Burger King

Man this place used to be nice but has gone downhill a lot over the years and now it’s gotten so bad I won’t return.

Horrid customer service: you wait forever in drive thru and when I finally got to the window to pay the woman took 5 minutes to show up, didn’t acknowledge me at all or tell me my total/ask how I wanted to pay; she just held out the debit terminal, same with when my food was finally ready she just angrily opened the window and held out the bag saying nothing. Like I don’t need effusive cheery service but a basic acknowledgment I was there and not looking at people like customers are scum would be nice!

Got home and of course there were missing items and what was there did not taste good, like many others have said this place needs a complete revamp and cleanup from staff to just cleanliness of the premises in general.

Love the whopper.

Sorry but when was the last renovation or maintenance done?

I was thinking that I might be interested in purchasing the franchise and building if the owner's are thinking of selling?

Unhappy. Order was wrong, again. Every time we order, they always get it wrong somehow with the most basic order instructions. Our friends even have the same issues. Instantly sick after eating, and that’s different food items each time we order. Today was the bacon king when I asked for the roadhouse crispy chicken sandwich. I don’t understand how you can mess that up, drive through wasn’t busy at all. Terrible service. Should rehire new people and clean the place as it’s not sanitary. Very sad to see a place that was good a couple years ago, fall apart due to company’s laziness.

I’ve always overlooked Burger King until I went in once while very hung over and let me tell you, the French toast sticks are absolutely amazing. I went back to order more 3 times because I couldn’t get enough of them. Would 100% recommend their French toast sticks

When the lights are off at night this place looks like a vacant building. Weeds fill the outdoor dining area, the building needs a paint job. The interior hasnt been updated in over 30 years. Ive often wondered how it stays in business.

Everything was good, but the crews at the counter should be more customer focus and more pleasant and smiling. Seems that they were not happy to assist the guests.

So run down and the restrooms really filthy. Is there no building standard for Franchisees?

Cashier was friendly but the food was absolutely disgusting. I haven't eaten at Burger King in over 5 years because last time food was gross also. Never again. Burger looked grey not even room temperature.

The longest wait in the worst food I have ever eaten. The chicken was dried out and cold, as if it was from a previous day.

Burger king has good prices. A the staff was talking in Punjab. I find this annoying. If it is not a rule that English be spoken fine. But it should be. I have met the owner and I'm sure he would agree.

The store looks run down. Dirty. The tables and such feel old. The food is good. Cheap, the staff is very good

The building just needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Grim on top of grim cannot be cleaned. Food is ok depending on the time of day.

Kids requested Burger King and I thought mmm ya it's been a minute since I've been there for their messy burgers! But. WOW they were great no mess and great tasting and good value with their coupon you can get online. Thanks, Burger King. Keep on Smiling

This place reminds me of the states and road trips to visit family while eating drive thru.except they have Poutine! It's definitely not the worst burger king but not the best.somewhere in between you can get your junk food fix without getting sick or getting food poison. Highly recommended if you are brave

Bought a whopper meal and the burger had rotting lettuce and only mayo and no other condiments but my biggest problem is the rotting lettuce. This is not the first time and pretty sure it won't be the last time. Check your food before eating.

Manager yelled at my wife. For her asking for a veggie whopper. And for not asking for an impossible whopper. #timetogetanewjob

Not the first time we try to get some food after work on a Friday, it say’s opened till 11pm, but we go by the drive-tru and all the lights are off, but you can see the staff is there, what a joke!

Had a whopper with cheese it was cold. I saw them make a new one by then my frie were cold and burger was colder than the first one. The cheese was not even melted. I won't go to this one in Kelowna again. Princeton Burger King is great no problems there.
