I called and texted my problem to Richard and he was quick to come to my house and respond. He was knowledgeable about the problem, and with a quick trip out to get parts, he was able to fix it. Would use him again anytime.

Richard has been very responsive and helpful with our service request and helped us with replacing multiple faucets quickly. He’s a friendly guy and is very transparent with how much he charges. Will call him in the future for our plumbing needs

Noticed hot water tank was leaking in the morning and Richard had it replaced within a day.

Our hot water tank finally packed it in last night. Called around to a couple of places this morning and Burke Mountain Plumbing were very helpful answering the various questions we had (tankless, high efficiency, rebates, and provided a very fair quote over the phone. Richard showed up on time and was very professional with the install, ensuring there was minimal mess by covering floor with tarps and cardboard. Installation was quick and he completed the work as quoted. Thank You Richard. I contacted Richard for my PRV issue and he came to fix it even though it is not so easy job. He charged me as quoted and his price is very fair. He was on time and so responsive. Thank You Richard.

I called and he had no idea of the brand of furnace I have. He claims he has 20 years experience. He told me to take pictures of the furnace and I did. Them he told me to call someone else that previously serviced my furnace. Claims he doesn't know how to find the parts. Brutal. I would not recommend him at all.

Very professional service, we've got an honest assessment of our water heater and needed to get a new one installed. Richard showed up on time with the new heater, installed it and left the place properly cleaned.

Woke up to find our bathroom faucet leaking. I called Richard and he talked me through the process. I purchased the parts needed, sent him a picture of them, and he arrived within 1.5 hours! (this was a game changer - he confirmed parts prior to arriving - which saved us BOTH time and money) He showed up on time, followed covid protocol and was extremely experienced and professional. Even though it was a bit more work than anticipated, Richard had the additional parts on him. It was such a relief to have this fixed in a timely manner, and we will definitely call Richard for any future issues!

My water tank was out of order. We could not use it for 2 days and other plumbers said it's not possible to get warranty claim in a shot time. But he was able to do same day service for warranty claim and replacement. Absolutely he is an expert! I am so happy with his professional and fastest service. Thanks Richard!

I called Burke Mountain Plumbing and Heating based on previous reviews. Richard attended on June 29 at 8am to do routine maintenance on my furnace and also investigate my low water pressure. He also helped with some overflow water issues from my cooling unit which was not draining. He fixed everything under 1.5 hours. He is quick, efficient and his experience shows. I've been watching the one-handle faucet for a few days now; water is no longer leaking/seeping between the escutcheon plate (faucet cover) and sink into the compartment below the sink. Richard has been servicing my furnace and gas fireplaces for a few years now. He is professional and to the point. I recently called him as my furnace was making some strange intermittent noises but regretfully, it was quiet when he arrived. He still checked over the furnace and although he could not find the problem, he was still there for almost a half hour and charged me nothing. What other tradesman would do that? Impressive.

Don't be misleading by the comments provided by the people. Beware of the authenticity of the comments in the postings. Be cautious that you might eventually meet up with an irresponsible plumber that might damage your pipes! Beware the truth that he might not deserve a 5 star ratings, really worth it? !

Richard came and fixed one sink and installed plumbing for a dishwasher, and two sinks. He is is one of the best trades people I've ever dealt with. He is honest, hardworking, cares about his clients and does a high quality job. He had to come back to the job site several times but always ensured that he got the job done. I had a leaky laundry faucet with an odd connection that needed tending to that my contractor couldn't fix on a freshly grouted floor and mudded walls. Richard promptly made arrangements in his day to see about my problem. Despite the urgency of my call he still managed to make his other scheduled appointments and return to fix mine the following day for nonurgent repairs. He clearly shows care in what he does for a reasonable rate! Highly recommended!

Richard came and replaced my leaking hot water tank promptly and efficiently which was great. But what he did for me today was truly beyond the call of duty. He noted at the time of install that my gas pipe was not hanging vertically though it was perfectly usable. Today he called me and said that he would like to come back and fix it for me.
