Burger King

Phenomenal service from all the employees. They are very friendly. Uses fresh veggies in all the food product. Love the place.

I have for a while been a pretty solid supporter of this establishment. I eat there a fair bit. Though after what I witnessed from staff today I will very likely never return.
When I walked in there was a homeless person who had just walked in before me who simply asked for a glass of water. The employee ignored them but put on a clear look of disgust. The employee moved on to help another customer and then returned to this person with a look of disgust and allowed them to ask for the glass of water again. The employee grabbed the absolute smallest glass and gave but a few sips of water to the person. This person obviously noticed the blatant disrespect from this employee and threw the cup. They made a bit of a mess from the garbage which of course is not great but easy for staff to clean up. Though instead of allowing the person to leave the location at their own pace. The employee proceeded to grab a cane from the front and not only chase the person out but actually hit them! The person ran out of the store and was crying out on the street. This was one of the most heartbreaking things I’ve witnessed and I am truly appalled by the actions of employees at this restaurant.

Most people get take out here. You should too. They have lettuce, sesame seeds and crumbs of all kinds living permanently on the floors, tables and counters

Even though I bought food from here several times in the last five years, they won't let me use the washroom.probably because I am not white. Says only for customers only, which I am—racism at its best.

The cashier was a rude lady on the attack from the moment I started my order if you hate your job then quit don’t make the customers lives miserable. Common courtesy is a must, be attentive and accommodating coupons shouldn’t make you angry.

March 30,2023. My wife went in while I stayed outside with the kids and asked for a small cup with ice so she could chill the Apple juice in my daughter's water bottle. The elderly lady that was cashing said by wife had to pay for the cup of ice.

We will never enter a burger king restaurant again.

You are not allowed to sit anywhere in the restaurant.they usually have three people working there which makes the wait time longer. They have blocked literally all the tables with cardboard. Yeah.we get it.
Or use the bathroom. Before and way after covid. Seem racist there. Although it is run by a minority group. You can purchase the food but eat it outside ya filthy animal. Ive seen people sitting outside the front on the sidewalk eating. Ive done it. Sad. The wait time is a long time. The staff just seem so cold. It is kind of a last resort if you are hungry.

I was ordering my meal, suddenly a homeless came in the shop for ask me money. The attendant told us its happens very often

Absolutely horrible customer service, no desire to accommodate customers, been "under renovation" for over a year. No access to washrooms Wich if I'm not mistaken is a LEGAL REQUIRMENT of any restaurant. I do not recommend eating there and someone should call the Food Inspector. Just absolute garbage.

Went in with a voucher for 2 chicken sandwich meals. Girl tore it up and tried to charge me full price for 2 meals. Said it was tax. Tax isn't 50%. Disgraceful attitude. Time before I went there the food was terrible. Will never go back here and don't waste your time here either

Food presentation was so gross that I had to throw it out. And I never throw out food. How hard is it to make a burger and wrap it in paper without making it look disgusting and dirty? This location is terrible.

If I could rate a 0, I would. It take 45 minutes to make chicken nuggets and fries? Every time I’m hopeful it’s a disappointment.
The last attempt was on Uber Eats in the morning at roughly 9: 00am. I made my order, it was confirmed and my driver was waiting. Turns out they weren’t even open. Waste of time, decent food. I cannot believe I am even writing a review

I only went here because I really wanted a burger really bad and the poor lady was so overwhelmed with online orders she made the five of us wait for at least 15 minutes while she kept making online orders until I finally said something honestly ridiculous. But at the same time that's not her fault that's just poor management by Burger King.
