This is just depressing. It’s like a bad sci fi food distribution center. The people working here make a good effort and it’s a Burger King but what a sad spot.

Worst service one girl was on the phone while they are not even paying attention to the customer

It's just a regular burger King. The service was a bit slow of a fast food, but ok. It's never really crowded and inside it's calm.

The only issues with this place is the junkies and the insanely SLOW service. Workers go at a snail’s pace here, compared to other locations. They don’t care

I ordered food today at 11: 35 am the staff was rude bcz when i ordered fresh veggie sandwich and she served old one and when i go back and told that its not fresh she talk in a very bad manner and said its fresh now we can’t do anything. (25-oct-2023)

Beware of your big order. They will miss some of your items or make a mistake. They do poorly of their job. I already came home and saw some of my items are missing. Such a waste of time. No wonder this location is empty

Poor Customer service and attitudes with customers. Place not kept clean and had to wipe my own table. Will not return there again.

Always opens late, always. I was waiting at the door at 9.20,20 min after they were to open, they came to the door and asked me why i was waiting, i said to get food they said they would not be open for a half an hour, every day they are late opening, the worst burger king ever

I'm giving a 2 star because usually this location is awful and dirty, slow service and just generally unpleasant to be next to. I used to come regularly as a student next door for a cheap, quick meal. (Sometimes regretted it though.)

Today around 4-4: 30pm, I came by after a while of not coming to this location and I only saw 1 guy working. I didn't catch his name but he was alone taking orders as well as preparing the food but he was swift and got out orders just as fast as he took them. I feel really bad for him that he had to take on both responsibilities. I work retail food service as well and know how extremely hard it is to juggle that. I hope he is compensated for the extra work he was doing.
The management for Burger King really needs to make improvements to this location. More staffing and urgency for the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.

Impossible whopper not included in “whopper Weds” deal. Plants should be much cheaper than animal flesh, not more expensive.

Saw the staff there making burgers with bare hand after touching coins and screen of a monitor at front. Just too gross. I threw the burger away without any bite.

The cashier refused me the service when I wanted to pay you with a 50 bill.allying that she had no change and that she wasn't going to offer me the service.

Only 4 people were queuing up in front of me, but it took 25 minutes from lining up to receiving food. They don’t know what “fast food” really stands for.

Fantastic and quick customer service by a lady name as Meera she always treat me with a smile…. Along with that store is very clean and food is really tasty and fresh… I visit 3 to 4 times in week to have their tasty food.

I was there at 22: 10 today and they can't even told me that they will close shortly. They gave me a very bad attention because of this. I don't want to come back to store with this bad attitude from its own staff.

The restaurant is very clean, food was fresh and hot, quality was up to the standards. The staff is really professional. I recommend this store for good and tasty food.

Worst customer service ever.
I went with a friend, I have to eat burger and he has to do a uber eats from here.
She's only packed the food, all the drink I have to fill myself and then she didn't help in giving the bags. Just give a try to put drinks.
Burger king quality is really getting down these days. That's why I suggest go to some other local burger shop or even McDonald's is far better here in Vancouver.

I live very close and sometimes I go there for some quick food, the staff it’s always very attentive and patient, they are all hard workers, David the guy at the front really makes an effort to do his best and you can tell, I have no complaints about this place at all.

The food is normal burger king food. But why TF are the bathrooms "closed"? It's not March 2020 anymore, this is just a lazy excuse to not have to clean them. Do better.

I go to this place very regularly for lunch. They always give fresh food, delicious and up to the standards. Costumer service is very great and professional by the staff. But there are always homeless people in the store, creating mess. Even they create problems for costumers and staff.

All fella Burger King all fella Burger King I fell by a hole and I couldn't get up although it doesn't taste any good anymore

Very rude staff March 2nd asked for a replacement burger because the bun was soggy. They tried to take our receipt. Asked to call the manager to resolve this they called 911. Floors very sticky both speaking punjabi insulting us. All this and they could of easily made us a new one. Will not go to any burger kings because of the bad choice of staff. 0 stars. They're young and disrespectful. They get paid by the hour not the buns. Don't go here till they get proper staff. Floors very sticky dirty tables. Gross place.

