Rude staff, we came to drive thru and she told me wait for 10-15 mins, I said ok, and after those time we still waiting so we asked when are the food ready, she said: I already told you this and that, I said yes you told me 10-15 mins, but then she told me another 15 mins, then I said then that's 30 mins, I wouldn't even wait for it, she just wasted my time for being no clear. Not coming back again. So rude!

Went through the drive thru and ordered family bundle meal and got 2 kids toys. The fries were just dumped into the bag on top of all the napkins! I had to organize the fries back into the fries boxes.my hand were all dirty after that. Then we realized they charged us for the toys and didn't give the toys to us. I had to go back inside and get the toys! Really bad service, but the food was good.

Burger King burgers generally beat McDonald's. In addition to the signature Whopper, the impossible burger (vegetarian burger) it offers is also a must. The taste is really 80% similar to Whopper. Friends who like vegetarian food really shouldn’t miss this delicious vegetarian burger. And now there is a special price for dine-in: two for 10 yuan.

And the app it designed is also quite convenient. After you order a meal on your mobile phone, you can go directly to the restaurant to pick it up. If there is a drive through, you don’t even have to get out of your car and you can already get your food. In addition, this branch is open 24 hours a day, which is really convenient.

It serves soda on a self-service basis. That means you can refill for free after you finish drinking. Another food worth mentioning is its soft ice cream. In addition to the rich flavor, I think it's even more delicious than the McDonald's one.

8 out of 10 times my family members go to the Steveston Hwy branch they make a mistake in our order!

Very lovely staff, food was well prepared and very hot when I got it. Great value meal delicious tasting, I could taste the grill:)

3 years of amazing service but in the last 6 months they have messed up my order every time including raw burgers once

Open 24 hours. We ordered our meal around 3 am everything was fresh and hot The staff were friendly.

There’s not a single time that they get my order right. They ALWAYS give me the wrong food, the wrong drink or the wrong sauce. I asked for a chicken pesto and a roundhouse king they gave me two completely different burgers. I asked for coke they gave me iced tea. I asked for honey mustard they gave me spicy whatever dip. It’s frustrating.

Still has a dirty dining area and staffs who don't seem to enjoy working there. Service is slow. Always double check your takeout orders before leaving.

Okay food typical.fast food burger joint. Wasn't too busy there when I went. Used a coupon so price was decent. Place was a little dirty.tables could've used a wipe and the area where they kept the lids was a mess.

Had this Whopper and size was good and taste much better than Mxxx. They are doing a promo right now- 2 Whoppers for $8 + tax which is a very good value.

Walked in to order and the cashier was arguing with the manager and quit on the spot. That guy rules. 10/10. Did not get to order.

Main issue is they can barely hear me and lack of customer service. I asked for a large combo but they gave me a medium, I've been asking for no ice but they always put ice and they seem irritated when I tell them "no ice. " When they ask me "is that all" for my order i felt i was being rushed to give my order so I tried to add something but they cut me off and say "hold on" and I wasn't even rushing them.

Depends on the time of day the service can be fast or slow. The food is fresh and the staff are friendly.

Big King was huge, biggest burger I've ever eaten (good for a big appetite) Friendly, helpful staff

I have no problem with the manager but the supervisor today had a power trip, saying that the water is not free and they'll charge me. I wonder why. Especially when I'm a paying customer?

This is a very convenient location with large dining area. The standard Burger King quality and taste you would normally to expect. However though the place is not clean. Stains on the floor, none of the tables was clean although hardly anyone was dining in when we got there. We had to ask one staff to clean couple of tables for us. The order took more 15 minutes to be ready although there wasn't lots of people.they seemed short staffed. The lack of cleanliness is a big disappointment and discouraging from coming back again!

Food and service is correct consistantly. Its the only spot in ironwood that i have not gotten food poison. Polite and proffesional staff. And the drinks are soggy cardboard free.

Food is middle of the Rd the prices are insane. Probably won't see me there very much in the future.

The cashier through drive through on Sept 1 2021 at 1pm was super in his customer service. Thanks & managers use him to help other with their customer service

I have never sat in a drive thru line up longer than this Burger King.
I queued up at 10: 00pm and by the time I got my food, it was 10: 19pm. I was dumbfounded when I pulled out of the drive thru. It wasn’t busy. I will not be returning to this location and will not be recommending going through the drive thru either.

Literally the slowest fast food place ever. This is my second time at this location where it took more 20 mins to get nuggets. I think they only focus on the drive through line and just neglects the customers in the store. They don't even acknowledge us when we are there. I mean at least say I'll be with you in a moment or something.

Dont come to this location if you're in a rush.

No lineup of cars in the drive-through lane when we arrived and we were happy to wait a few extra minutes for freshly prepared food!

Lots of space at 5: 45pm Sunday; fairly neat but a number of vacated tables needed cleaning. Whooper burgers are terrific value; service was good

Burger King just isn't what it used to be. I don't need a bunch of gimmicky menu choices. Just give me a Whopper that is made fresh and served scalding HOT.

Just bought a Kids meal or a King Jr.meal. I did not get a toy for my son. And that lady in the drive thru, she did not even know how to greet or "thank you"back or smiled. We're still asking a question to her but she closed the window in the drive thru. Poor Service!

