EDIT I take back this review for bad customer service. Ran out of my favourite peach cartridge and you guy says they only come in this new style and you'll need a battery too. So I bought two cartridges and a new battery and both cartridges got clogged had to suck the life our of them to get them to work. I then tryed to return or trade them and guy says I can't they are half gone. Ya it's because of all the oils that spill thru the top of these defective cartridges and ends up on my upper denture or down my throat. He offered me z new battery and asked me if I would return I said iffy. I spend so much in that store! "James is the best! I visited your store in the afternoon 09 20 23 and he had me so happy with the service it was hard to leave! I’ll be back as I always buy from this location! "

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff - clean environment and not too overbearing. A good selection too, plus they’re cheaper than most private shops in Vancouver. 10/10!

Very cool and clean inside. They are professional and it is always a relaxed atmosphere. So many choices of flower, etc. For your needs.

I'm not the biggest fan of Burb as a company, as their selection isn't stellar. This location is nice, and has kind staff. The location is very convenient and I haven't had issues here. Wish they did pickup, but as other stores have that feature, it doesn't matter much that one store doesn't. If I'm in the area and need something, I'll go.

The best place to go to, Taylor and Alex are absolutely incredible and hardworking. Definitely coming back all the time!

So I don't know anyone's names who works at this Burb location, but I've been shopping here for over 2 years. Every time I go in, I ask for recommendations. Most of the time, it's different employees as I've no regular shopping schedule.
There are two dudes who top the list for best recommendations, and I hope you know who you are because, again, I don't know any names. One really cool dude and one jacked dude with glasses.
Anyways, prices are what they are, and at other times when I've asked for recommendations at other stores, some simply try to get rid of their oldest stock. This Burb location seems to get it right.

They give out matches. Which means they aren't apart of the selling 6 cent lighters for 80x what they bought them for, racketeering.

Why do I seem to think that the product might get better if I wait a couple months in-between visits.it's the same moisture controlled dried out bud that it always is. I've had one good strain in my 10+ visits.

Amazing staff and store. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a immersive cannabis experience.

How does this place have such a decent rating?

I spent $60 on a couple prerolled and like, an eighth, and couldn't smoke any of it because it disintegrated in my hands. Air tight containers yet brittle dry product. I walked back in to complain but no one cared. "As is"

The store is super nice inside, but the customer service was really disappointing. We looked around for 10 minutes with not so much as a hello, there were no other customers in the store so it’s not because they were busy. 2 products I wanted were sold out but still on display which was a frustrating back and forth, but when I finally got to pay, the employee couldn’t even be bothered to turn the debit terminal to face me …. I would love to come back here as I really like the store but I really don’t want to after todays experience

I probably visit Burb at least once a week to get whatever I need, the staff there are very knowledgable and friendly especially Joey, Prices are fair, quality is amazing. I don’t think I’ve been taught to try some thing and not enjoyed it thoroughly once highly recommend checking any other locations out but I personally love the Westwood plaza burb

These people are so nice. I had lost my phone in the parking lot in front of store yesterday. I was at such a loss, until I heard from someone at Burb that somebody found it and dropped it off at the next Hearth pizza. He was so kind. I was able to visit during lunch today to pick it up. Thank you so much. And I wish you a very happy New Year!

If you decide to shop here, I suggest using cash. I shopped here on Dec 28 and their debit machine charged me twice for a $32.76 purchase. I didn’t notice until I was doing my banking the next day. I was surprised when I called the store…. The guy that answered the phone told me “the machine does it sometime” and he gave me an email address to contact. After not receiving a response for 2 days, I called the store to follow up. The guy that answered told me it is their software that causes the machine to double charge customers. And he had to call the person I sent the email to in order for me to receive a reply. So, they know their machine rips customers off, and instead of getting new software they just let it keep happening. The one guy I spoke to indicated it's been happening for awhile. And then when you kindly request a refund, they have to investigate. I sent my email on December 29. Today is January 3. I STILL have not received a refund. Great customer relations Burb Cannabis. You figure the manager would want to make it better, but she just called their accountant Samantha to reply to my email…. Again. The manager actually tried to get me to understand that the reason I have been waiting 5 days for a refund is because there was the holiday. You shop here BRING CASH because they would rather let their machine charge customers twice for one purchase than put up a sign that the machine is out of order. Absolutely ridiculous!

Friendly staffs and good quality products! Joey always make my experience at the store enjoyable.

