Tiny site no room to park vehicle indifferent staff neighbour sewage hookup on my site beside my picnic table site had no grass just dirt noisy wifi awful.slow and unstable. Expensive but convenient if all you want is a place to park the trailer and explore Vancouver.
The shower is horrible for handicapped people. The stall is in the respective bathrooms so when a male attendant is helping a female then they have to go in the respective washroom which is uncomfortable for all concerned & others using the washroom. The wheelchair accessible shower & barhroom should be absolutely separate from the main bathrooms The drainage was horrible. 1: 4” of standing water was there all the time making the attendant helpers pants, socks & shoes soaked
A very centrally located RV Park. Very well located as a station for Vancouver. The equipment is great, with a pool, fitness room, laundry room, etc. The condition and cleanliness are top. The nearest Skytrain station is around 18 minutes away.
Those who start or end their RV tour in Vancouver are in good hands here. Asphalt pitches, a bit narrow depending on the size of the RV. 10% discount for Fraserway customers. Laundry, indoor pool and roof terrace. The washrooms are clean.
They threatened to call Child protective services for the kids putting their feet in the hot tub, which they could only have noticed by watching their spy cameras in the pool area.
A campground in Burnaby with local city noise, not unecpected. I tried to do some family communication on the supplied linternet and watch a film in the evening. I even paid extra to 10gointernet. Disasterouse! I experienced better internet in the mountains at Manning Park. Im in the middle of Vancouver and cant get internet service? $70 plus per night to stay. Wont be back. Beware parents.
If you have pets this is not the campground for you. Even though they say the are pet friendly there rules are not friendly. The only time you can have your pet outside your rv is if they are attached to a leash and attached to your arm. No fences, tethers or kennels! Not very humane! Not sure why they just don’t say “No Pets Welcome”.
If you're looking for city camping or doesn't get much better. This park is full of amenities and located just a short train ride from Vancouver. We brought our bikes on the train and toured the city. So easy! There's a nice river side path down into New Westminster as well. The only real drawback is the spots are small, not perfectly level, and if you're on the side next to the train track it can be noisy. Lucky for us we were on the river side. Pool and hot tub were nice and there's even an RV wash onsite. That's a first for us in our two years of RV life. Never had a wash at the park. Wifi is decent but has 2 hour limit every six hours. It was fast enough for us to stream a movie. Also junction box doesn't have an extra plug besides the 30amp. Generally we charge our bikes straight off the electrical box but had to plug them to RV instead which only allows us to charge on at a time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The sites are beyond small, think sardines, they are tiny. We have a small 24ft rv and can barely fit in our site and have to hang out onto road. You can smell and hear the smokers next to you. It is disgusting. There is a train that runs right behind it frequently and the #1 and Lougheed highways, so it is not quiet at all. The free wifi is not so free, it has some pretty stupid restrictions with a total of 6 hours free in a 24 hour period (but not all at once-30 mins every 2 hours or 2 hours every 4 hours) unless you pay.
The people who run this place are super friendly and helpful! We got a rental car and did all the spots around.came back and slept in the Rv. The pool and facilities are perfect for what was needed. The only part that wasn't so nice was the train.which is constantly running. I do think those spots should be disconnected in some way but if not look at the map and request for farther away.
Sites are incredibly small. “Privacy” hedges have big holes for slide outs. Say hi to your neighbour's as their slide out enters your space.your neighbour’s are so close if they leave their external lights on at night it lights up your whole camper like the morning dawn.
You are directly in the heart of the city and it is LOUD.if that’s your thing then good on ya.
The male manager is so incredibly RUDE. Can confirm what other people have said below. Some of the other staff is nicer. Make sure you follow their managers idiotic rules closely or you will be publicly ridiculed by him. Here’s something fun! You can make it a game to see how many people he losing his peanuts on during your stay! You’ll get apologetic looks from the locals if you’re one of them ;)
Internet - it’s terrible. If you’re planning on working you’ll need to find somewhere else to go or tether to your phone. The free internet you can use in blocks of half hours or two hours for a total of six hours in a 24 hour period. That’s if it even works.
Facilities seemed clean overall. Sites had cigarette butts everywhere though.
Left this place early and found somewhere else to stay. Not enough redeeming qualities for an extended stay. So uncomfortable. Worst spot we’ve been to yet. No thanks. Would not recommend.
