They're great with pets but this was my first vet, ever, and after exploring other options albeit further away I'm glad to have been introduced to pet care through these guys.
We started our relationship with them by them consistently ignoring my requests to update contact info, they then proceeded to sell me prescription meds that were much pricier than the regular brand we bought from them. When I did end up getting the meds, they ordered a single pill instead of the regular pack of 6 that it comes in by default. The dental cleaning for my dog was great but they kept insisting and pushing for more procedures including teeth extraction which would've been close to $3300 and my dog's health and an unnecessary procedure. After a second opinion+xray at another vet, my dog's teeth were fine and only needed cleaning.
I'm summation, their priorities seem to lean to the same mentality as a car dealership, charge more for unnecessary things.
My current vet might be quite a bit further away but their priority is the animal and their family, not where they can ding you more and suck another dollar.
I'd give these guys 1 star but they treated my dog with love and that deserves a star in itself.

This was the worst experience I had for my cats end of life. Front desk girl was rude, unfriendly and not proactive. They didnt even send me a sympathy card. Sub vet was decent. This occured in Feb 2020

If you have a cat, nobody knows more about them than here! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have the highest standards!

When bringing my cats to a vet, I always hope they will not get sick from the visit - that never happens here.

The Dr has a way with cats that you can only get when you have your own and really spend quality time with him - the cats love him!

There is nowhere I would rather bring my cats!

Went in for the first time to get my Guinea pig checked on, got the appointment booked less than a day after calling. They were all super nice and quick, reassuring and very knowledgeable. The price was also amazing, best by far.

Legit care and decidedly "good" service. Great communication from the surgeon and progress reports that made MY separation anxiety tick down a notch

Now if only we humans had a medical system that was as focused on making patients not want to bite them.

We are so glad to have found this Vet place! The doctor is amazingly knowledgeable about cats and always answers all our questions!

Their pharmacist is super helpful and attaches very clear and easy to understand labels.

They treat their clients and patients with care and compassion. The doctor, pharmacist, vet techs, manager, receptionists all go above and beyond!

It's the first time I have been here and all the staffs are nice and friendly. The Dr.is very patient and do the wellness exam for my dogs carefully. Vaccination price is reasonable. Great experience.

Great service with very friendly staff. We had a mess in our paperwork and they took time to double check it and call other clinics.

Friendly staff, and knowledgeable vet. I bring both my cats here. One has a chronic illness that is currently being treated. My cat definitely wouldn’t have survived without the help they provided.

As of today I inquired about my guinea pig how they treat exotic animals like that, the lady from the reception told me that $65 charge for the test or examinations, then results will be come out after 2-3days. Then, I asked her after exams, my pet would stay there for treatment or should I bring it back home.but she put me on hold until now I am writing this. ”what a nice customer service, very satisfying courtesy”.

Even if they are busy, they should be quickly back on the phone coz’ the caller might be on a hurry or need something very badly for the pet.

Pls, teach her some manners in answering phone calls, because later on she will be your burden getting bad results or feedback from someone else.

Dr. Moaveni is INCREDIBLY good with cats. Definitely able to put ours at ease, despite her hating the journey over. The vet techs are awesome as well. Excellent work, folks.
