on the other side of the room, and always move the box you're packing on wheels. Not only does this keep you from scratching your floor, it makes moving the box around while your filling it far easier. I even keep one or two filled boxes on the wheels below the box I'm filling so that the box you're filling is at a better level for filling it.

Next time you move, use bungobox, you won't regret it! Good luck with your move!

Had an amazing experience with BungoBox:) I had spent quite a bit of time researching moving compagnies and have to agree with the comments, this is a great one. They were very quick, professional, helpful and kind! They gave me a hand to put together some of my furniture and still needed only about 3h, which was the lower end of what I had received as a quote. I had packed all my stuff beforehand, and despite my somewhat suboptimal box packing, no items were damaged. Thank you very much for making my move a much more pleasant experience! 100% would use again (though I sincerely hope for myself not in the near future.) and recommend to friends:)

We had a great experience. The price for enough boxes for a 1 bedroom was very reasonable, and they dropped them off promptly. Two weeks was a good amount of time to get packed and unpacked (provided a little bit of pressure to get unpacked quickly which isn’t a bad thing), and they picked them up promptly as well. I hate building and disposing of cardboard boxes, not even to mention how wasteful they are, so I am never going back. Bins are amazing!

From start to end great experience and super friendly staff, communicated really well with me before each step. The move went swiftly and no damage and they were very accomdating when I needed to extended my box booking too! Would use them again when I move!

Used BungoBox after another company let us down. The crew were amazing- arrived on time, packed up our entire apartment in just over an hour, and squeezed it all into a 9’ square storage unit when other companies quoted us 10’x15’! They were careful, polite and fast. Will use them every time now.

The boxes are sturdy, clean and easy to seal. You don’t need duct tapes, you just close the lid and you are ready to move the boxes. It’s simple and saves a lot of time.

I recommend Bungo Box to anyone I speak with that's getting ready for a move! Of every vendor I used during my move the whole Bungo Box Team was exceptional! From providing detailed instructions on the most efficient way to pack, to the day before prep to be ready when the team arrived to pick up my Bungo Boxes to be moved! It didn't stop there, when the team came to pick up the empty Bungo Boxes, they were super friendly and efficient.

Great service througout other than we booked for 3 movers and only 2 turned up. There was an error in the order processing. We paid only for 2, but it would have made the move faster. Other than that, great service

Everyone working for Bungobox is super helpful and great to deal with; the service is excellent and it’s so much better than having to find or buy cardboard boxes and then dispose of them afterwards. Stacking emptied crates gives you a surefire hit of dopamine, and leaves a lot more space than the alternatives. A small thing: we included some reusable wardrobe boxes with our order, but they were pretty beaten up, tricky to fold and ultimately didn’t provide much advantage over folding clothes into a regular crate. In future we would either skip the wardrobe boxes or buy disposable ones instead. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Bungobox to anyone with an upcoming move.

I received phone call from Bongo box once I submitted inquiry online and they offered all kinds of great deals and promises of speedy direct move and great pricing.

At first in quote they purposely quoted smaller boxes than I told them so quote looks more appealing. I quoted medium, large and extra large Home Depot boxes, he put in quote book boxes which at that point I had no clue about.

On December 17,2020 I called them to go over box count and item count. They never asked for size specifications, just count. Then they subcontracted moving to another nightmare moving company which moved moving day two days sooner to December 18. Upon arrival other moving company charged me extra through bungobox to move stuff because quoted volume was lot less than actual volume. Unfortunately I could not reschedule and get different movers as I had to move out of my apartment.

BungoBox disregarded my complaints about subcontracting and additional fees as result of improper quote. Subcontractors delivered my furniture late and with lots of damage, they were very rude and argumentative. I had to sign new contract with subcontracted movers.

Initially BungoBox told me they have hubs everywhere and they have speedy deliveries, after the fact- that they are only broker and I should have known that.

We paid packers to carefully pack and label everything for where it was to go in the new place and ended feeling like these were ignored. The movers put everything everywhere in a haphazard way. It took us ages just to sort everything to the right place. My husband gave them a tour when they arrived and told them which room was which - the beds still almost ended up being set up in the wrong rooms.
Our cream-coloured cloth bed-frame is dirty in at least 3 spots on different pieces of the bed, which I will have to try to clean. Either from poor wrapping or setting up with dirty hands.
There was a scratch left on the brand new flooring from dragging a heavy piece of furniture (fortunately one of the movers came back the next day to fix this).
Halfway through moving stuff in we received a call saying there was no more space and they were trying to send our remaining stuff to storage.when my husband came upstairs to look, there were no boxes in any of the 3 bathrooms, 3 closets, or laundry room, and he was able to easily re-direct them to fit the rest of our stuff.
The movers were otherwise courteous but came up short of our expectations. I expected better from experienced movers.

I had the worst experience with this company and it was all chaos. They won’t do the job them self and subcontracting to other moving companies. There guys were late while I was booking the elevator for a specific time that made my day and moving so stressful. Apart from that there movers were using mobile throughout the moving and killing time to extent their hours of work. I ended up paying double for my moving. I would have put zero star if I could.
I don’t recommend this company at all, just stay away from this company if you wanna have a smooth moving.