You want my business and money. I have to come in and take it to go and you block your restrooms. Why is this different than when we came in, made mess of your tables and you had to clean up? I will take my business elsewhere. 5 Guys almost next door and much better burger anyway:)

Everytime ive used the drive thru im made to feel like im bothering the person by being a customer, short, snappy and no personal touch. I get the fact its fast food but there should be some guest relations in a sense. That changed the other day, Raj who told us hed been there for 4 years was a gem. Polite, curteous and patient. Head office should look into making him their corporate trainer for other locations. This kids going places. Thanks Raj.

! WARNING! STAY AWAY I've lived in Richmond my whole life and have been to this location many times over the years. I must say it has been in a steady decline. Today I went through the drive through and waited an unexplainable amout of time considering the small nature of my order. When I finally got my food I was already late and didn't have time to check the bag. When I arrived I noticed I was missing HALF my order! I immediately attempted to call them with no luck, I called another 3 times before finally giving up, this happened on 03/05/2021 at approximately 10pm and there was no line to explain the terrible service. It's truely a shame what this location has become. Needless to say McDonald's will be getting my business in the future.

So much better than years ago. The place is always clean, the staff efficient, if not curt, and the specials are a good deal.

But know this, if you're paying cash, they don't ring in the sale. From experience I know this to be a ploy to avoid taxes and to pocket the GST. A practice so many restaurants are employing these days just to make ends meet.

No dining in, sat outside next to the hungry crow cawing at us for the duration of our meal unsubtley disturbed/angry at us eating their $2.99 brethren nuggets with sauce. Definitely would not recommend eating with that crow.

5 stars for the early evening staff tonight Feb. 12,21 i went in and ordered food for a starving, sick homeless lad freezing in the very cold winter weather outside the BK Ironwood. The young women servers, when I told them who it was for they put a little extra inside the take out bag for him. That was unexpected and very kind of them. Needless to say the young man was very grateful and thankful for the kindness showed to him.

Cold burgers 7 out of 10 times, fries same thing. During summer, hot pop, yeah hot pop. And i have never experienced an actual hot whopper, not just on Wednesdays.

Drive thru is so slow, we just were in the drive thru for like 12 mins. They are short staffed and its not the staff fault that it took long, I hope the owner put more staffs into action soon.

Got a Whopper with cheese. I didn't ask for no tomatoes but I'm not picky so I usually just take them off. I open my burger and pull off the tomatoes and under the tomato and on top of the lettuce theres a nice BUG in my burger. Will never be coming here again. So digusted.

Very nice people but in 26 years I haven’t seen more than a couple of Caucasian people although we have equal amount here in Surrey

The customer service is TERRIBLE at this location. My burger was stone cold and my bacon wasn't even cooked. I will never ever go back to this location and will let everyone I know visiting (as we were) the guy working also accused my sister of taking the receipt after we had asked for our money back once they refused to re make or even re heat our meals. Worst service! Next time I will be checking reviews before deciding to go and eat somewhere.

The food was terrible! Part of our order was 4 chicken strips for $7 and they were so old, dry, and hard my daughter couldn't bite them. The bacon from a burger was cold and not cooked enough. We tried calling many times and the one time the phone was answered it was just left off the hook. Tried calling the next two days and still no one answers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Waited 20 mins, ended up leaving without ordering. The lines were brutal for walk-ins and drive thru. Very slow service.

I stopped eating at burger king 15 years ago. Every once in awhile we would go there and were always disappointed with the food. So now, i just dont waste my time. So many better options available. I would even go to Macdonald's before here, and im not fussy about Macdonald's either. Like i said, too many better, quality options.

I love Burger King.it's always been my favourite fast food place. It's usually a double whopper for me and if I'm feeling really hungry, I'll swap the fries for poutine. I think theyve changed their milkshakes though and they're not as good as they used to be.unfortunately.

Comparing to other Burger Kings, this one is so plain. Chicken burgers were so smelly and they charged for tomato and onion! Well, others don't!
There's always a no with something. It's not the favorite location although the area itself is really nice and awesome.
Store was clean and ok. Counter people were polite.
Pop's fountain was clean and working.

I ordered 4 burgers for lunch with girlfriend got to her work one of the bugers was missing the meat how can you forget to put the patty on a burger I took it back and two of the staff where laughing about it the manager replaced the burger but this is the worst bk I have ever been to dirty store really bad service I have had orders made wrong here before more times then they get it right have called corporate office and told that the distract manager would call me back never got a call your business is only going to be as good as your management team and this place sucks

Stopped off with husband to grab some food for everyone this evening. Put our order through only to look at recipet and see a few items missing. Let the cashier know that there's a few things missing. He did not apologize, instead just said you didn't tell me. My husband was quite clear and I said no problem just add it to the order please. He insisted we didn't tell him even after the fact. Then get home and find that there are 4 items missing. Definitely never going there again. I mean a little customer service, like a little goes a long way. I'm not usually that picky, but two strikes in one visit. No thanks.

This is a burger king franchise just like all the other burger king franchises if you like 1 you will like them all including this one

Most times I go in and don't have the coupons and I'm told there is nothing they can do. Now I downloaded the app and the 2 staff I dealt with were more than happy to let me use the app coupons. Great service, fast too

Burger King's food tastes disgusting, the oil tasted old, the bacon was Raw, the canned mushrooms tasted gross, the mushrooms should have been fried till caramelized, in fresh oil. The restaurant was empty at dinnertime, I am not surprised! I can't believe they are still in business, serving the garbage they do. I expect the doors to close permanently at any time. To bad, it used to be better quality! The only draw used to be the play equipment for children, they made a huge mistake taking it out. They made an even bigger mistake, serving poor quality food with no quality control.