Incredibly noisy cause of at least 3 highways and a 24/7 in use traintrack. Free, operational and reliable WiFi should be de facto standard in 2022, but the failing system is from the dark ages.
Very tight spot, they would not let me check I because I was ahead of my husband in the tow vehicle. In scorching heat, I had to wait around, couldn’t even go to my site till the Motorhome arrived. We are again the scrubs on 3 sides, our picnic table is within a foot of our neighbors sewer. Can’t wait to hear the noise tonight….
Stayed 2 weeks while visiting family in Burnaby. Don’t listen to the naysayers! This is a beautifully maintained park right next to a long trail by the Brunette River. Perfect! Clean facilities throughout, and privacy hedges on every single site. The only downside would be that the sites are generally small, so hard to get into if you have a large rig. The other downside is parking for your vehicle (no parking at sites) can be a challenge if you come in late. Friendly, professional staff - definitely five stars to be able to park so close to all city activities! Try to find a park like this in any other urban center!
Nice, well managed, clean park with facilities for cleaning your rig and dumping your black water. On site store has a selection of snacks. Nice grounds with many hedges separating the pads. And very large. Location beside a park greenway with dog walking areas off lease areas and access to miles of City trails.
I would not recommend this campground to anyone. Train goes by right beside the campground and 2 major roadways go by making the noise level very high with traffic noise and sirens most of the time. No campfires allowed at any time of any sort. Camp stalls are very small and staff will not let you change stalls even though there are lots of empty stalls available. Very expensive for what you actually get. I would recommend looking around as there are better campgrounds in the area. I shopped around and found a way better campground for less. Pictures are without slideouts out. Very tight fit. Must park your vehicle in the parking lot as there is no room near your camper. Staff somewhat sociable but are always making excuses everytime you ask for something.
This is a really nice spot to camp. Close to Vancouver and the Brunette creek trail is a lovely walk easy to access from the park. Some spots really tight to get into so inform them if you need more space for maneuvering. Power, water, sani And wifi
Really bad service, $70 dollars for one night NO internet and no solution to fix it. While they advertise it, but you also have to pay extra for the internet. We had way better and cheaper places that had great internet and service! We will call you back, no call what so ever! The front desk is like not helpful at all.
We spent a week here during COVID-19. Everything was clean: the sites, indoor pool/hot tub (including the pool toilets), playground (and area), the washrooms (flush toilets and hot showers), and laundry room. The only downside is the active trains (both CP and city). But, would definitely stay here again!
Just an honest review. Caution! Entering a verbal abusive area A good RV park overall.a bit tight but nice. Nevertheless this park is a 0 star, feels like you enter a angry Zone. Definitely not a kids friendly park, seems like many people that work here and live here full time have a hate towards kids, people that are verbally abusive and possibly have temper and anger issues should not live in a campground or more importantly, not work in a public RV park where they need to enforce rules and regulations. Person living at site 82 was screaming at our's and friends kids to shut up and go away, not to mention without following . Covid 19 standards.and the staff literally screams at your kids. I respect the rules that are in place for practicing social distancing - If only this park would have in place the practicing of kindness & Love - would definitely be a 5 star. For now sorry
Wow quelle complexe!
It’s a beautiful setting but had off putting interactions with the staff. One morning the maintenance staff decided to do major construction work 5 ft from my bedroom. I asked if it had to be done first thing in the morning. The workers looked at me like I was crazy. I enquired with management, it seems strange that I have to explain that I like to sleep in the morning to so many people. That work could’ve been done anytime.
The management also wasn’t practicing social distancing, so I had to leave. On the way out they short changed me.
Very tight manuvering with narrow interior roads and sites that aren't long enough. If you have a small trailer or a class B or C, this is a very nice park. If you have a 5th wheel, they will reserve a space for you but they shouldn't.
The two guys at the front desk were VERY friendly and excellent concierges as we planned out three days of activities. They encouraged us to walk to transit and successfully enjoy a car-free trip to various places in the city. Each day they were happy to hear of our adventures and gave us some tips for the upcoming days. DOWNSIDE: park is between a highway and railroad so bring earplugs. Happy to have found this place for our stay in Vancouver.
Great park to visit Vancouver. Nice amenities. Big rigs carefully review the spot you are assigned. It is pretty tight. Someone didn't do so well as you can see below. My back in was easy as there was a street in front.
Very much noise, from the highway and from the trains. The facilities were rather good: nice (small) swimming pool and a store. The camper places are to small for large campers (>25 ft).
