If I was there for first time I wouldn't go to another Burger King This store was no where near other location's

Food was as expected. Ordered a whopper meal. Got a whopper meal. Service was sufficient. However my issue lies with their faulty speaker. Its on and staff dont seem to care. The speaker continues to give high frequency feedback, really annoying to ears. I brought it up to the counter, they shurgged it off.

Best place to dine -in, cleanliness is 100%. Had 2-3 vegetarian options which are great. Always loved their food. Staff is friendly and suggestive.

I ordered a impossible Burger combo with oreo Shake. Food was really hot and Delicious. Definitely visit next time.

Fresh food, however I ordered iced tea and recieved some sort of extremely diluted iced tea, it was almost clear in colour and tasted like water. I'm not sure what that was, but it wasn't iced tea.

If there was a Burger Queen, it would be Phyllis. She is an absolute star. Thank you so much for making all of our days. 10/10 service and prices. Highly recommend

Went through the drive thru and had to pull up front and wait even though no one was behind us. When I got it, it was all cold.

You guys need to change the staff. Everybody know the manager is an elderly lady. Whenever someone calls about the complaint whoever picks up the phone will say she is the manager just to hide this from the real manager. They do not have manners to talk with the customer.i want real manager's reply.she needs to change the staff.

Not complaining, just a constructive criticism, i ordered crispy chicken but it was smells as fish not chicken at all, please make better service

Came through the drive thru tonight ordered 2 whopper meals mozza sticks and extra onion rings. The girl on the intercom confirmed the order with us we went to pay. Total was a little high but thought it was just the extras we ordered. She gave us 3 drinks let her know that there should be only 2. She checked the order and seen that she accidentally charged us for an extra whopper meal. No problem manager came over and refunded us and re charged. Keep in mind we are in the drive thru and there are cars now behind us. I have my husband check the bag and we are missing the mozza sticks. Informed the manager and she said they were never on the bill. I laughed and said okay. She’s like but if you would like them I will give them to you…. I said sure thank you thinking she was going to give us the mozza sticks we ordered to begin with and confirmed it was on order…. No she said 3.75 please. I said oh no I’m not paying for them you said you would give them to us. She said no ma’am they were never on your bill she sticks the receipt in my face saying she can show me…. No thank you and we drove away. You can’t give a customer free mozza sticks that are 3.75…are you kidding me. We didn’t mess up the order. We ordered correctly. I was kind and patient with them as they were fixing their mistake. I worked in customer service I get it but really. Did I have to scream and stomp my feet to receive good customer service…. What a joke

Awesome location. Clean restaurant. Very nice staff. Not much I can really say except that the customer service was pretty good. I have never ever had issues with this location.

Ordered late and got bits of charcoal in my burger, I'm not even sure what it was it was quite repulsive to eat and made me gag and had to spit it out.

Closes at ten pm? Bull. Its 9: 50 pm and its looking very closed. Last time i go to this place for a burger. Pitt meadows location from now on. This location sucks!

Gotta use their coupons then a burger meal doesn't hurt, almost $40 bucks if we ordered individual meals but you can use their app and get those 4 whopper meals for only $25 or the family one, which has two whopper meals and two junior Whopper meals all for like $21 CRAZINESS! LOL

God awful wait times at drive-thru, couldnt get my order correct even having explained it many times over. I explained i ordered 2 meals and they gave me half the food then shut the window on me after i had paid for 2 meals. Clearly i ordered 2 meals if i paid for 2 meals.

Burnt chicken burger for 13 dollars lol yummy old fries the only thing decent was the drink. EDIT woke up puked up all the food made me sick it was so poorly cooked

Always give the wrong food through the drive thru. Today ordered 2 whopper meals.got 2 chicken burgers *puke*

Worst chicken burger ever. Came in there June 14 2021. I had only 3 pieces of lettus and half the bun had mayo and the top bun was burn

Filled out that receipt for to let them know but most likely won’t hear back we were the only ones in there at the time so it should have been made perfectly!

Burger King is honestly, in my opinion, the best food available from a fast food location. Never leaves me feeling sick or gross like competitors food.

We just went to this location on drive-through at @5: 43pm, and the staff told me that they are close, and no other words to say to us. Can not believe that!

I went and ordered a chicken burger and when I went to eat it I opened it and there was no chicken not a single piece

This place is a gem. Amazing location and extremely friendly customer service. I was having an issue with my order, however the store manager helped me with a big smile on her face. To be honest, the best experience.

Called to place a order for 13 meals and they said no you cant order on the phone we dont do that what? Really BK? Guess you dont like making money

We had an order for 13 chicken nugget and frie boxes that they refused to deliver, they wanted me to come in when I had no free time, lost out on a lot of money.

My order came up 2 minutes after I ordered it and the staff ignored it and dealt with 3 Skip the Dishes orders and drive through orders instead. After 10 minutes and 10+ drive through orders, yes I timed it, they finally decided they should grab my food and give it to me.

Cold food and missing part of the order. You get home and BAM,
it's not all there. You gonna drive back and fight with management over burgers?

Restaurant wasn't busy. 12 minute wait for food because no one made fries. Once the fries were done, I watched the employee serve fries to the people that ordered AFTER us. 4 mediums, we got whatever was left. Not sure why she did that. We received our 10 minute old burgers and sat down. Newer and clean restaurant. Drive thru is prioritized which is a good thing. Washrooms are locked so you have to get back in line to let them know to buzz you into the washroom (order counter and washrooms are on opposite sides of the restaurant which was nice) Overall service was meh.

Always quick, always friendly. The odd time I go inside, not very clean. And their cheesy tots are AH-MAZE-ING! Hope they keep them forever

I've read that unfortunately Burger King is going the way of the "Dinosaurs" thanks to multi national corporation greed. Too bad it sure as hell beats McBarfs and Wendy/Timmy's.

Place made me wait 20 mins in the drive thru only to park me cause chicken fries weren't ready. So I waste my gas but you guys keep your dt times short thanks alot glad I was hungry when I ordered

It's good food and they have very quick delivery times on skip the dishes but cana get orders wrong sometimes

Food is average fast food at best. Service mediocre. Cleanliness average at best. Also they say their hours are until 10pm but seem to always lock their doors at 9pm. Don't bother going here, Wendy's and A&W are better anyway.

Food was mostly hot but they forgot cheese on one of our burgers! We placed our order first out of 9 orders and I watched my burgers sit and most of our meal go to the people behind our order so we did not get our order until the second to last one. Not sure how their expediting but it is wrong. First in first out I thought! I was getting a little uptight seeing my food sit and one was wrong - not so good BK

Upon encountering an online banking problem, the staff there made remarks about not having enough money to pay for our own food. This was completely unprofessional and a shame. Management should be disappointed in their staff.

Holy Christ, get some staff. I've never been to a BK this slow.or any "fast food" place. Staff were overwhelmed and it wasn't even busy, one person at the counter.

Best person I have ever seen behind the counter that took our order. Fast, efficient, pleasant. I have never seen such a good worker, her name is Jo

Consistently opens later than their posted start times and closes earlier than their posted closing times. Very frustrating. The 3 times I've tried when they say they are open they are not. I won't be trying again.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been in. The workers seemed very unorganized in the area of placing the orders onto the trays
In the short time I was there three different customers returned their food because it was wrong. The two coffees I ordered was just barely warm. When I went back to have it replaced, was told there was no coffee available, nobody put coffee on. The so called crispy chicken nuggets were not crispy (as they advertise) were cold and tasteless, the same for the cold tasteless unsalted fries. No more Burger King for wife & I.
