I know if fact that paving is a tough industry, I was not expecting this business experience. I contacted them to fix our industrial courtyard. Then this guy, Chris, came up and discussed the scope. I got the quote really fast and price was good too. We agreed and I signed up the contract. Two guys showed up and prepared the work area. Suddenly, more crew came with heavy duty gear and suddenly things started coming along. The team was super coordinated, all of them followed safety procedures and knew what to do. The finished the repair on time and mobilized all equipment out of the yard. At the end, we checked the job done and we signed off satisfactory. It might sound a little too much, however, we are in the Service business too (Stormtec) and we appreciate customer service. These guys from Blacktop provided unreasonable hospitality, unreal for this kind of industry. In other words, 100% satisfied. Thank you Chris, awesome work, pls pass my comments to your amazing team. Burnaby Blacktop repaved my old cracking/pothole-filled driveway and did a great job! I'm recommending them to my friends!

We had a new driveway put in by Burnaby Blacktop in January 2021. Looked great and the team was courteous, efficient, and professional. They even discovered remnants of an old stump underneath when they removed the old driveway, so they pulled that out to prevent future issues. Unfortunately, in late 2022 we did see a puddle start to form in that area, but I'm happy to report that they honoured their warranty and did a beautiful repair job yesterday. Rather than just filling the trouble section, they went over and above, cutting out the section that was causing the issue and re-paving it. I'm sure we'll have no issues with that area from now on, and we appreciate the great service. Thanks to the whole Burnaby Blacktop crew for everything!
