My boyfriend and I wanted to order a two whopper deal. When we asked, if one could be vegetarian, like we‘ve always done, the woman working the drive through called Neva, refused to honor this and ultimately charged us double the price. We were very disappointed about the fact that vegetarian’s have to pay double.

On multiple occasions they mess up basic orders (bacon cheeseburger only cheese and bacon) this specific occasion they had made a plain burger wrong so i returned and then returned home with yet another wrong burger.trying to explain food allergy and intolerances to them and they basically told me it was grease and cheese.horrible experience and i will never return to Cranbrook BK ever again after being a frequent customer this is very saddening to see the state of Cranbrook BK over the last 5-7 years.

I gave this a two stars because our orders were all screwed up and we didn't realize it till the time we found a park to eat. That was partly to do with the woman at the till who unfortunately didn't seem to understand English as well as she should have.

The staff work hard, are very friendly, and do their best to keep up with demand during those busy hours! The food is good, the facilities are kept reasonably clean, and the wait isn't long either.

Very friendly fast, customer service, food was fresh and hot, restaurant is clean. Only place in town you can get French Toast Sticks. Also only place in Cranbrook that has outlets at practically every table so you can charge up your phone while you are dining. Has a huge parking lot next to it for trucks.

Great service. Friendly staff and my girlfriend really liked her Chicken Fries and I loved my WHOPPER hahah.

Watch if you are paying by tap. Just noticed on my bank statement the last few trips they’ve been rounding up to the next dollar. I’m not talking a couple cents it’s been 60 cents each the last few times. Not that I care about 60 cents. Too bad, always enjoyed BK, not going to support dishonest business practices.

This is possibly the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I ordered two peppercorn king burgers and they are supposed to have crispy fried onions on them. Instead of the crispy fried onions it had stale tortilla chips and no onions! Very unprofessional trying to fool customers by putting on tortilla chips! Also have been overcharged on whoppers when they are supposed to be discounted. Will not be going back here and will be calling corporate head office to make a complaint.

Great and best services.a very neat and clean area inside.very friendly and cooperative employees there. Spicy Sourdough and jalapeno bites are my one of the favourite dishes there.i personally recommend to all people that you guys should go there and enjoy their foods and services.

Extremely disappointing! I made an online order but when I got there to pick it up at the time it told me it would be ready they hadn't even started making it yet. Very busy and several other people were also waiting for their food. It took an extra 45 minutes to get my food and it completely ruined my night. What’s the point of having an online ordering system if they’re not even going to make the order until you get there?

Hit drive through for roadhouse crispy chicken sandwich and once they accepted my payment they told me to pull around a park and wait. I would have cancelled my order or just got a whopper if they would have told me beforehand.

After waiting 8 minutes in the parking lot I was not really surprised at the messy, unappetizing slab of luke warm chicken placed before me. It was a disgusting soggy gob of meat and cheese smashed between two pieces of bread.

If some vomited in the wrapper before they sent it out, I would not be surprised because that’s how it looked and tasted.

Skip BK and go to A&W or Triple O’s where management and employees still have respect for the food the serve.

Stopped by the drive through tonight for a late night dinner. Employees got my partner's order very incorrect and when he went back to possible fix the issue, they said there is nothing they can do and implied he must of ordered wrong. No coupons, no apologies. Rude staff. Never going back.

I love burger King, it's got a decent selection and the food is always to satisfaction. The one thing stopping me from giving this a 5 rate is your prices, specifically the chicken. How do you justify the chicken fries being $6more than the nuggets considering you actually get more with the nuggets in both meat and 1 extra vs the fries. 2.99 for 10pc nuggets vs 8.99 for 9 chicken fries. Kinda seems fishy. Would like to see a more justifiable price.

Burger king has always been good here in Cranbrook, huge burgers, great poutine, still have a play area and they are always nice and polite fantastic staff.

Was treated rudely at the drive through on June 17th. Tried to call the manager, but had to leave a message. Didn't receive a call back, so tried calling several more times but all I got was weird recording. Very poor customer service.

Mel the manager is a super nice guy! And the Wednesday whopper deal is actually pretty superb for a pretty decent burger!

Very rude staff, and called for manager to get back to me about it 2 times and they have just ignored my calls and messages.

This is my favourite place to go and get Whoppers. They are delicious and affordable! And you can also get them low carb and their generous about how much lettuce and pickles they put on for that.

One of the better fast food joints in Cranbrook, staff are always friendly and the food is almost always great. Prices are great also being a BK location, always check out the BK app as well, coupons are almost always available on it to use!

I'm not a fan. I took a friend here for some cheap fuel, but I prefer places with vegetarian options.

Love Burger King! I always get a whopper, classic! Their biggest are very delicious as well. I like their chicken burgers too, they're my second choice. Got my food in a timely matter.

Ordered a burger, it came to me missing ingredients, when I asked an employee to fix it, she just said that the missing ingredients weren't part of my burger, even though there was a picture of the burger right beside her showing what I was missing. Is it that hard to admit a mistake?

It's a Burger King. But it was clean, has a spacious family washroom with a change tabld and the play structure was great for the kids to work out their wiggles in the middle of an 8-hour car trip.

Kids play place was great on a rainy day while we were camping! We had supper, let the kids play and stayed dry

I was so not impressed first they tried to overcharge then forgot about our coffee ad did not get any Ceasars dressing for our Ceasar salad. I would not recommend

I mean it’s fast food. But of all the fast food restaurants in Cranbrook I visit this one the most. Good food. They almost always have coupons going out in the mail.

The food is consistently hot and fresh! Their breakfast isn't served all day like some others but you can order regular menu items (whoppers etc.) Early in the morning. It's been clean on every one of my visits. On my last visit I ordered 2of their omelette sandwiches, with hash browns and drinks, then some cheesy bacon filled taters and a couple whoppers we were all happy and full, it was awesome!
