Went to the store today around 2: 30pm and the tall Asian lady who helped us was very rude. Not only was she on her phone, but she made faces as I was talking and was overall very disrespectful and wasn’t helpful at all. Do not come to this store. We also went to the Burberry store in Nordstrom and the woman there was much more knowledgeable.

Poor and uncomfortable customer service, I can feel ignorance from the staff depending on how they look. Gucci, LV other brand services are better

This brand positions itself as a luxury segment, but at the same time, the staff in this store has a too low level of customer service. For most employees, the usual greeting with a client is quite difficult. My friends and I noticed that in this store it's normal not to say goodbye to visitors if they haven't made a purchase; there is also a completely opposite situation here, as soon as you buy something, the staff begins to show hypocritical interest. Sorry, but this is the level of customer service of a third world country.

Such an excellent service. I got such a premium service there and the customer service is very friendly. I recommend this store very much. Thank you for giving e such a great service.

Arrogant sales rep.no service was provided at all. I am most certainly not going to stepping foot into the store again. When I went to LV/ Chanel later of the day, the service i have received was way more friendlier.why pay a premium price for burberry to get such poor service?

Burberry is a great brand, this store's selection is not that great though. I find Holt Renfrew has a better selection of Burberry items

Friendly staff! The men's stock could be a bit better and more aligned with the online product offerings. The manager was very friendly, knowledgeable and openly engages clients. He sparked a great conversation about the direction of the brand and the current product offerings.

First time into the store today, I had nothing but a nice experience.
Julia was my SA she was very nice, informative and went out of her way to show me other ways to wear the belt of the jacket I already purchased which was nice as the sale was done but she continued to make sure I was fully going to enjoy my purchase.

Three stars because the service is fine and I got what I asked for. Although some of the younger salesperson did not seem very pleased when I walked in.probably because i walked in 10 minutes before the store closing time, or i just havent spent enough yet

SAs are very welcoming and nice at this location. Had two pairs of Burberry shoes purchased in the states repaired here at no cost. They were deficiencies in the hardware, or less glue on sole so the entire shoe came apart, It is a disappointment to realize the deficiencies you see in your high-end shoes, and it is frustrating to be encountering so many pairs (four pairs- 2 sandals, 1 espadrille, and 1 flat) of "expensive" shoes to have such poor quality. I guess cost doesn't correlate to the quality you are going to get.

Regardless of the poorly made shoes, their service is always top notch, and exceptionally satisfying. Shoes are repaired in less than 2 weeks, and once they are fixed, there are no problems. That is the only reason I am giving a 5 star!
