It was worst burger king location. The staff members don’t know how to do customer service. First one the girl said we cannot take your from the restaurant so we have to come drive thru in order get our food then she said just wait on side of the drive thru in the winter and we were standing outside for 20 mins in winter weather and she was serving other cars in front of us but i ordered before them and we standing there just waiting. After so much waiting in cold weather she gave us our order and the food us cold. I suggested everyone don’t go there it was so horrible and worst experience ever. I suggest the location manger or supervisor please improve your services otherwise these people (the staff members) will ruin Burger King reputation. Date: Nov 20,2023 and Time us 5: 40 pm.

Today, I visit this store and get original chicken sandwich meal. The food was fresh and good in taste. The staff of store so polite.

Burger patties seem hotter then most locations which is great. Always consistent at this location.

This location earned a spot on my DO NOT ORDER EVER AGAIN list.

I am shocked to learn that BURGER KING even has a quality commitment based on the accusatory, blaming, and overall combative nature of 2 of the night shift employees. "Preparing every Whopper sandwich to order, " is this actually true or does it only happen when the employees on shift are in the mood for it?

If their goal was to make customers feel unwelcome, then they completely and utterly succeeded in that regard. Based on this horrible experience, I would rather go out of my way to support A&W or Wendy's, where the burgers are actually made to order, to avoid returning to this location. I would not even serve the food from this location to a stray dog, stray dogs deserve better than this.

This has really become a memorable customer service experience in the most negative way because of how horrible this interaction made us feel.

To take our money, forget part of our order, not even offer any sort of apology for forgetting said order, to then serve subpar quality product, and then make us feel bad for having the audacity to mention it? No, I don't think so.

My experience was shared with "the franchisee restaurant owner and management team" July 3rd and I still have not been contacted by the location.

Very disappointed. I’ve been to this location before and it was ok. But I just went there and ordered a milkshake on their special Milkshake Day deal. Not much of a deal. Had to throw half of it away cuz it tasted weird. And also, my daughter ordered one on her app and they kept arguing and saying that they had to see the receipt. Wouldn’t give it to her. We ended up pushing hard for it and finally got it.

So weird after we’d spent plenty of money for dinner. Very disappointed.

I am sharing the review for this rude place. The staff member (Anmol) and Manager (Aman) was so rude. They never cooperate with their customers (I have in touch some their regular customers they also face same experience, see more following reviews by other customers). During investigations at some more facts I get in touch with their previous employees they also said the manager ask them give five star reviews from them and their relative to overcome their original customer’s review. I hope higher management in Burger King group will look into this and improve the system and increase the level customer satisfaction.

Fresh food, clean eating areas, friendly staff, and great comedy on TV. Loved that they played just for laughs! A happy fun time.

Whopper and poutine is a solid B. Felt healthy in the moment even though it obviously was not.

Staff just standing around when there are dirty tables in the restaurant. Lots of staff standing around litterly staring off into space. It was annoying having 7 staff look at me because I was perplexed that they had no kids meals. The reason was because they had no toys. They are upselling familes to the cheeseburger meal and another upsell for lettuce and tomatoe on one burger. I think it's ridiculous that burger King doesn't offer kids meals at this time because staff forgot to order toys and now customers have to buy a more expensive meal. The person at the till said "my manager took the kids meals off the menu so even if you wanted it I couldn't order it for you. " I won't be back here. The customer service was terrible and food was mediocre at best.

We stopped by here for lunch the other day, and never again. When we walked in most of the tables were dirty with the previous people's garbage, however all the staff was busy laughing and lounging in the kitchen. The server was not friendly. After a long wait (not sure what for) we recieved are cold burgers with mostly brown lettuce and cold burnt beef. As well as the fries that tasted like they were from the previous day. Overall an unapealing dirty atmosphere. Hard to find a good Burger king in the lower mainland these days.

Finally, some good F-ing food.

Burger king has gone dramatically downhill at other franchise locations in Langley and Surrey so it's honestly a delight to stop by this location. Never a bad experience, which is honestly impressive considering how far Burger King has fallen from grace in its offerings. If you're looking for a quality burger king, this here's the spot. Just watch the awkward parking lot

A women named Veerpal served me cold smelly food at the night time in drive through even when it was not enen busy and on asking the food is cold she replied verbally abusively and left the window as this food caused stomach infection to my little child from the fires she served. The manager of the store must have a action against her as on being asked the store number of the shop she started to yell.

This one is much much better than other tim hortons and burger Kings, its a lot cleaner. The service is very slow, sometimes you wait 5-10 minutes to get served. But I like to go there because it's the most clean and nice atmosphere.

Great staff! We enjoyed our dine in around 3 pm today.:) the cashier extended their effort to asked if we are satisfied with out stay and gave my daughter a crown!

I normally don't come here but there is a promo going on so came here for a friend. It was pretty dang good. The staff was pretty dead-eyed and rude which wasn't appreciated, but the food was quite decent! Probably the best mainstream FF burger around.

I love the burger King breakfast croissanwich. I treat myself about once a week. This is the second week this location has been out of sausages. It seems strange to me. Surely they would receive orders more frequently than that.

Worst Burger King store I have ever been. Employees are rude and have apparently not received necessary trainings. Food tastes disgusting. Burger King headoffice should terminate this franchisee because they are demaging its brand name.

Great burger king never ever visit. Everything was great and perfect. Love to go on this location again snd again. Quick service, hot food and lobby was neat and clean. No words for their service they really do fast service. Great love for their whoppers and ice creams both of these are favourites.

