Buntzen Lake Recreation Area

During the period from 5/16 to 9/4, prior online reservation is required to enter.

I am a camper and out door person, this place is nice in terms of view and nature but has worse rangers and rules.
This place specially the rangers are anti pet and dogs.
Absolutely not friendly and rude.
I will recommend u go to a different place to enjoy the nature

This lake is awesome. Water is nice to swim in and great for paddle boarding. Gets pretty busy so book your pass very early at 7 in the morning when the lines open. 2 nice island you can hang around on an swim too.

Stupidest parking systems in the world. And they do not allow drop off.

Great place for a picnic. Nice weather, beautiful sights, glorious sunset.beautiful company. What more can one ask for? Most amazing things in the world are free for one to enjoy and discover.

I have to go several times every summer, which is very suitable for family water activities. Don't forget to reserve a parking space in advance before you go, otherwise you will not be able to enter the parking lot.

Great private place to spend time with family and friends. Awesome shore for kids and paddleboarding with stunning view. Only downside is that it is very hard to make a reservation. Sold out in 3 minutes. Highly recommended
