I was preparing for an interview and needed my resume to be printed out. Walked in with a flash drive, spent less than 2 minutes to get several copies on paper. Done.
I'm happy with the service and the price. Will definitely come back.

TOTAL RIP OFF. Do not believe the rates posted all over thier shop because that is not what they will charge you. They charge you 50 cents to print 1 copy in black and white. And $1 "service fee" if you send them an email for the staff to print out the forms for you. NEVER AGAIN.

Sketchy. The pricing in this place is just weird.
They say they charge $0.50 for 1 colour print, yet I printed 3 copies and was charged $2.80. It always comes out expensive, I don't get it.
The colours are also bad, they change drastically from the RGB in the computer.

First: No, your sign about the fee is not clear. I've been to this shop a few times and never saw it. If you really wanted to advise your clients about it, you'd put it on the computer's wallpaper in huge red letters. But I guess you don't reeeally want clients to know beforehand since this is easy money, right?
Second: This is not a lan house, it's a print shop. People just use the computers to send their files to the printer (since the only way to send a file to the printer is through a computer). Charging extra for such a basic step is just malicious. If you want to avoid clients from using the computers for other purposes, just put a time limit for the computer's use. Something like 3 minutes is more than enough to send a file to the printer. Done.
Lastly: My complaint is the same as so many other clients here. Being the only print shop in the area, you had the chance to make this a great business. Instead, you decided to use this advantage to extort people. When a competition appears in the area you're probably done. Very sad that you do not listen to your clients' complaints and try to improve your business while there's time.

There is no quality Guarantee when buying from this store! They're expensive and don't deliver on the higher pricing.

I do not recommend this place if you are wanting regular business cards printed, especially business cards with rounded corners. One the actual print and cut itself was flawed, but two, i couldn't even get a full refund!

These cards we're priced more expensive than the shop i normally go to. They charged me $72 for 100 business cards and the one in normally go to would charge me $50. And the reason i didn't got to them in the first place was because i was on a time crunch and needed them the next day, which this store was conveniently able to solve this time crunch issue. And for them to charge this much i would expect better quality. But i was mistaken.

They showed me a sample before hand of what it would look like, which makes sense. And I saw that they're we're spots of miss print or where it looked like specs of dust. And i thought that it wouldn't look like that on the finished product and maybe it was just an issue with the sample paper. But no, on numerous business cards (I ordered 100) there we're specs of dust or misprint that even when i tried to wipe off it would still be there. Furthermore, the cut of the business cards were subpar, it looks like they use a dull, hand held, pair of scissors. Cuts were inconsistent and not even fully rounded, I would be embarrassed to provide one of these business cards to any of my possible clients.

And when i expressed this concern to the store, and granted they did offer to re-print the business cards with more rounded edges. But at that point i just wanted out and wanted a full refund, but they didn't even give me a full refund, they gave me a 50% refund. So they don't provide a quality guarantee, so you can never really be confident that the product is going to come out good or not unless you've tried it before.

I can't speak for any other products besides the standard business cards with rounded edges. Maybe some of their other products are good, i have no idea. But for my first time here, i got a bad first impression and I am very displeased with what i bought from this store.

As a business owner, this print centre has always been so very accommodating and helpful! The owner helps you, is very hands on and is there every single day to fulfill your needs! He has watched my business grow and is always there to ensure my needs have been met from business cards to flyers, seminar book printing and binding! Thank you!

Greedy people with no understanding of customer service.went to print passport photo, without listening to me she just printed on an A4 paper and charged $2. Then for one print I had to pay $1 for computer usage. Total scam.

Firstly the quality was okay, but this is the first shop that the quality was noticeably worse on the second and final job. The word disturb was spelt "Disturbe", the words for the print job were barely readable and the space for the door knob was on par with a 2nd grader that doesnt know how to follow cut lines.

$1 for a one b&w page? !? ! Because I need to use the computer to open the file and it was less than 3 mins?

I have been to both locations and am extremely happy with their service and quality of work. Ben the owner at the Kingsway location is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would not go to any other print shop in town other than Burnaby print.

Self service printing option. Cheap as well. Just log in to your email and print the documents that you need. Color printing available. Price per page.

Great owner, I went 2 days in a row. He was very helpful and did exactly what I needed and very fast.

I have to leave a 5 STAR review for this business since they are super helpful and knowledgeable. The work gets done very quickly and precisely.
I noticed a mistake in my printed portfolio which they took responsibility for and fixed it for free. I noticed that they have new and updated equipment. I recommend them to everybody.

I went here twice for business cards.

Decent service at a decent price. The guy always gives me some extras.

Quality is not good. I have done multiple large prints here and last time he started charging extra fees that were never discussed. For the price, you can find better. Go somewhere else.

Used to be decent and honest store a few years back, but now they charge for computer use (!) and the price for photocopies is not lower than anywhere else (unless you make hundreds and thousands of copies!).

Absolutely not even a star if i could rate that. The owner has an enormous resentment in him. I only asked if i can get a better resolution of a copy of my passport kindly because it was home-scanning quality and then he just scrolled through my email to delete the scanned files of my passport without any affirmation or permission to look through my email list. When i re-asked him if there’s any solution, he forcefully grabbed my passport and pulled with a huge anxiety. I just had to walk out to avoid any further poisonous behaviors.

This place sucks! I went there several times. The first few times, they charge me for using computer without letting me know. I brought a 18x24 pencil sketch, and the quality turned out to be very bad and they charge me for $5 per one copy! One of my classmate went there, and did just a few colour copies (2-3) the colour were totally not acceptable, and it costs $50! There are better place out there with cheaper price, don’t ever go there!

This place deserves 0 score.the guy is a big scam.please run away from this place.he is a liar and he keeps changing his prices.i printed 200 copies and he charged me $25 for just cutting. I didn't know until I asked for the breakdown of all the cost. Then he started lying about the prices saying he did a full bleed, later he will say someone else. Please the guy here is not truthful and a big liar and I told him I will never come here again. He feels he has ripped me off, but he will paid back. Whatever anyone sows he will reap.

Pretty shocking ripoff. Burnaby "Save-On" Print (LOL) at 4546 Kingsway advertises 2.8 cents a page - then charges 25 cents a page. For a black and white xerox! That's triple what most places charge!
When confronted, the manager said it was only 2.8 cents if you make 1,000 copies of the same page. Like that happens often. We should've left our pages and walked instead of paying like suckers.
No other operation in the Lower Mainland charges 25 cents to xerox a single black and white page. Yet they plaster "2.8 cents" all over the place. What a clip joint!

Okay service, but quality of Business card printing is terrible and overpriced. Don't purchase their one-day printing for your business cards!
