Very poor service we guys have ordered double whopper but we got the rong one and the lady at the serving door very rude to us

The Dine In closes at 10pm but the staff kicked us out at 9: 45pm. Very poor customer service which shows customer has no value in this store.

Whenever we visit them, they always ran out kids toys. What’s use of buying kids meal without toy. A very disappointing for kids so make sure before placing order do they have toys or not.

Worst experience ever. Order chicken sandwich and three whoppers. Food quality was horrible. I was in a drive thru thats why I stuck with this food else i would have ask for refunds. Such an embarrassing experience.

1st time ever had a BK breakfast. Had the double croissanwhich with sausage and bacon. It is absolutely gross. Soggy croissant horrible tasting sausage. I'll never go back again. Try your competitor's and adjust.

I always ordered on doordash but they always missed item whenever i call them they said sorry and will take care from next time today same happen i missed my 2 items which were above 10 dollars how can i refund when i call they didn’t pick sorry to say but horrible service

I go to this place very regularly for lunch. They always give fresh food, delicious and up to the standards. Costumer service is very great and professional by the staff.

Service is bad I hope they give people a training for costumer service plus the place is not the clean and I think they need to improve the costumer service bad attitude they seen confused and seen like they never get the order right

I went to drive thru last night ordered a meal their cashier named appu who was taking order was so nice to greet and take my order.
Food tasted very delicious it shows how much they care for the customer.

Poor service from hostile stall. The market deals and then don't honor it.
Food is usually subpar and low quality.

Onion rings were nice and hot but the junior whopper well I never seen anything that small before 2 bites it was done

Ladies are so lazy at work even when there not busy they taking more 25+ mins per order

It's a burger king, food is decent no sad wilted lettuce or mushy/dry buns. Food is consistent quality.

Staff are amazing and make a big difference, they are in a rough area but everyone behind the counter seems to work well together and have a great team. I have been going here bi weekly for several months and have watched them handle a wide range of customers

They handle homeless and short change customers with firm respect while maintaining customer service.

I come to this Burger King after getting off work on night shift almost every night.

Last night however Sept 30th around 3Am I had their cheese burger with fries and onion rings, it tasted great but gave me the WORST FOOD POISONING I’ve ever had.

Absolutely lacking sanitation, I will be taking further action than this review. STAY AWAY.

Whopper Wednesday is good, but they are always cold. For a flame broiled burger, they should be hot and at the least warm. Thank you

One star is too high. I want to give them a zero star. Poor service, floors and tables were all sticky and dirty. Do not order hot chocolate! It tastes like a water with few drops of chocolate. Do not come this location, do not waste your money. I saw 5-6 staffs and no one smiled at me.terrible experience. I will never ever go here again.

Very poor service. We ordered a veggie patty burger around 1 am. They give us discarded patty and I just took one bite. Then we go back for a refund she starts arguing with us her Name is Tanvi. Never recommended. Time waste.

It's my 3rd visit in last 2 months and their washroom is still not working. They have 3 washroom. It is the same excuse since the first time. Will never ever visit burger King. Also the arrogant behaviour by staff when asked about the washroom

Cold, sloppy poor taste. Asked for a menu item which they didnt have. Asked for something else and got a rude reply. There was no rush at the drive thru either.this is something you would not expect from a big brand like burger king. And combined with the rude and unhelpful laid back staff who are not interested in serving you at all makes the trip really worth it

This place is surely going downhill, could be due to the homeless people hanging around in the area - when i went there for lunch, the place had a stench - almost as if the washrooms were not in order

This Burger king pretty much the same as all others, Twice now I have been charged for takeout bags when I have specified eating in. Have coffee instead of diet soft drink to avoid sugar tax.yes even on diet drinks.

The worst Burger King ever. They feed expired products to their customers. If you ever visit their drive thru then bring a movie with you coz it will take atleast 1 hour to get to the window even if there are 2 cars in front of you. Slowest staff; better go to the next nearest BK even if its in Langley

Always a big wait in the morning, no line up still have to let you park and wait for only 2 orders. Chicken nuggets and fries for my sons Lunch at school. My kid gets late at school everytime im ordering these food.

