I was so so pleasantly surprised by every single person that I encountered from the front desk - to the dental assistance to the dentist during my visit here today. The dentist was very careful in explaining things and fixed a broken tooth /filling - and it looks and feels good on day one. The bill was fair and I didn’t feel as though I was taken advantage of … the last dentist office I saw were so …phony …chipped one of my teeth and when it came time for the bill I was extremely upset because they just had a matter of fact way of explaining why the bill was so much bigger after the fact. I can whole heartedly recommend this group… and I will entrust further dental work to them.what a lovely team of people

The Burnaby dental group are very professional with what they are doing. I’ve had fillings and wisdom teeth extraction here and it was the best experience I could expect. I was pretty nervous before doing the extractions but they made it so easy for me. They always try to help no matter how bad the situation is and the most important thing is that they have sympathy for the patients, so they give you the best and the most hassle free solution for your problem. Avoid this dentist.
I needed to change a filling in one tooth but they tried to charge me for two. They always tried to charge double or triple and try to push unnecessary treatments on me. They don't care about the patient's health. They only care about cheating patients and making money.
The staff were not respectful and the behavior of an Asian assistant was especially bad.

It was one of the best and top care I had received ever at Burnaby Dental Group. The dentist & her assistant performed their job without rush, resolved my concerns and even added extra to make my smile more shiny

I have got the best dental cleansing experience ever. Dr Sarang and his hygienist spent time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth and the first time I did not go through any pain from scratching. Dr. Sarang also patiently explained the all the options to address my dental issues.

I feel blessed that i visited them instead of other dentists who overcharge for the treatment and don’t care about the patient but they charge very less as compared to others and they help with payment plans and your insurance which is very nice of them. Cheerful Atmosphere here and staff of this place fully hygienic and friendly. Here doctors make you feel so comfortable. This clinic having full professional equipments all treatment can be done under one roof only. While having treatment done we can enjoy watching yummy foodie episodes on their screen they have given on sealing it help to won't feel bored anymore. Incredibly considerate, friendly, and professional staff who are happy to accomodate as best as they can. Generally, I find dentist appountments very anxiety inducing; however, the staff here do their very best to understand and alleviate my anxiety. The office is conveniently situated and very clean. I highly recommend trying this dental office.

This dentist Had me in for two appointments. First was for a consultation that they where unable to give me any answers on Treatment options. They took pictures to show their special dentist. They tried to bill me for that: than they called me with the estimate and I made very sure I was clear on what she was giving me an estimate for and what work was included so I made an appointment. Upon leaving work and getting into the chair. They asked me to pay before they started the work very insulting. And when we talked about making the payment she told me 4 times more than what she quoted on the phone. Instead of $500 which she said was a discount from $550 it was more than $2000. And than they tried to tell me it was my misunderstanding, I spoke about our conversation on the phone; she than realized she was completely wrong and asked me to leave:

This place is a sham they get you in the seat and start changing their word.no customer service. And highly over priced, same work was quoted to me for 850 by a different dentist

Don’t use this place. There are far too many honest and good dentists in the city to have to deal with places like this.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and they did and brilliant job and I was well taken care of.

I currently go to Burnaby Dental Group on Royal Oak Ave in Burnaby and it’s very good. They are very friendly and explain everything before doing any procedures. They also don’t push you to do unnecessary procedures (a problem I had at other Dentists). The procedures are fast and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

I will strongly recommend this clinic to everyone who likes to have a quality service. The service was top notch with a great environment. I am glad to be handled by the professional dentist.

Dr. A. Sarang is my dentist for a couple of years now. I'm really satisfied with his dental professionalism. I highly recommend him. His stuff is very friendly and his always willing to help and come up with a payment plan when the payment is a bigger amount.
This dental office is at a convenient location. One block from Kingsway on Royal Oak. There is a couple of parking spaces behind the building.

They were very kind and patient with my anxious kid and found the time to do a small filling and repair for my other child during his cleaning so we didn't need to come back. Professional staff.

These guys are unethical. They overtreated and charged my insurance company for services they did not do. I went in for a simple cleaning as they told me when making the appt that I did not require to do a dentist exam. But they did one anyways once I was seated in the treatment chair. After the cleaning, I was surprised to hear that I had to do 3 cavity fillings. The dentist pointed out the teeth that I needed treatments for and quickly convinced they needed to be done. Then I was charged for 4 fillings on 4 teeth. I do not believe she did the 4th filling and if she did, she did not discuss with me beforehand nor have my consent for the treatment.

Also for the cleaning, I was charged for 3 units of scaling which means 15min (unit) times 3, so 45 minutes of scaling (she spent max 20min), 15 min of polishing, 15 min of root planing (which was never discussed nor did she have my consent - and she did not do). My whole appt was ~1 hr 45 min which included filling out forms, xrays, waiting for sensors (since 2 stations share sensors). Etc which translates into completing 3 + 1 questionnable fillings in 10 min. I think not.
I went in for a simple cleaning with no pain on any of my teeth. Now one of the tooth she treated, hurts.

They did similar thing to my daughter who has never had a cavity since birth - they found 3 cavities to fill and also overcharged.

They agreed to reverse some of the charges but Sonal (their admin) said they have to wait until the cheque arrives from my insurance company. Once they have reversed some of these charges as they informed me, I will write a followup review. My insurance company has been notified.

Best dentist I have ever seen. They are very ethical and highest quality of work.

It was my first time to use this dental clinic. Dr. Rajdeep Jham and Ms. Neeru, her assistant were wonderful. Dr Jham was thorough and explained everything that needed done to treat my tooth which gave me a nightmare for a month. I had my back tooth extracted unfortunately but I suffered a minimum pain after the treatment. They were both professional and offered comfort throughout the whole treatment including fillings to other teeth, which she explained showing me the x-ray in advance why it was necessary. I booked for a regular check up in 6 month time at this dental clinic. I recommend Dr. Jham and Ms. Neeru.

The staff at this clinic is simply amazing! I was in need of an appointment last minute. Called in the morning, the receptionist was able to accommodate me by the afternoon, and in addition gave me accurate pricing for the appointment. While getting my dental examination, Dr. Jham and Jas walked me through the process in the most respectable manner, providing exceptional care. I've been coming here for several years, and I can honestly say the service has always been consistent. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was over charged just for recontouring which took minute and a half. What a rip off when you aren't insured. They did unnecessary X-rays without asking for consent. Hate giving negative reviews but have to.

Amazing experience. I was pretty nervous because this was my first time getting dental treatment done in Canada. But they did it with literally zero pain and in less than 10 mins. Totally recommend!

This dentist seems appealing at first because of the affordability, but unfortunately you sacrifice in quality of work.

I had a molar where the filling fell out because of tooth decay, and I went to Burnaby Dental Group to get it fixed. This was mid May.

I booked a cleaning/checkup early September because I was having tooth pain in the same tooth. The dentist told me that the tooth had decay on it again. I was surprised, as it had only been 4 months since they “fixed” it. I asked for an estimate and they wanted to charge me full price for a tooth they obviously didn’t fix in the first place. I expressed my concern about this issue, and they ended up ignoring my emails.

Very disappointing end result and will be taking my business elsewhere.
