Dr Zenone has been great to deal with so far, she is super friendly, listens and is very patient with myself and my baby! Very grateful that we found such a nice and caring doctor, that is also close to our home. Even if she is busy, when I call the office they can usually get me in last minute with another doctor which has been amazing for last minute things that come up.

A very negative experience with Dr Le Voi. I couldn’t believe some things I heard from this new doc at this location. Very discriminatory and he looked for every reason to reject me as a new patient. Wow. My first time encountering such an unprofessional physician… not recommended.

Dr. Manning is great however wait times for appointments takes too long. You need to book at least a day in advance

I had work safe BC appointment, it took me 10 days to see my family doctor. He works two days from home, two days in clinic. He asked me to book in person to fill the form for work safe BC. He just asked me two simple questions and let me go. I was booked for 40min and he spent 5 min. I told him that I had hard time to book in person, and he response" this is my schedule and you can change your doctor if you are not happy". Peter La voi is my family doctor.

2 Stars because its tough to get a doctor in BC and we got one through Burke Mountain Medical.

My concerns are with one doctor that was our General practitioner. Dr. Peter Le Voi. Our meet and greet was great, and it sounded like we found one of the best matches. But from then onwards it was downhill. I would rather give instances of what happened rather than pass a judgement so that you can choose to judge yourself.

My son was sick, cough and cold. Breathing really fast. I took him to Dr. Peter Le Voi. He asked us not to worry for it is a common cold and nothing serious. My son's situation seemed turned serious to us because his fever kept rising and we took him to the Vancouver Childrens Emergency Hospital. Turned out that my son had Flu and also another virus that was making rounds during that time. The doctor said it is rare to see two viruses at the same time! We were surprised that Dr. Peter told us to not be concerned at all just one day before this.

My son is not on MSP (and thus we pay the doctor's visit directly). He had tears in his eyes for straight 5 days and we were concerned and called Dr. Le Voi. He asked us to call back after 2 days if the tears did not stop. 2 days later we called him to say that they did not stop nor reduce. He said he will get back to us with a specialist's appointment. He called us a week later to say that he got us an appointment 2 months down, with a specialist. We said that we did not need the appointment anymore. My concern was that as my child's doctor, he was least interested in knowing whether and when the tears stopped (be cause we did not need the appointment anymore). But my bigger surprise was that I was billed three times for this whole thing - First when we called complaining about the tears, second time when we called 2 days later (following his advice), and third time when he called saying that he found an appointment for my son. The clinic's explanation was that everytime Dr. Le Voi speaks to you about your son, you will be charged.

And the last example was when my wife took an appointment with the Dr for a problem she had. She got an appointment a week and half later. Meanwhile her original complaint was resolved. She had some other issue she wanted to talk to the doctor about. So, she kept her appointment. The doctor told her, 'This appointment was for the original issue she had and not the one that she came up with. If she needs to speak about a different issue, she should make another appointment for that issue'. This didnt sit right with me. Upon looking at the problem, he said that there is nothing clinically wrong.

[Update] After changing this clinic and this doctor, my wife went to her new doctor, explaining the symptoms which Dr. LeVoi told her, ‘Not to worry’, she has been diagnosed with Asthma, and very low B12.

I just got assigned to Dr. Le Voi, and so far I really like the way the communication and booking system works. They seem to respect patient time and are very informative.

Good experience so far. Dr. Ezimora is friendly. For non-routine appointments, have to book via phone, not online. Agree with other reviewers that it can sometimes be difficult to reach them via phone.

Free parking lot on the North side or roadside public parking available. Do not park in the Reserved Parking spots (e.g. West Side). Allow extra travel time to find a parking spot.

They declined my incredibly important prescription refill for no legitimate reason.
The phone lines also are the worst to navigate, especially when they say they're closed when they aren't.

Dr Sara Kahrobaei was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind during my appointment. She reassured me and explained everything that was going on perfectly. I would 100% recommend her as a doctor for anything you may need.
4 stars because wait time on the phone is consistently 10-15 minutes, and often you get sent to voicemail. Difficult to reach and book appointments but they are helpful once you get ahold of them

I've had varied experiences with the doctors at this clinic. I was referred by my GP for ingrown removal treatment on both feet. Dr. Senei handled the first removal, and he was efficient and professional.

For my second appointment, I was assigned a different doctor. This doctor seemed unaware of the scheduled procedure and my case history. Without consulting me, an alternative surgery was performed. Had I been informed, I would've opted to wait for Dr. Senei or sought treatment elsewhere. I've been dealing with the repercussions of this issue for almost 20 years, and the alternative treatment could increase the likelihood of recurrence.

The lack of communication is concerning, and I believe there was a significant lapse in obtaining my informed consent. It's essential for patients to be apprised of any changes to their treatment plan, and I should have had the right to decide on the procedure done to me.

My family was transferred to dr. Peter le Voi and I've had the worst experience with him. He does not care about your medical issues, he doesn't listen to you. He was arrogant, disrespectful and rude. Changing the family doctor.

Joined the clinic as a new patient with Dr. Manning after our previous family doctor retired. Very good experience, he’s polite and efficient and so are all the staff we’ve interacted with.

I’ve particularly welcomed the video call system which has worked pretty well, and is a huge time saver.

Once I had to cancel quite last minute and they were very accommodating.

The place is a bit run down and could use an update however.

I, and my entire family have been a patient of this clinic since infancy. We have always had wonderful service from every doctor here and the staff. Today, we showed up a couple of minutes late for an appointment with Dr. Le Voi (who we have not ever seen before). We were late due to some heavy traffic. After standing at the reception desk for several minutes waiting to be helped, Dr. Le Voi came out, informing us we missed our appointment and refused to see my child who needed a quick assessment. We were turned away and told to go to the walk-in clinic. We had to make a new appointment and come back another day for my child to be seen.

Great clinic. I have been a patient here my whole life. My doctor has been amazing and I am very happy. Thanks dr. Ezimora and staff for being awesome!

Saw Dr Mogga today as my doctor was not in the office, excellent and compassionate service and extremely thorough.

My NP is fantastic and this is not a review of her.
Also when I can get ahold of reception, they are great.my complaint is the answering system. They will close their phone lines at times when they say they are open.for example if their lunch is between 1 to 2, the phone lines will be closed still by 3pm.if they close at 1pm, they will shut their phones down by 1230. My pharmacy sent 2 fax refill requests and neithr were returned.unable to talk to anyone at the reception and now even after an emergency supply of my medication I am out. I tried to call over 5 times in 1 week during their open hours and the lines are closed.

Dr. Kahrobaei is the most knowledgeable and kindest caring doctor! She takes her time with you and genuinely listens to you. I’m thankful to have her as my doctor.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.
I did ingrown toenail removal before 3 months and the doctor seem didn't have idea or experience what he is doing. I did follow up with them after the surgery and asked them about black piece that appear near and under my nail. He said it's normal and can be a clot without check it very well.
This black part was another part of my nail which the doctor didn't take out when he did the surgery.
Now my toe is infected with pus which is worse than before the surgery.
