Absolute joke told me they changed drink size and handed me a small with my whopper coupon meal claiming it to be a new medium size

It's burger king. Same same same. Patties have gotten smaller.prices have gone UP. It's fast food. I like that they have fountain lemonade and they fries are pretty good.

It was an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness and organization of the place were commendable. The staff members were notably friendly, adding to the positive ambiance.

While the food was generally good, the poutine left me with mixed feelings; its taste wasn't my favorite. On the bright side, the burger was undeniably delicious, making up for any minor disappointments. This place certainly has its culinary highlights, and I would recommend trying their burgers

Onion rings are not crispy or fresh and I was charged for sauce as well.worst ever Burger king, I have been too.

Went on Saturday night and after they confirmed my order they all of sudden didnt take debit. Open 24hrs but debit was all of sudden down. This was at 2am but i have a funny feeling they just didn't want to make the burgers

Ordering can be a little slow, but I really like this location because of the windows and they have lots of seating (nice to sit and watch highway).
(I agree with others there’s one lady who is rude that’s been working here for years)

I find the food and service here to be very consistent and reliable

Asked for 4 whoppers during the 2 for $8 event plus drinks and fries my total was $40 being in a rush i just paid luckily I realised she charged me for 4 deals and caught it before getting 8 burgers

Staff services very bad after 12 pm you are oder burgar staff sad we do not have burgers if u want burgar waiting one hour staff sad we are washing kichan so I drive taxi night time so I try 10 time every time staff ignore the costmers

Lady at the drive through was rude. She was not listening, I had to repeat myself four times and she still didn’t get my order right. They said it would be a four minute wait.no problem. Until I was sitting there for over 20 minutes. When I got to the window they had my order wrong and told me they don’t have what I wanted. I said I’d just have fries. THEN they asked me to park my car, and come inside to tap my card. What the heck? 25 minutes sitting in the drive through for them to not even give me my food. Absolutely ridiculous. At that point just close the restaurant if you’re taking 25 minutes to even process orders

I go for fast food about twice a month and it's for the crispy road house chicken and their chicken fries are good!

Everything was fresh and friendly customer service, Thank you Khushbo and the person in front count for your great service.

I have a suggestion ; please install a baby dipper changers in the washrooms.

You should win a prize if you can get a cashier to acknowledge your existence. Maybe the prize could be a discount on the four dollar cost of a large pop. Yikes! On the plus side, the whoppers are as tasty as ever.

Worth coming here if you're having a bad day one of the ladies that works the drive through will cheer you up. Thanks for making my day a little easier! I do like whoppers to by the way

Very rude and fictitious advertising, asked to switch our food and were rudely responded to, older lady that works early mornings is the worst, we're never coming back!

I’m sitting in their drive through Saturday night at 1am seeing 2 employees sitting on the ground ignoring drive through and customers had to sit in my car for 10 min knock on the window and call the store to get their attention! Who ever is running this store should be ashamed of what they are doing to this franchise! Wow wonder why no one ever talks about them any more

Service was terrible …. Waited 5 mins for someone to take my order and it was dead inside and food meh burger tasted like it was boiled and not broiled…. Only good thing was the cheap nuggets

Food was horrible and the staff got order wrong, this is the 2nd time I've tried going there but never again

I used a paper BOGO coupon here. At the intercom, I was asked to provide the coupon number. The coupon says we can mix and match burgers. However, the employee rejected my request and made me select two of the same burgers. Only one star dropped for this. Every other visit of mine here has literally been perfect.

This is the best Burger King location in Canada!

Their tastiest burger is the filet-o-fish. It is coated with cheese, the bread is so soft, and the sauce is delicious.

They also serve magnificent foods and drinks. Let's check em out!

Told me you can not use coupons on a Wednesday (it does not say that on a the coupon) and they ran out of meat for a Wopper Jn.

I always get the same thing which is the original chicken.

Only issue I would say is the person speaking into the microphone needs to speak clearly of how much the total is going to be just not state to read it on the sign below. Also to say it will be ready at the window is a given but state it dont expect your customers to be mind readers.

Worst, terrible, one woman who taking drive-thru order, she is very rude and rude.

Time travel is now possible.if there are more than 2 cars in line. You will order.and time travel froward in time an hour after you get your food. Amazing technology!

They messed up on our order didnt have any fresh cooked spicy chicken patties they didnt give me a straw and there rootbeer was watered down

Worst BK around. Unfortunately it's the only one open late in my area. They put way too much condiments on their burgers.and the East indian ladies are very rude.

Ordered from Skip. My drink came in the driver's cup holder. My ice was melted (I understand it's being delivered and less ice then usual is normal, but no ice at all. I feel giving the driver my drink is unacceptable as he could tamper with it. NOT HAPPY with that aspect. Ordered the Roasted Garlic King it says on the ad that it comes with 2 patties. I received one with one patty. The onion rings were half dumped all over the bag and the burger looked like a toddler assembled it by throwing the food at a wall. When I called to complain the lady that answered the phone couldn't understand what I was saying so now I'm stuck with a bad meal with a watered down drink. They would only get a 3* as I've got food from here before and it has been not great but this now brings it to one. Bad customer service, not good food, inaccurate order and bad covid protocols.

We could be wrong but are under the impression that their whoppers are better than from the same chain fast food joints. And Yes, they are open 24/7 ;-)
The icing on the cake? There was no lineup and we were served in no time

Terrible service, worked night shift for a month and every time we went though the drive thru between 1-4 they would never have half the menu and always made excuses for it.place is a joke

The worst store. Been here twice. Both times horrible. Staff is just plain rude. They act like they're doing you a favor by serving you. Also seem like they hate their lives. I have low expectation of service at fast food restaurants but this store bottoms those expectations even lower.
Won't be back. Don't waste your time.

