Burger King

I hate the guy who is working todays night shift. He doesn’t know how to greet the customer. No experience. I will not go there again. No recommended to anyone. I wish I will give zero rating to this restaurant. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to spoil your day.

The food is not cooked well and i have ordered with extra sauces but there is no sauce and there is no salt on fries It just totally wasted my money and time at 3am there packing is worse

I like Burger King alot Thierry milkshakes are great Thierry whoppers are tasty and u get a great value for your dollar. Yes it's just fast food but it's good cheap fast food

Drive through is quick compared to alot of places nearby, from my experiences there, the food is always fresh and tasty!

Order a whopper with cheese meal with an extra hot patty (which may have been cooked to order). The burger was the best I have had at a fast food place in recent memory.
Service was friendly and polite also.

Food is great and staff is friendly. Hard to find a fast food restaurant were staff is friendly and polite. Good job Burger King

So far i like this location. Not too busy, the food is prepared properly and not rushed. Service Crew are friendly and would advise you of any deals or promotion they have.

I have never changed a post but this place showed no care or respect and did not want to take rep
responsibility for the conditions of the restaurant
the sign is not readable the food quality has been going down lately I would like to make a formal complaint to the franchise owner that it has been noticed cant even read the drive through menu the lights are out

EDIT: I recently visited this place again and I was given very good customer service. That’s how it’s suppose to be. Girls working at night shift are doing an excellent job. Will definitely come back again.

Food was good. The girl I dealt with had zero level of customer service. I asked for mayonnaise and her reaction was so bad that I felt so unwelcoming. If you see a brown dude ordering food that doesn’t mean that you have to show us attitude. Plus, I was so nice to her and addressed her as MADAM. Management needs to solve this issue and ask their employees to be nice with the customers.

Was waiting in drive thru a little longer then wanted, but other then that there wasnt any other problems

As I expected the food was fresh.the drive thru tattoo girl have amazing customer service.though It was running crazy busy still they were doing great job.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I came in tonight to buy food the girl in drive thru didn’t even make sure the drink lid was on properly. When she handed my fiancé the drink it spilt all in our car as we put it in the cup holder and didn’t even apologize. I called the restaurant to let the manager know what happened and that I was very upset and her response was hanging up in my face. And they never even gave me my whole order!

Ignorant employees with zero customer service here. Every time ordered something here they always mess it up. Last recent was an order thru their mobile app for 2 whopper combos, got home to find out they only put one combo in the bag. Wasted my time to go all the way back to tell them this, no apologies NOTHING. Worst I mean really the WORST of all other BKs! DO NOT GO HERE!

Would give this place a 0.5 for how they treat customers. I made an order very early in the morning, on the app, only to arrive with the girl saying that they're closed. BUT this is a 24 hour joint?

I had to reach out to the support team at BK and thankfully they were easy to deal with and gave a full refund.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place.

The drive thru lane was long, so we parked and went inside.
We had to wait until every car went through before they would even take our order! And we had to wait a long time for the food too.
It should be first come first served, not drivers are served first, then when they aren't busy, they'll get to the people inside the restaurant.

Chewy microwaved chicken, plus slower than molasses service. I visited this location when it first opened many years ago, and it was slow service then. Quit going after a few months, went back to visit again a year later after opejing, and attitudes were awful, even when asking for napkins. Just visited this evening after years, and food not good. DONE

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order through Uber eats for the impossible burger with fries and lemonade. The burger came completely undercooked and pink as you can see on the picture! Instead of the lemonade I got plain water! Once I tried to reach the restaurant they would just hang up the phone and not answer my calls. As someone who works until late nights I was really looking forward to my dinner but today I would have probably got sick if ate their food. Please don’t order from this place (location) unless you wanna get a food poisoning!

If my review reach to the owner or any body in authority, I have a question.does playing music on phone while standing inside your restaurant is not allowed?
I’m asking because my father standing politely waiting for his order had music on in low volume and got asked to turn if off saying its disturbing employees.
Since when burger king has this policy?