If you like spicy foods try the ghost pepper nuggets at burger King. That's one of the spiciest nuggets I have tasted.

Was a good burger but I'm a little worried that it was ready within literally 45 seconds of me ordering it, but that is I guess FAST food for yah, still was good fries were awesome and the pop wasn't watered down.

Not the friendliest. They like to take their time, make mistakes and argue with customers. My son has been getting sick from this one location only. Think they make people sick.

Gave me the wrong order and did not provide me with a receipt then when I called in and asked for them to replace my order marria assured me that there staff is perfect and wouldn’t miss a receipt as they always give two and never miss ever. Will not be back

Worst customer service ever. Refuse to apply coupon front girl manager (reeta) was rude as hell. I guess that's why there was no customer inside.

2 hours to get an order ready for skip at 2am. Can't beat that. They really do like to take their sweet time. Edit. Food was decent however. So i raised my initial reviews from 1 to 3 stars

The staff here are very rude and like to cut you off and tell you to drive forward halfway through ordering. To top it off they are EXTREMELY SLOW

Worthless s-n couldn't even give me a refill of pop. There were no other customers around; this was not a busy time. No interpersonal skills whatsoever.

They also forget to include our jalapeno bombers and we to go back and get them.

We ordered 3x burgers, and 2 were room temperature. We took one up to the counter to let the cashier know, and all they defensively said was “it’s warm and came off the broiler - I made it”. There was no concern, no attempt at a mini apology, nothing; we took it back to the table. No customer service - it was a customer disservice. We threw both cold burgers out because they were unappetizing and not worth the risk of making us sick. What a waste.

I spent 60$ worth of food for to workers and noticed 3 missing burgers and I called right away and they said I was pretty much lying about it. Ridiculous! I recommend not even going to this one. The manager was an idio t

They have the worst staff (especially graveyard shift). I ordered mini shake. She charged me for medium shake and gave me medium shake. When i told her i ordered mini shake, she said this is the only size we have. And i was arguing that i buy it almost everyday cuz i work nearby. But she keep telling me that this is only shake they have in menu at burger king. I got frustrated and spent my half of the break there.

With low expectations of drink trays. This establishment managed to lower that bar even further by placing milkshakes with absolutely zero adhesion to the tray and then passing them to me. With the slightest tilt of the tray, both milkshakes dumped into my front leather seats. No warning was given that the cops are basically just standing there with no friction at the bottom of the cup. They suggested they would replace one milkshake for me. This is an absolute disgrace they should not be using those trays or cups and handing them to customers. Not only will I not return to this Burger King I probably will never go to one again. Like I say an absolute disgrace. PS: they seem to be aware that this was a problem and still do it without even so much as a warning.

Much better value than McDonald's. If you get Burger King coupons in you mail, you should certainly try this place if you're looking for fast food. It was a pleasant experience for me and my friend: warm food, relatively fresh french fries, and staff that abide by COVID-19 protocols.

A bit greedy charging for sauce. It was already over $10 for two jrwhoppers with cheese. A bit pricey if you ask me, definitely makes me think harder about my meal prep.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a fast food place in years. I was craving burger king and ONLY burger king so this was my only option, and I thought I'd give them a try despite the reviews because I often find places aren't actually THAT bad. This was the exception to that rule.
First, yeah, the staff is extremely rude. Coming from me, that means a lot, because I understand minimum wage workers aren't paid enough to be cheery all the time. She was literally awful, dull monotonous voice, not confirming our order over the speaker, and rushed us ahead without letting us order the rest of our meal. When we got to the window, she didn't speak to us at all, and slammed the window closed between interactions. When we thanked her for the food, she didn't reply and once again slammed it in our face.
Checked our food and the two food items were in fact there, but she gave us full sugar coke which my partner can't drink. The food was sad and soggy, but not the worst I've gotten. Ended up going to McDonald's for my partner's meal and drink.
Trust the reviews with this one. It's not worth it.

I know not to expect much when going out for fast food, in saying that I was still dissapointed. I have been here a total of 2 times for a quick bite (drive thru) with the fam jam. Both times, items we ordered (and paid for) were not in the bag (my fault for not double checking the second time). Also to add insult to injury (I know bieng dramatic lol) the woman who was taking our order had no customer service skills as in 0. She appeared to be annoyed even taking our order! Save yourself the hassle, if your looking for a quick bite in this area go someplace else.

They gave me a free desert for having to drive back threw the drive through once I had realized they forgot my gravy that I ordered. So they messed up my order but deffinetly made up for their mistake by offering a free desert. So overall it was a pleasant experience and I plan to go back there again soon.

The single fastest mobile order I've ever received. I placed my order in the car, and by the time I walked inside, it was ready. Amazing.

I am a truck driver who can wear a mask due to 3 seperate Ling collapses.
I was wearing full safety and was refused service as a walk up customer bat the drive thru on October 25 2021 at 11: 45am.

I travel every state, province and territories for a living.
It was a ride experience that stands out.
I had called in and voiced my concern to a manager.
I was told I'd get a call back.
There was no call back.

Meh. Lackluster. No ketchup for fries. Never asked what sauce we'd like. Never asked what my second choice was on a promotion they had going on. Like I said. Lackluster. Meh.

Average burger King, not bad, not good, middle ground for filling food at an ok price. 25 hours is a bonus thpugh

I ordered a roasted garlic burger, it was really good. Never tasted better, was so fresh. Absolutely loved it.

Got Double Whopper with Bacon + Cheese ate it felt sick for a bit then PUKED IT UP 1 hour later and felt better.
Had some beer and pork chops later and was good.
