Gentleman today was very helpful and knowledgeable! Each time I've come into Burb the workers at this location have been nothing short of fantastic!

I've been going here every month or so for about a year. The people working and the drivers have GREAT vibes. Wonderful people with great customer service skills. Literally nothing I'm about to complain about is on the customer facing staff.

But that's where the compliments end. As soon as you step in, you're hit with bad signage and bad displays. That is not an individual store problem because every Burb has this issue due to their attempt to appeal to a certain clientele, and the value of aesthetics over function.

In this store, half of the display products are sold out at any given time while the packages are still present in the windows. Many times I found myself browsing an entire table's selection, only to find I actually only had three or four options in stock. The store stops restocking your favorite product at the drop of a hat. There's no in store menu listing all of their products offered, but there is one online.
When I decided to order online instead of going in store, I found out the online menu is just as difficult to determine the stock on and the program oversells products without the store's knowledge. Very frustrating experience, and the private store markup is an additional wallet hit. I'll go to BCCS next time.

People here are very nice and delivery is free over 35$. The driver I saw today was very sweet and when I asked about a problem he quickly attempted to remedy my issue. The dutchie client used on the website is REALLY BAD and buggy, but it's the same service other dispos use too so it's not like I fault them for it lol. I wouldn't choose to recommend this store, but it's still a good place.

Would recommend to anyone near the Coquitlam/poco location. Best customer service and delivery experience

Headed to the Burb for Birthday hoots but decided to check their website first. I seen they had a Mother’s Day OG box with a bunch of stuff plus an eighth of your choice of buds from Sun Farms, all for $50! Wicked deal! Chose my buds, plus some chocolates and a drink (all CBD infused) then got a 10% discount cause it’s my Birthday and walked out smiling.
The “bud tender” was super nice and happy to make suggestions.
Definitely will be going back!

Good products. Bad customer service. Salesperson had the worst attitude. With more stores opening all the time won't be going back

I sadly have nothing good to say about my experience at Burb. I decided to give this dispensary a try, as my usual was closed. I was the only individual in the store, and received little to no help in finding the right strain to help with my insomnia. The two employees at the counter had a too-cool-for-school attitude, and offered no assistance. They seemed bored, and almost annoyed with me for asking for help. With that being said, the prices here are VERY high compared to other dispensaries, and the product was VERY subpar. I opened the joint I bought when I got home, and realized I spent double what I normally do, for half the product. Will not be returning.

Nice place, weed no so much. Asked for the best oz and came home and with Dry bud and I found seeds! Never in 15 years of smoking have I found seeds but eh I know a seed when I see one! Super disappointed if you want a quick joint sure but I wouldn’t make this place my go to!

I've been here many times and have always had a good experience. The workers are friendly and very helpful. However, this past week definitely stood out the most. I went in looking for something specific for someone close to me. I was browsing the topical section and that's when Delisa came over and asked if I needed any help. She was so friendly and helpful! She gave her opinions on what she liked and what worked for her. She also gave her recommendations and explained how and when to use each of the priducts. I'm really glad I got to meet her and am very thankful for her help!

I'm a irregular user but I love going to Burb! Amazing staff who are so helpful and knowledgeable and great product variety. Tons of selection in CBD and topicals which I enjoy. Lovely atmosphere too! Will always recommend Burb!

This store oozes west coast chill vibes. Loved the experience, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helped me picked out one of the most unique pipes I’ve ever seen. So excited to show off my new purchase. I’ll be heading back in soon to purchase their amazing side stash bag
