Burnaby Mountain Dental Centre

I am only giving them one star because they are professional in managing appointments and can fit you in according to your availability.

But I do not recommend this place for your dental services. I realized they charge higher than the BC dental fee guide (I asked them and they said it is allowed) and also they try to take advantage especially when you are paying with your dental insurance. They recommend additional services which are not essentially required.

They do provide professional dental service but they keep making you come back for more services which are not necessary. They just try and bill your dental insurance plan as much as they can. I am neither a dental expert nor an insurance specialist but if they are designing the patients dental treatment around the dental insurance plan, to get as much as out of it, then I must think twice.

There is a thin line between earning money by providing a service and trying to make more money by giving you unnecessary service. And I believe that they crossed that line.

Can't recommend Burnaby Mountain Dental any higher. Very professional and the staff are all great. Dr. Imran Mitha in particular has been great since I started attending earlier this year.

If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further. I won't be going anywhere else.

I don't recommend it. They take x-rays unnecessarily. Also, he is careless while working. He cut my daughter's inside lips while filling her teeth.

Awesome place! Been going there for almost 2 years now, the staff are so friendly and they create a family environment. I just got my crown put in and it feels amazing! Would highly recommend

I go there quarterly to have my teeth cleaned. I have complained about this before about the hygienist at this office. I don't need to be questioned on how many times I floss my teeth, which I do 3X a day and brush my teeth twice a day. I'm tired of them asking me these questions on how many times do you floss and how many times do you brush your teeth a day and then they go on and suggest to me what I should do. I know what to do, I don't need to be lectured like a child! If everyone's teeth was perfectly clean every 4 months, you wouldn't have a job

Dr. Mitha and the staff got me in for an appointment on the same day as I was dealing with a bad toothache. Dr. Mitha is very professional, he did my root canal and got me out of pain, and provided lots of helpful information. All the front desk admin and dental assistants who work there are also very kind and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Great office. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door they are always friendly, cheerful.

Megan and Carmen were extremely friendly, and open to listen.
I had a great experience on my visit there, and they took the time to listen to my cleaning program business pitch proposal.
They provided great information about the clinic and their specific pain points.