I really liked going there for my birthday parties when I was 9 yrs to 15 yrs old.great childhood memories.

With quality control in place, it is what it is. I actually like this location more than the Granville one, because it is somewhat tugged away, so it is not often busy. The staff here keeps it cleaner too, so one gets a more enjoyable experience.

So we came here to visit and my friend got a burger a Junior whopper and while she was eating she found a wad of hair in it. STRAIGHT DISGUSTING DO NOT EAT HERE EXTREMELY UPSET AND QUEASY!

The customer service was just awful the girl was so rude and clearly did not want to be taking our order she spoke in a different language to here co worker and looked at us a few times and laughed.
The food was cold not the way we ordered it there was no ice in the machine and the pop was flat even after I told her about the pop machine she told me to get a drink somewhere else.
The dining room was disgusting with uncleaned tables food everywhere and a bathroom that is always out of service because she said she didnt want to clean in and shouldn't have to after all the homeless people use it.
I am so very disturbed by what is happening to customer service especially at this place and will never go back

For some reason this Burger King charges $1 more for a Whopper meal than the Burger King five blocks down the road. I will not put up with price gouging and will never visit this location again.

Place was a mess, washroom was out of service, not friendly service at all, ice cold french fries and burgers, warm pop, no ice.

Wastage of money. The burgers I got were so ill prepared and the bun was also not good. The place is not clean. Never eat at this place.

Only if I could give zero stars. Staff didnt know I understand punjaabi. They were swearing at every customer in their language. They didnt have any salads or veggie burgers. The grill was not working apparently. All staff are east Indians. Very bad people. I think the owner is the worst for understaffing the establishment.

Probably the worst burger king in all of Vancouver. The food was stale let alone the staff didn't even know what the word stale meant. It would probably be something out of kitchen nightmares as the manager claims the food was fresh.

Super annoying. It would help if BK posted the proper opening and closing hours on the website instead of having customers walking around aimlessly. Get with it.

Hot or miss. I’d give it 2.5 stars if I could. In their credit, the location does not attract the best clientele. But this is not a 24 hour location. It’s often closed before 11pm. Grain of salt because I wrote when I was hungry and came here specifically because it’s supposed to be open.

Clearly understaffed just two employees mid day. The low staffing is probably why they made the mistakes they did. Asked for no sauces on burger it got mustard and ketchup. Ask for fries and rings got two orders of fries. Not as clean as I would like but with one person cooking, one person at cash and a line up they simply don't have the staff to get things right and keep the place case clean as would be ideal. Don't get me wrong the place wasn't filthy but you need to clean a table to sit at one. Hopefully they were just understaffed due to unplanned absences.

I travel the world and this is easily the worst BK in all the country I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting with garbage and food everywhere on walls and floors and never been cleaned.cleanliness is nowehere. Everything is wrong every time I have been here. Garbage everywhere overflowing from cans and all over floor. Spilled drinks everywhere, pop machine has no syrup and floor is sticky because they dont clean up - literally puddles starting to form hard surfaces where drinks have been sitting for hours or even days. Staff do not speak English and can barely take order.no manager or owner running the place.tables and chairs are covered in food wrappers from burgers and ketchup stains and pickles under your feet. Tables have never been wiped down so crusty ketchup everywhere. No word of a lie or exaggeration here this is the worst case for BK and should be shut down. Im sure the kitchen is the same.

The service was excellent and I received my order very promptly and when I checked my order, (like I do with all fast-food restaurants), not a single thing was missing! Also, being opened 24/7 is a great convenience for those die-hard burger eaters who get those cravings @ 2-5 am!

Really really friendly staff working behind the counter. They forgot my onion rings but were very quick and kind, in getting them to my table.

Well, I am sure no one expect good quality of service from Burger King. Even though server guy is really unkind to people including me, Burger King will not probably care, right?

Came here around 10: 40 pm on a Sunday night, went inside, and waited at the counter. Was told by the guys at the back that they are closed (even though there were customers in the restaurant eating). Pretty sure they are open 24 hours but the staff were just being lazy. I only came here because of the convenient location but they have terrible service and hygiene. Will definitely take my fast food cravings elsewhere.