The boxes were perfect for our move, and saved us time and waste. The moving services made our move a breeze, we couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend for local city moves!

WORST Moving Experience Ever.
Do not ever use BungoBox. Moving from a 2 bedroom apartment, I was quoted 3-4 hours if they needed to tear down the furniture. I had everything disassembled, boxed up and ready to go except for a bed. It took them over 6.5 hours to complete everything with my wardrobe ending up getting destroyed and my bed being severely damaged and needing very significant repair. Considering they do this on a daily basis, I thought better planning would have been in order.the driver was instrumental in getting the truck packed well or it would have taken even longer. The rider was absolutely WORTHLESS, complaining every 15 mins, things were "too heavy", sorry i'm moving slow but i'm tired", "the company should have sent more guys for this", and so on for the entire time. I was understanding at first, but that turned into irritation quickly. The rates are good, but when the workers drag their feet, you might as well go with another company. I feel for you as you watch your money float away and your things possibly damaged

I had terrible experience with them! They were late 20 minutes even I booked and paid for the elevator which suppose to start by 9: 00 morning and they never apologized! Conversation was tough with them as they didn't understand very well what I'm saying! They broke several items and glasses us they put the boxes upside down even it marked and wrote on all of them.

They said they were in hurry and forced me to sign on the paperwork quickly I didn't have enough time to look everything over.
Later I called them to explain how the moving went but they said too bad cause you already signed the paperwork and they charged me full amount.
Terrible experience I ever had as they never discounted and I lost my deposit for the elevator.
Unprofessional and absolutely not reliable.

We had a great experience with Bungo Box. They were very easy to work with and provided spot on guidance for how many boxes to order for our move. The move was super quick as a result of the boxes. Having a 'pick up date' established provided the needed motivation to unpack quickly which has made settling in at the new place that much easier.

The people at BungoBox are absolute Pros! The guys they sent who helped me with my move where great! They helped me with packing and handling some of the more delicate/fragile stuff I have and where really careful when loading and unloading everything on the truck, had their face masks on all the time, etc. I was out of my old place and already unpacking on the new one in a little over 3.5 hours and not a single cup was broken or damaged during the move.

From start to finish, these guys are the real deal!

I decided to rent the bungo boxes and use their moving guys as well. The boxes were clean, sturdy and their recommendation on how many boxes I would need was spot on for a 1 bedroom place. I received an email shortly after booking the move with insurance options, super handy moving checklists and instructions. The cost of getting the bungos without the movers was comparable the price of how many cardboard boxes we would have needed so going with a more eco friwny option made even more sense to us. We didnt have to go box hunting or buying, and we didn't have to contribute more to the landfill or recycling. The boxes also came with handy labels and stack up very easily as well as a set of wheels to get them around your place easier so you don't have to lift much!

Since I chose to use their moving services along with the box rental, they let me keep the bungos for an extra week without charge, which gave us more than enough time to pack and unpack before they needed them back.

We had 3 great guys manage our move (2 massive flights of stairs and all) and they were professional, polite, and took extreme care with all of our belongings. They were careful to lay down floor runners and watched that the walls were not damaged, and they wrapped our fragile items up (including a 65 inch tv) very well. Nothing was broken, damaged or missing and they did the whole move in record time. I think it took 4.5 Hours start to finish. When you book the movers, the office will call to ask if you needed moving supplies such as a TV box, tape, mattress covers etc. Those are extra cost but in the end it was only an extra 45.00. I would suggest pre arranging these things so there is no surprises but we paid exactly what we were quoted.

We are extremely satisfied with BungoBox and will hands down be recommending them to our friends and family.

First time using rented containers for a move. BungoBox was great! Boxes are sanitized before they are delivered to you, so I didn't have any concerns COVID wise.

Their customer service was outstanding! Easy to book and they called a few days before drop off and pick up to confirm and texted to confirm when they were close. Staff that delivered and retrieved the boxes were friendly, helpful, wore masks and practiced social distancing.

Boxes made packing so easy. No tape to worry about. Boxes all the same size so easy to stack. And that made things easier for the movers.

I’ve used bungo boxes for my last two moves and they’ve been great both times. They check in to confirm delivery and pickup times and the staff are always friendly and effective. The boxes stack, are sturdy and keep us organized throughout the move - definitely makes moving less stressful and more sustainable. I moved during the pandemic and they’re sanitation and safety protocols made me feel safe.

Excellent service and very caring staff help to ease a stressful moving time, Don’t bother with collecting card board boxes, tape, and then lugging them around in different sizes, only to have to fold them up again and recycle them.this service makes it soo much easier and very reasonable prices. The boxes provided fit a lot of items inside and stack easily, the provided dolly to move them around is just a bonus. To bad the service of free drop off and pickup doesn’t extend to surrey perhaps in the future it may.
