All the employees are excellent, the service was amazing despite the busy hours. Polite, with a smile on their face, great attitude, and even better customer service. Hope to see the team again. Made my day wonderful

The slowest, most unapologetic staff at this location.

I understand it’s in a mall but this lack of care is atrocious.

I don't know why I have diarrhea and vomiting after eating in this store. I don't know if I'm allergic to the beef I've been eating for over a decade or if there's a real hygiene issue.

I went there and asked to order a crispy butter chicken they laughed and said we removed it. (i dont know if its possible or no) and i asked what chicken do you have they just gave me a sanwich which i dont want. And they gave me no sauce i asked can i have barbeque sauce he was like let me think about it for more than 60 second and gave me mustard. Overall their customer service was zero to none and their behavior is bad. The worst experience and im not happy with my food. I will never ever order anything from burger king again.

For the first time in a long time, I had a guy on cash that was really good. He was polite and quick and helpful.

Disappointed with the restaurant however, the restaurant is in the food court and open till 9 pm. I was trying to order on the BK app for pick up at around 815 pm and the app said that you cannot order from this store, it’s closed. I walked up into the food court and the store was open.

It’s ridiculous that they shut down the online ordering portal hours before the store shuts down. Wasted 5 mins of my time waiting around for the order when I could have just ordered online. This isn’t the first time this is happening, and it would be great if Bk management put a stop to this and allow people to order upto at least 845-855 pm on the app.

I ordered two burgers and they were ready but the the two workers weren’t doing anything and wouldn’t bring my order for 15 mins! It wasn’t even busy. Plus the manager was there not doing anything. Horrible, slow service for fast food.

Food was excellent but the customer service was very rude. The front staff especially girl name jot. She don’t know how to take customer and basic customer service skills.

Workers do not follow the ordering order. You must show them your receipt multiple times so they remember to get your order ready.

This place has better hamburgers than McDonald's. The chicken tastes weird. The days of "BK have it your way" has been replaced by "BK have it your way but there is a price to pay"

So what I witnessed today while waiting for my order that the person did not wash their hands after touching the garbage. Like isn’t this something important and here you guys are violating the health and safety rule. No doubt your food is good but it still does not matter if you are not even washing your hands, not putting gloves is other matter. It’s so basic and that person while they have cheese stack in one hand and the with the other pushing the garbage and then use the same hand for doing cheese. Isn’t it violation, correct me if I am wrong.

Previous management used to be much better and considerate, seems they're more interested in driving customer away nowadays. Quality of food is also hit and miss.

Edit: 5 years later, I decided to try this Burger King again. Thankfully I did not get food poisoning this time. But it wasn’t good either. To be honest I didn’t miss Burger King. The king has been dethroned.

I will never eat from this burger king again, I got food poisoning last time and it sucked. Burger king usually isn't that great but this one is terrible, not much else to say.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever eaten at. They had 7 employees working there and it still took 15 minutes to get my food! Everything was cold and my coke was flat and warm because they pre-pour the sodas. Also, if they are out of certain ingredients, they keep it quiet and don’t tell you. I ordered a whopper and there was no onions or tomatoes or lettuce on it. Just pickles. Apparently they ran out of those things but didn’t tell anyone at the point of purchase. Unbelievable! Avoid this place at all costs!

Charge for condiments and didnt even put mayonnaise on burger bun poor service and fries were cold and burnt

I eat the impossible whopper at metrotown burger king. It seems to be very sogy and unfreshed patty. I complaint for it but the manager over there named RANITA ignore to refund and even she had very bad attitude. She seemed like I ask a world from them when i ask for a single burger. Never visit this location. Staff was very rude.

The Best Burger Shop In Metrotown

I thought Mcdonalds was the best, but it’s not. The size is so small compared to Japan, so I prefer Burger King. The burger size is the best.
I usually get the Bacon King. The taste was beyond mediocre, but not good. The price is average.