We orders 3 meals one for me and my husband and one for my 4 year old we didn’t get out drink and instead of getting what we ordered we got onion rings with our order we didn’t order it though, and instead of making things right they blamed Uber eats and the delivery guy blames Burger King food cold delivery guy said there busy but when I called burger kids they said there not busy it’s slow, we waited 1-1/2 hour for our meal to be delivered wouldn’t of took not with SkipTheDishes and all restaurants should have proof of giving orders to delivery company to add to order on app not the first time as skip order restaurant started taking pictures to have proof as they should do with all delivery company, and cause we ordered late it took long just to not our whole order missing 3 drinks poutine and and food is all cold and soggy if ur not so busy then all meals shouldn’t be wrong and not missed place or cold

I absolutely love their breakfast tots with the eggnormous sandwich. The draw back is lack of a good orange juice size. You get a small bottle and you need 2 bottles for the meal.

They missed items in my order and when I returned to have it corrected I was told I was a liar and had removed the items. Horrible customer service.

Graveyard’s manager is rude and arrogant. He misbehaved me when I asked for my food. He behaved like uncivilized and doesn’t give professional n proper service. He did not gave me my order even he was abusing me.

This branch restores my faith in burgers particularly burger King. For years we've been skipping burger King as we had bad experience in terms of a quality burger. It was in Metrotown when we had that cold and dry burger but not in this branch. Burger is fresh, juicy hot not to mention that it's awesomely big burger. It was a very satisfying meal and so will be looking forward to frequently visiting this branch

A bit of a wait due to order needing to be corrected but food was BK as expected.

Went again on April 20 at 8pm.had the worst service from the young lady on the til. Rude, got the order wrong and will never go back here again. Co-worker came and was more helpful but damage was done.

One of the last 24H Burger Kings! Well I appreciate the 24H, it's only downside is that Delivery Drivers mess the sequence in the drive thru after hours. They really should have designated parking spots for delivery drivers so they don't occupy the drive thru. You can tell that some of the drivers pull up to the window, and their orders are not ready which holds up the line up.

11$ for a whopper junior combo with king size fries, a side of gravy and cheese on the burger seemed steep but the food was great as always

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 kids meals through skip the dishes plus fries, drinks, missing one burger and the toys, called to ask to send what we payed for, they would not, told us to get refund, 3 kids no car, not ordering off them again, very unprofessional, poor customer service

Take out service is much better than dine in. Dine in you have to stand there for 10 minutes before you get served. Their priority is takeout orders. I learned that from experience. I got my takeout order in 2 minutes and they let me reuse the coupon for future uses.

Very disappointed in there customer service I tried to pay for my food and their machine didn't work and they kept telling me that my card is declined and that it's my card then I tried a credit card and it didn't work and my bank card works perfectly fine Everywhere I Go and I have always money in it moral of the story is they took back their food instead of just giving it to me for free it was not even over $8 it was late at night and I was just looking something to eat and I didn't eat anything that day and I went back recently to tell them if they could give me a discount for their machine not working that night and their MANAGER came to talk to me and denied that it wasn't their machines that's sad I've been here so many times never had a problem until this happens and when I went back I bought some food and their machine actually work this time so I don't understand how they're saying that my card doesn't work when I just paid with the same card from that night if I could give them zero stars I would

The poorest service ever received from any Burger King. After 2 pm whenever you go at drive thru the staff has one excuse that sorry we are closed for cleaning. Even you go after 1 or 2 hours they will say the same. Trust me I tried this on the same day. When you order from skip the dishes the staff puts the preparation time for 1 hour and when I called them they said sorry we are cleaning. That’s really crazy. The manager’s and the owner must look at it.

If you have a craving for a whopper at seven in the morning as I do after a long graveyard shift, this is the place to go. They make the best whoppers here in the morning. And the staff is friendly as well.thank you for your hard work during this tough time

REALLY BAD FOOD, missing items wrong order. Even they don’t know the difference between coke zero and coke cherry. Really upset with the order!

Came here to get a veggie burger combo but found out that they grill the paddy on the same grill as the whoppers which defeats the purpose of having a vegetarian option. Also, the manager mentioned that the fries are fried in the same oil with the chicken which is not right. Fries should be fried separately on their own. Every other BK I've been to keeps the fries in a separate oil from the chicken.

Horrible service everything is cooked with the same oil as the meat and chicken i asked for the veggie burger as iam vegetarian and fish and fries are all cooked with the same oil as the meat.this has to be addressed horrible organization

Staff is not very professional, they obviously don't care about their jobs. Their more interested in talking amongst them selves than their customers. All the tables were dirty. I guess they expect the customers to clean the tables before eating. I hate giving negative reviews, bit they don't deserve anything but.

Forgot my food and made me pay for it. Told me to chance my order to save two dollars and I didn’t save anything. Slow service not impressed.