Informative, Kind, Compassionate and hella good vibes sums up the entire staff.
I dont mind paying a little more for top notch service and knowledge.

It was my first time at a cannabis store, and I don't know how is it supposed to be, but you don't get a lot of help from the clerks; you should know in advance what you want to get, since they can't recommend you what to buy. It's a bit frustrating, but I guess that's just how it is.

Very disappointed with the overpriced and dry products definitely would not return or recommend. Ps. Thanks for the copy and paste response.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. As someone who is not familiar with marijuana and was a bit hesitant to try anything with THC in it, they really helped ease my mind. I wanted the benefits of CBD without the high. They were able to find me a few products to help my medical needs. I bought vape CBD and it’s really not too bad. A bit difficult at first getting used to the lung reaction. I bought the CBD oil as well as the cream.
The cream made me break out in hives, but I’ve since shared it and they’ve had no issues like that.

I’d like to see more information available to help people understand more about each product and what you can expect. I’m not sure if this is regulated by the government and stores are not allowed to elaborate or why there would be such a lack of information.

Terrible flower.definitely not coming back here, super dry and bad taste.not even stoned from the 3.5g i bought for $70

I tried this place a few times trying all the price points and different strains, never been impressed.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly and professional environment. Staff members love making customers happy and not making sales.

This place is conveniently located near a SkyTrain. I'm not often in the area and had heard that coquitlam just opened up their first shop so had to check it out. It's different and more well thought out than most of what's out there.

Alien OG had me feeling alright for the night. I vegged out and watched Netflix all night before devouring a bag of ms Vickie's… This was stronger than I remember lol

Really potent stuff. Picked up a couple of grams of Indica and they ranged rom 18-20 percent. Phenomenal.

My friends have been talking about Burb for some while together and when I was visiting her she took me here. I don't know why I've waited so long but I think I found my new favourite cannabis brand!

The staff here are super knowledgeable and friendly. I really like the display and they seem to have more reasonably priced options than a lot of other cannabis shops.
Aesthetically, the interior is also really nice and they seem very committed to keeping a clean and classy environment. It’s even worth the trip if you’re not super close by.

Very cozy look, can definitely see myself picking up here everyday! I wonder if my roommates will be mad that I stunk up the entire house haha

FINALLY! A pot shop in Coquitlam! What I love about it (besides the great pot) is that when you walk in, it doesn't feel like one! Great job girls!

Got some of their Pink Death, it was nice and green full of visible crystals and it stunk my room up that I had to put it inside another jar. Major brownie points for them.

The only Store in the Vancouver region that has an identifiably store interior. There's colour, not just pot. Which, I suppose if you're wanting a fuller shopping experience, you could come to burb. I mostly come for the delicious danky dope.

I love to soft muted colours of the Burb brand. I never really thought about it before but those soft browns and creams make me feel even more relaxed…. Zzzzz

Maybe one of the most refined selections of buds in the area. From White rhino to White widow, I think I've seen quite a few superstar strains here. I'm fortunate that all this is available at Burb on top of everything else they carry.

Agreed, very friendly staff who seem to know a lot about weed and seem to be aware of what the cannabis community is like, whether they are part of it themselves…I'm not too sure.

Their staff is very friendly, usually smiling and happy to help you. I was greeted when I walked in the store and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. Very help. Just what I'm looking for in a service.

Picked up an 1/8th of my favourite bud Gelato and was pleased to find they had Sour Diesel and some White Widow.

If there we're a commercial for Burb I can definitely hear a pop-synth tune. I see lots of people commenting here on Burb building a brand and community and that is just right. I really think they have the building blocks for something great here.

Glad to see a place inside coquitlam that I can get pot! Went there the other day, nice quaint store with clean display. Staff was super friendly in helping me pick something out.

I really like how I can browse through the store and learn about marijuana before buying it. It really provides a full experiences where at other stores I really just go to the bar and then leave. Really good.

One thing I don’t like about pot shops is that they all look like pot shops. It's nice that we have this high-quality looking place here in coquitlam.

An easy to access bud shop with everything you'll need. Pot, Accessories like bongs and papers, clothing like shoes and socks.

Bought an 1/8th of OG for 31, not too bad I think. The THC was like 18%, enough to put me into a trance.

Decided to splurge on some of their more expensive strains… WOW, I didn't realize you could sleep for 14 hours! I guess that's an endorsement from me on their expensive strains. Top quality IMO

Couldn't tell it was a cannabis store just by looking at it. That's what I like. I mean, the AAA bud is really great too. I recommend trying it out.
