Arlene is very rude & unprofessional. She needs retraining in how to deal with customers. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Burgers are very cold and disgusting

The manager Arlene does not follow proper food safe. I witnessed her picking her nose while serving our good. DISGUSTING

It was okay. Wasn't great wasn't horrible. No drive-through service, unfortunately. It was impossible to get a smile out of any of the employees there. Even a fake one goes a long way. My business definitely didn't feel appreciated.
No complaints about the food. The service however was very subpar?

Slowest Burger. None of the happy who work here are happy. It makes you feel so sad for being a customer. And they take 15 minutes to make a burger when no one is waiting

I go to eat burgers two days a week, everything is delicious and fresh, but one bad thing is that the hot sauce doesn't come with the meal, you have to pay for it...

On 4.30 pm Monday I walked in, it was 2 people waiting to place their order. The 2 staffs did not notice any of us and they continued to joke with the staffs in the kitchen for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes it was near 19 people on the line. I had to leave the store with out having any food. I'll go back to Burger King but I will refuse to that store. I hope the regional head office will see my input and would take a serious action against those 2 high school girls.

I asked for some hot sauce and the lady behind the cashier asked me to pay 0.25$ for each. I’ve never been charged for hot sauce before!
