I was served fast fresh hot food before closing by friendly staff great location for a late night snack!

Taljeet and the team alway remember my orders even down to my choice of drink as I dont ever order pop. They always ask about their promo's especialy when its one they know I enjoy and remind when its on even when I dont see the signage.

I ordered a Whopper meal and was asked if i would like cheese or not and i said no just the original whopper meal. After i got back home i opened the bag and found there was no pickles onions tomato or sauce and when i called to complain about it they basically told me it was my fault for confusing them and there wasnt anything they could do about it. Because i still really love burger king im just gonna go to a different location next time where they actually know how to treat customers and make food properly without getting confused. This location has had other problems in the past like forgetting drinks and forgetting things in general. If you do go here make sure to check the order and check the bag before you leave.

The staff is really professional and friendly. The food is amazing. I was served by Taljeet and she was super friendly and professional.
Now I will be visiting more often.

Is the first Burger King in the world that you can’t have soft drink refill. Just skip it.

Service takes forever, they just stare and don’t take ouur orders and they take forever to prepare the food!

I love to go to Burger King, the staff members are always very warm and kind with me and my family, their food taste good and their sauce is good, their meat is cooked, and I am always smiling after BK.:)

This is the cleanest, most well run Fast Food establishment I've ever been to.

You can tell this is a family run operation. The staff is super friendly and the owners are on the front line.

Waste of money very bad taste. The chicken nuggets and the burgers tasted like they were cooked long time ago.

I didn't like the service. I ordered a tea with 5 sugar and 2 cream and a lady asked if I want it on the side or inside, and I said inside but she did the opposite she gave me sugar and cream on the side and 3 sugar instead of 5 and 5 cream instead of 3. I was not satisfied with the service

Overall experience was good especially staff was very polite and I got my order very quich and food quality was fine. Keep it up guys

First impression is the last impression, as we entered the premises was very clean and pleasant. The person at the counter was very polite and diligent. Terrible terrible terrible! Worst customer service. Owner is rude and has no manner on how to talk! Never willing to accept their fault. I asked her the name she refused to give me her name! Definitely need to avoid this place like a plague.

Great place to dine in, I always come here since i know it’s quick. Nihal has always done a fantastic job making my meals for my friends and myself. Nihal gives good service and always gives my food without me having to wait for to long!

Our favorite place for burgers and far better than McD's in our opinion. We like to dine in as any fast food becomes really unappetizing when cold. Removing 1 star as the staff are less than friendly.

Got the download app and spend $1 to get free whopper. It applied offer then on second screen disappeared.

I was at drive through and complained to manager. They told me not their fault and its the app. I kept asking what am I suppose to do as customer.

People honked in driveline. I waited and then she treated me to call police and she also held my food hosrage when I paid credit card on the app.
I started recording to protect myself. Cause she said I was threatening when I was not. She walked away cause I was recording and never came back. Everyone in the line was yelling at me.

I should show this on you tube and news. This was a horrible experience.

I went to the burger king down to the other burger king 10 minutes away and reordered my food. Was a better experience

You Do not have to be demanded to purchase a paper bag for. 25 cents

The law reads you can choose to use your own paper bag.

And the LAW is. 15 cents a paper bag.hmmmm

Worse service, No Mannner's how to talk, this location not accepted survey receipts. When I talk with her she show me anger and shouted on me.when I told I will complaint at customer care. She replied very rudely and told she bothered least and will not accept it. I suggest every customer's Donot go this location. I could I will never give even one star to this location. So rude and unprofessional staff. Moreover front desk staff making faces when they saw customer's with survey receipts.

It was like so convenient, heading home from Walmart off 88 Ave prior to hitting up Futuristic Vape store in Delta, BC.

Worst drive through service ever.
It Shows open 24 hour, but girls inside do not even bother to serve you. They simply ignored.

This location charges more compared to the whalley one (king george and 104) see attached pics - both are whopper combos with onion rings

Just went through the drive through everyone wearing masks and gloves (except for the manager) who was working and wearing his mask on his chin not over his mouth or nose and no gloves. Not professional during pandemic

Visited yesterday by drive through nobody was there to take orders. Waited for fifteen minutes for any answer than left to McDonald's very much disappointed and waste of time never visited again.

Let's start with the positives first, The food is good the service is fast through the drive-through. But what I really don't like about this particular location is the fact that the nickel and dime you. If you ask for any extra sauce doesn't matter how much or how little you have to pay for it each time. They don't even tell you that information when you're placing the order or at the time of payment. I have been to other locations and I've never had to pay for extra sauce as long as I was not asking for an extensive amount. Disappointing!

