I had a massage appointment with Teresa, my objective was to get some relief on my back pain, she really made me feel way more better than what i expected.she also used the gun and stretched my legs in addition which was amazing! I would definitely recommend her, as she is also very social. The clinic setup is simple and they are so flexible.

I've attended several Pilates classes here, and I must say I really enjoy the lessons. Lily, the instructor, is incredibly professional and patient. I look forward to experiencing positive changes in my posture after completing more courses.

I highly recommend the pilates at Panda. Lily, the instructor, is a sweet, kind hearted teacher who is patient with you, no matter what level you’re at. She will start with a quick examination of your posture and current body stature. Afterwards, she will take you on a pilates journey that will assist in correcting poor posture as well as built up pressure. Two thumbs up!

Went to my first visit here a few days ago. Booked with Carmen and the session was great. She spent time doing a proper assessment and answered all my questions. She gave some good pointers on exercises to do. I would definitely return when I have free time. The clinic was easy to find and there was a ton of free parking. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Would recommend.

I had a good treatment session with Daniel and Joanna, both very skillful and their customers' service is great.

Parking is very convenient and free at underground, booking also no hassle to find available RMT.

I've been seeing Carmen for several years now. Shes an amazing RMT. She provides excellent massages everytime. They're always consistent. She's provided education on how to prevent future injuries via stretching techniques, exercises and body mechanic suggestions. She's very kind, professional and knowledgeable.

Carmens the only RMT I'll go to. I highly recommend her! You won't regret it.

The massage was so light, ambiance were bright and not relaxing, loud and can hear people from the outside talking. Overall won’t come back again I didn’t feel any difference after treatment

This clinic is very unprofessionally. Don's waste your money and time in this clinic. Your money deserve better service. Staffs were rude and arrogant when they didn't inform clients they changed the service room on different floor and then blamed clients not reading their rules without proper notice. They waisted client's 20 minutes in waiting without apology and insisted they were very "polite" to tell clients it's client's fault not receive the correct notice. Staffs are coughing and should've stayed home not work. Staffs are eating lunch in the back room and no one in the front desk. Someone knocked the door and told my therapist the pillow I used was her. So they changed my pillow in the middle of the message. I booked one hour service but the owner knocked the door and asked the therapist to stop the service in 45 minutes. I was changing my clothing and someone knocked the door the third time in 45 minutes and asked me to leave soon. It is unbelievable I pay $135 plus tax and receives ridiculous preaching from staffs and such a low service ever.

Eunyoung is amazing acupuncturist and massage therapist! She is very professional, friendly and listened to my specific needs. She is very knowledgeable and she helped me a lot this year! The staff is very friendly and help me a lot! Thank you Panda Clinic and I will continue to book appointment and referral to my friends!

Tony Liang is great. Whenever I go to him with specific area that hurts, he really help target those areas during the session. Tony is also very knowledgeable about pressure points and related muscle group. Some area might hurt during the treatment but I always feel much better afterwards.

The service is very good. The reception is excellent, but I hope to pay more attention to Chinese needles, an integrated team. I wish you success in your work to treat patients

I tried 5 therapists at this location - I can only recommend Isabelle Cheng or Tony at this moment. Will keep updating as I try the other ones.

Luckily, found the walk-in spot today. Called to try if they accepting walk-in earlier this morning, the lady who answering phone suggested checking online frequently, no spot available that moment. First thought, they just too busy maybe next time, but after several tries, one spot did appeared like magic. Very nice clinic just next to the bay, they have free parking but too rush to visit, parked on mall parking. They do direct billing just bring the card or take the picture, they will take care everything, which is nice. Definitely recommend!

The worst massage I’ve ever had. The lady was literally just stroking with oil. Felt nothing! What a waste of time and money.

Teresa and Andrew are both great. They listened and responded to my needs at the time. My husband saw Tyler and was apparently blown away. Great place for massage.

Very professional therapists, went down for acupuncture therapy, helped me down with my back pain, very friendly staff, always quick appointments, no long wait times, nice and clean rooms and beds, they also work with mostly all major insurance companies, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife who just had a terrible experience here.

Starting off, my wife is 7 months pregnant, and mentioned this to the massage place TWICE, on two different occasions (see picture attached). She mentioned she would need a pregnancy pillow to lay down, and got confirmation by two different people that they do have this here. We'll, turns out they lied and they don't have such a thing.

Her first actual red flag from this place was when she arrived, they asked her to pay the entire amount first, before she had any treatment, no other place does this.

The worst part is that the manager, Joe, lied about the bed/pillow for pregnant women. So if you are coming here for massage for the first time, pregnant or not, perhaps try another place first, this place only wants your insurance money.