Gave me cometely wrong meal and stale fries on sunday july 12th when they usually do a wonderful job. Male worker at register was nice who ever cooked that day was lazy and should be talked too

Hello all, I would really like to give the restaurant 5 stars. The staff is fantastic and have always been polite and courteous. The restaurant, before covid-19, seemed very clean and comfortable. The thing that's holding me back is the amount of time I have gone there late at night and have been told "I AM SORRY SIR, BUT WE HAVE NO MEAT". Once I get but now over the time of a year I have been told that. So please maybe order an extra box of patties for a late night whopper craver like me.

This particular franchise is one of the better ones in the area, they are usually fast and very efficient, unfortunately very recently they have started messing up our orders, a bit of an inconvenience when you get home and realize your doubles were just singles, these kind of things didn't used to happen, I'm pretty sure it's just the new guy they have working there, bring the other guy back, I'm tired of being short changed on burgers.

We visited the location at 20290 Lougheed Highway in Maple Ridge BC. Close to Golden Ears Way
Note it is easier to enter the restaurant parking lot going east bound by staying in the right hand lane. This a typical Burger King with great flame broil burgers like the Whopper. And bottomless soft drinks using the self serve dispenser.
We came by on a Saturday afternoon around, and ordered from the value menu.

Waited 15 minutes for some food that was clearly not freshly prepared. Employees were rude. And I am not sure how many times I had to ask no onions or tomatoes before not getting them in my burger.

Tried to call them asking for someone but obviously I called the wrong number. I asked for Mr. Wall and they amedietly hung up on me. I didnt even get a chance to say sorry, wrong number. Terrible customer service. If I could I would give 0 stars. Awful, absolutely awful

Have tried this location 3 separate times and had a bad experience EVERY time. Buns were stale during one visit, they gave me 2 slices of the top of a tomato on my burger the second time and the food was cold in the 3rd visit. Won't be visiting here again.

Long history as I know since 1996 at least. A lots free parking available in the front. Portion is big. Price is super good with coupon. Friendly employees even they looks pretty seriously sometimes. Overall, I would recommend this fast food restaurant.

Waiting 15 minutes for breakfast, only to watch them microwave it and serve your “hot”breakfast to you cold is a bit much.

One older lady that works the counter is amazing and the rest of everybody else just ignored me while I was there.

When your company is advertising certain items you should actually HAVE those items available. No pretzel buns and no chicken parmesan. Won't be coming back

I very rarely leave ratings, however I would certainly be remiss if I didn't. The manager here for almost 2 years and the staff he has assembled are Far beyond what you would expect.
I've been coming here for over 20 years and it's never been better.

I remember going to this place for years. It was great and fun place. Now staff seem like im bothering them when I order.

Nice clean interior, nice parking, nice staff, easy to find location, good service, and decent burger choices.

Why does it deserve 3 stars instead of 5?

Food is absolutely terrible. Bland. Old bun, messy, and greasy. Burger literally fell apart as I picked it up. It really isn't a staff fault, just bad management.

They do Burger King like it was meant to be. Hot, fresh, friendly. I've been here several times, different times of day, the fries are always fresh and crispy!

I was at burger king today i ordered my food from the drive thru when I got to my place it wasn't my order. I wasn't going to drive back but nexts time i will have to check my order before leaving.

Amazing burger king. Fast service and friendly and professional staff. Lots of parking and the drive thru is easily accessible for vehicles for wider turning radius'. Have never had a bad experience at this location. Food quality is great and they dont cheap out on their poutines either like many other locations often do.

2 things to address.if you order the 2 for 7$mix n match. And get to whoppers for your mix n match on whooper Wednesday. It's actually cheaper. Thanks ordering 2 normal whooper Wednesday burgers. Also.
When you order a double "cheese" burger. You expect double cheese whereas you don't get.and double patty. Should be called double patty n cheese burger. Now McDonald's has this rite.why not Burger King.

The taste is less industrial than McDonald's and the veggies taste fresh as can be! The restaurant is also quite clean and enjoyable to sit in, although you lose 2 stars for whichever employee told me to "enjoy my meal" when they gave me less onions than normal. Absolutely despicable and disgusting!

Workers are always kind and polite, I haven't experienced any issues with my orders in the 3+ years I have been going to this location. If you like Burger King you know what to expect for taste and consistency.

Last time I ever visit this location again. Went today around lunch and went through the drive-thru only to be greeted by a young lady that was very snappy and short with me. I always know what I want when I get to the speaker and waste no time ordering. When I got to the window the young girl seemed very angry and almost seemed as if I had offended her in some way. She forced my drink into my hand then, followed by my food with the bag wide open. After driving for about a minute I noticed a putrid, rancid smell thinking it was something outside like sewage. When I got back to work I pulled out the burger and a very watery and greasy liquid that smelled like sewage poured all over my desk. I opened the wrapper and my burger was sitting in a pool of this liquid. The bun was so soggy it had fallen apart, I then pulled apart the burger only to see brown soggy lettuce and tomatoes so soggy they fell apart when I went to remove them from the burger. At that point I was so disgusted that I threw out the burger and went and got a sandwich. After reading so many reviews like mine I can't believe that a health inspector has not shut this place down yet. The owner doesn't care about the quality of this food or the customers as I have not seen one reply to any of the reviews.

Good service and fast service staff are friendly the only thing is their deals when I get their burgers they seem to be almost cold and that kinda disgust me due to health and safety in food safe regulations