Helpful staff but over charge for whopper wer, and also if you ask for extra lettuce or tomato etc, their topping are scant as is and the extra only brings it to what looks like the photos and should be normal, staff is helpful and nice but the supervisors sometimes aren't

I Went thru the drive thru the other day and got the most disrespectful manager ever that I have ever met. I wanted a refund for the meal because they didn't have the right sauce for the burger I got and they didn't inform me until I already paid. The manager said that she could not because there is construction going on in the restaurant so she could not give me a refund.while I was asking for a refund 4 of the workers started to congregate around the window. When I asked them about social distancing she got uptight and took me food from me and I had to call 911 to get me food that I had paid for. NEVER GO TO BURGER KING AGIAN.

This is not a cheeseburger.
Also they don't put the amount of sauces in that they're supposed to for multiple orders of nuggets. You have to keep asking them to add everything that's supposed to be in your order to your bag.

Friendly staff who take the effort to get to know you. Most times they know what I want before I do.

Owner took frustration of "receiving complaints all day" out on me when I complained about missing a burger.a burger that was discovered not added to my order as requested nor was I told it was not added and I thought I paid for it but didnt know because I was not given my receipt. Then made to come inside to reorder it. Never once received an apology. Instead continuously received complaint from owner about her frustration of recieiving complaints all day. Owner was disrespectful and lied about being the owner. Then lied that she cant issue refund when I stated I would just get a refund for the over$50 order I placed. And when pretending to be only a manager, she refused to give me her name because I said I would make a formal complaint.

It was fast friendly service. The food was of quality as well. Quite impressed to say the least. Very well done. Thumbs up from me.

I tried many of their branches in surrey but this one is the best one. They serve fresh food and this was their big difference. It has a beautiful kids play area as well.

Always visit Burger king on 12525 88th St, Surrey for a quick lunch and get an awesome customer service by the staff, specially Rajpreet, who always greets with a big smilling face. Keep up the good work.

I tried the new cheesey tots not very good hardly had any cheese but I bet if they had some zesty sauce for dipping it would have tasted better, but they had run out.

Visited the restaurant at 88 ave for lunch earlier this week. I was accompanied by my friends from California, and enjoyed our brief visit here. The burgers and shakes were A. W. E. S. O. M. E.
Please give my thanks to the manager (s) as i felt this place is very efficiently managed. I also want to say that in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful staff person, Rajpreet. She had just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. She and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Kudos

I ordered egg cheese burger its seem like been earlier, they just warmup the burger in microwave, because even bun is very hot and its taste no fresh and good.

I had one of the worst experiences here. Ordered a chicken combo and when I got home, I found there were no lettuce in the sandwich. I called to notify them and she put me on hold where I can still hear everything they were saying. She was speaking in Punjabi with her other co-worker and called me a bad word and also a liar. I understood everything clearly and when I called her out on it she said she said no such thing. When I mentioned that I 100% understand the language she then started justifying as to why she said that. I asked to speak to the manager and have never heard from the manager since. Very dishonest and disrespectful. I wouldn't even rate this a star but there was no other option.

This is 100 times the burger joint McDonald's could ever be! Whopper was amazing.pickles were actually split between 3 different locations.and the BK big fish when compared to a filet o fish is like comparing lobster to Pollock! Definitely a burger fit for a king.or at least a prince!

Went through the drive thru last night when it was hardly busy and was told to wait at the front. 5 minutes (as I was told it would be) turned to 15 minutes and when I went back to the drive thru I had to wait an additional 10 minutes due to the lineup that had resulted while I'd been waiting. 25 minutes for a drive thru order! When I told the girl at the window what had happened, she told me that she hadn't seen my car out front. Obviously a lie as I had been waiting for 15 minutes and not once did anyone bother showing up, and she was clearly at the drive thru window the entire time. Terrible customer service.

Food is good but inside of the restaurant is disgusting. Theres ants everywhere crawling up onto the sitting areas. Mostly in the kids play area- did not want to finish my meal seeing this. Please call an exterminater!

Burger King has a good breakfast idea. One that always brings you back. Service at the 88th ave, and 126th street location is very good, and friendly.

I went to this Burger King location on a Tuesday at 11am. There was no ketchup packages for the drive thru (didn't even offer to put ketchup in a portion cup for me instead). They had no dipping sauces left except that zesty cheese (which I find disgusting) and buffalo sauce (no good if you don't eat spicy food). Someone should be more on top of ordering and order more. I also found out that if you want extra toppings (a bit more onions and pickles), they charge for it. That is the only location that I've been to that does that.

The service counter needs direction. Orders for eat in are taken and sent out for drive through. Orders are mixed up and therefore later returned.
A crew chief needs to be hired to get this place back up to speed.

This place is way to hit and miss. I go there in the morning to order a burger and half of the time they say their broiler isn't working. This morning I went there as it it a 24 hour drive thru and the place was dead. No one was working I went to the door and it was locked even though the open sign was on