The front desk made mistake on my first appointment.suppose to be facial Accupuncture but had me in for regular Accupuncture. First time was fine, I accepted the mistake but on the second time, I was lead to think it was a two hour facial appointment but when done at 70min I was rushed out of the room for the next client to come in. I was then told no such thing as 2H appointment. What? You rebook me for it and to tell me that there’s no such thing? Its So misleading. The front desk person was clueless and said she didn’t know there was such thing as facial Accupuncture. I don’t expect the front desk person to know the science behind it but at least be aware what is going on with your job. When my session was done, my face was left feeling so dry instead of supple and moist. I was feeling so frustrated and have never experienced this with any of my therapists. No one wanted to hear me nor take my questions. Accupuncturist had to be with her next client was her concern.
I was also not given the Accupuncture’s registration number on my receipt so that I can hand in the claim
myself. (I can get points for my visa bill if I have it charged rather the automatic pay) They had a hard time understanding what I was asking for - the Registrstion number! For Pete’s sake. They can ask for my information yet when I ask one thing for them that is so simple and a daily basis they said computer problems. I have never been so disappointed and that this my first time submitting a complaint.

I have been coming to Body & Soul Wellness for nearly two months, and every session is incredible. Arthur truly takes the time to assess your needs, work with you, and make you feel comfortable. I literally felt like I was floating on air. I will gladly return. Arthur is amazing, and I feel very relaxed now that I have been treated here. Everyone please come in, you won't regret it! Arthur helped me tremendously! Just the right pressure and touch. What a relief! There are so many places out there where the massage therapist doesn’t know what a massage is - but Arthur definitely knows his specialty! There’s not a soul that can match his energy. A true legend indeed.

Arthur at BS Wellness/Panda Clinic is top notch when it comes to massages. He is a wealth of knowledge and is always working on learning new techniques to help all his clients, which is most commendable. Keep up the great work!

It’s a very good clinic, the environment is very clean and the staffs are friendly & helpful. They provide a full range of services, so that I can always find one suits my current needs. The therapists always assist me with my muscle stress and teach me recovery tips afterwards as well. The receptionist helps out to cope with my work schedule and send reminders once the appointment is booked. Overall, I had great experience for doing treatments here, and will definitely continue using their services.

It is a calm and relaxing place for treatment. No noise pollution. The staff and therapist are trained and polite.

Worst massage I ever had. Tried with different MRT in the same office - better, but still worse than any previous experience. On top of that they said they can't charge directly from insurance and I paid from my pocket, but when I tried to add a claim myself, guess what? ! Insurance paid them already! So they've got double paid and refused to return my payment. Had to spend hours to get Partial refund. Be cautious! I will never go back.
If you have a problem contact the owner, she cares.

I have been going to Body & Soul wellness centre as well as the Panda Clinic for what seems to be close to a year now. Definitely a place you must visit if you require acupuncture or a registered massage. The staff here is not only very friendly, accommodating, and approachable; but knowledgeable and very professional. You will leave feeling invigorated and renewed, a definite visit is required if you face stress or body pain and would like to relieve it. A must visit if you require any of their services. My preference is this location due to the bigger rooms, although the Queensborough location is great as well.

I've been a couple times now but Andrew is the best! He's super strong, listens to your needs while he maintains a professional, caring attitude.

After trying a few massage therapy clinics in the area for comparisons sake I can definitely say that this particular clinic could use more knowledgeable male therapists.

I had my first ever acupuncture treatment with Meichia Wang and she was patiently listen to what I have to say about the problem I was having regarding the pain I was suffering on my shoulder's. I've never felt so much better after the treatment and I wouldn't hesitate to go back and see her or any other members. Definitely reccomend body & soul wellness for any sort of treatment they have to offer.

Body & Soul Kingsway clinic is one of the best health clinics in the entire town! This location is highly and strongly recommended as the staff working there are super expert in their profession and helpful in all aspects!

The place is clean and all the staff are very respectful. The message therapists are quite knowledgeable and friendly. It's near Metrotown so it's only about 15 minutes walk from the SkyTrain. They also have free underground parking. Highly recommended!

Carmen is very knowledgeable and careful. She has been treating my knee after my ACL reconstruction and I feel way better now.

I’ve been to many rmt and also own a spa before. The appointment is very easy too book online and the staff are very friendly, professional and well train. The front desk Isabel is very helpful and always have a happy smile. Free parking and direct billing is a great plus. Highly recommend, location is great across from metrotown mall.

6 months ago, elma wang gave me a massage, but she scratched my face on both cheeks, which is a tiny long line. Actually, I didn’t feel the pain and know the scar until my friend told me 15 minutes later after I left the clinic. The Next day, the two scars are almost gone and only a little scratch left. I thought it will recover, but I was wrong! Now, The little scar is still there and I think it’s permanent.
If she doesn’t like me, she should refuse me the service and told me straight forward. But this kind of action is crazy！Where is the moral bottom line? Her backstab action is zero tolerance and I feel she is dangerous!