Worst experience. Waited for 20 minutes in Drive thru to make my order for oreo shake and they were sold out. No notice, nothing at entry. “Time doesn’t matter” was the answer rather than apologizing for not putting a notice. Got me another 30 minutes to get out of line. Won’t come here ever again!

From my experience Burger King is the best price, quality, goodness, service and their burgers are always good and hot. Juicy to savor the great taste of the meat! It's does matter where I go because service is not same everywhere I also think their prices are very reasonable. This one at king George and 103 I usually go to close to my house is always very busy. But there service is the best. Grilled burgers, yummy, good to my tummy.

Burger King is consistently good, and has been for many years. It's one of the few establishments that always meets our expectations in service, quality, and taste. Their employees are always polite and helpful.

Everytime I ordered at this location most of the time they messed up my order. Even today I ordered two chicken whopper and they gave me two original chicken sandwich.

I was working for long hours and I want just to eat and enjoy a meal. I was really hungry.
But something that is really essential can be denied. I should call the manager but maybe it is a waste of my time.

I liked the ambience at this store. Food was served fresh and hot and was fulfilling enough, will be visiting at this location soon.

I came for my lunch and have received amazingly fresh food. Team members were trying their best to keep up with the pace, loved their effort.

Meh, everything was just so so. It was also not very warm in fact the fries felt cold. The burgers themselves were not that good either.it seems Burger King's food quality is just about as bad as McDonald's and this is why I eat at Wendy's or a&w because they always seem to be fresher and more care given to preparation. I also asked for double Mayo on my chicken sandwich but they didn't do it.

Badest experience I ever had dry food rude customer service. After eating nuggets my kids had tummy pain. Maybe (Food poison)

Rough behaviour staff not even smile any time before the COVID 19 time also. I this time I have not expected smile because this time cover with face mask.some of staff members show like very sad and not welcoming to customers.but I don’t care I am come hare under the name of Burger King.but owner can also follow them

Quite disappointed on my first visit.worst customer service.i ordered food and asked for fresh one.food was cold.on top of it, when i asked her give me napkins she rudely replied that it is in there and i git nothing in that.

Covid has changed everything including here. Seating is limited but the: food is still good. They always have a great deal going to keep the budget low.

Come here pretty often, usually it is what you pay for, but the customer service could use a lot of work. Due to what I assume was a communication barrier I was charged extra despite having coupons. They couldn't add them later because I had paid. So they could definitely improve on customer service and communication here. Especially when I speak to the manager and he gives me the run around about them closing the tills, yet there are 5 cars behind me who have yet to pay. I Wouldn't recommend this place, unless you live nearby of course and that's in part thanks to the local convenience.

Ordered through SkipTheDishes, drinks delivered were totally different from what we ordered and also no forks for poutine.

Went to buy some stuff for the boys using their gift cards they got for Christmas but only to discover that they do not take BK gift cards. What? If Burger King does not take their own cards then who does?

Worst customer service ever. It’s my 4th and last time here and asked them for fresh mozzarella sticks but again got 1 hour old food. Please for god sake manager look into this so that you won’t loose your customers.

As a nurse, I pay close attention to cleanliness of premises, esp during this Covid outbreak. This is the only fast food outlet that I feel comfortable at. The staff pay great attention to the cleanliness of tables, floor and counters. The staff wash hands often and don gloves, changing them at regular times. They are also friendly and happy to oblige.

Not as good as their counterpart in the U. S. The beef burger taste no beef at all.

The sausage pattie in the breakfast menu is so little that you need to pat it with your fork to determine if its real.

The pancake, looks like one but the taste is not as tasty.

And, as to the atmosphere inside, its too dark for a fastfood. It almost look like you're inside a liquor store.

And they have a weird looking decor on the wall. Strange looking big black tiles.

Service was a little slow seemed like they where more interested with serving drive thru customers then in store customers.

It was horrible service. First of all I had to wait for my order to be taken, when 3 crew looked at me. Then once my order was ready I had to wait for it. It sat there for like 5 min. Its called fast food for a reason. Also the food was cold.
