Burger King

I ordered Hershel's chocolate brownie milk shake. First the waitress made it while I was waiting for my food. And then it was liquid. I asked for a change. And she gave me this. It didn't look like the one in the photo, it was darker, which means more chocolate. I saw her preparing the second one, the chocolate mixed in, it was just a syrup, which on the packaging didn't say it was from Hershel, so I concluded that it was a normal chocolate syrup. Then she put the brownie inside and crushed it, the texture was horrible. What a shame.

Last week I visited burger king and i got a quick and satisfying service from Rubal. She was very polite and friendly. She described me the different crowns of the halloween. Overall, it was a great experience visiting this restaurant.

In the mall BK so don't expect anything more than a place to sit and eat that's ok it's a fast food place nothing more expected really. Staff were pleasant and polite but the "grilled" Whopper melt was definitely not grilled, see attached photos, pitiful attempt that never style have been served.

Complained to staff who offered to give me another one, no complaints from them and the proceeded to give me a replacement that was marginally better but still could not be said to be grilled by any stretch of cooking imagination, slightly toasted at best. If this is BK's idea of grilled I suggest they check a dictionary. Second set of photos are replacement for comparison.

Excellent food, but damn wish they use quality oils and ingredients. Their food is way to highly processed. They use seed oil which are highly unhealthy for our bodies.fries taste good but again super unhealthy ugh

The staff at this burger joint needs to be replaced. You see, I ordered an Oreo shake at 6: 40 and got my order at 7: 00. She served four customers after me, and they went early, so every customer had burgers, fries, and stuff like that. I ordered just a shake, and they were even lazier than usual. Some serious steps need to be taken at this branch of Burger King.

My boys love burger King. The girls are very nice there. It can get busy cause it is in the mall.

It is pretty nice place. The foods were good, nd staffs were nice. But there were some homelesses who were begging to customer. Considering the location, it is not that suprise tho

Unfortunately the staff seemed to a bit disorganized. The place needs a pick me.up as it's very outdated. No ketchup packets so they poured a but into a little cup with a lid.

No help with ordering after the customer in front of me has ordered, I stood there like a wooden man for 10 minutes, greeting the clerk all the time trying to get attention. One of the busy female clerks saw me and gestured to her colleague to help me with my order. But the male clerk saw me and went on with his work, ignored me. 2023.3.1at 3: 05pm, I hope the manager in charge can see this comment

Been going here for years and has been okay, nothing spectacular but decent. Decided to try the Poutine and it was disgusting! Cold fries and gravy doesn't do anything for the cheese curds which are bland as paper. Don't even bother, sending out cold food!

I went there to get my lunch and I specially wanna mention guy named sunny who delivered excellent service. He was friendly while taking order and fast at packing food.

The food was fresh and made well which i havent got from any other location really satisfied with the food and pricing:)

Got served raw chicken then when I called for a refund was told they will call the police for calling the restaurant should of went to McDonald’s
