Picked up a load of sand quick in and out service. It’s a bit pricier than some of the sand pits but it’s convenient.

My issues are nearly a year in the making. Ordered several thousand dollars of product from Burnco last year. We’ve had a few disagreements on charges that were resolved, but they finally decided to take the damaged blocks away this spring and pay me for the pallets I returned. I’m still waiting on all of this, even the pallet refund, and I keep having to follow up with them to get a response. No idea what’s going on so far, and I am many months behind schedule waiting for replacement product. I will update this as the story continues.
Thank you for responding (2 days ago). I was dealing with your Kelowna (Westbank) branch. They are well aware of the situation, but apparently have gone MIA. Are you going out of business? I've had no further responses to my enquires. Ignoring my requests. Not providing information on the refunds or product ordered. Very very frustrating. When they said they would get back to me as soon as they could, I certainly didn't expect this.

A retaining wall and stairs has been built in my garden. I bought stones and sand in BURNCO. They have all the things I need. Manager Mike always patient to answers my question. As I don’t have a truck, Mike used his truck and spent his time to help me return all the pallets. Thank you Mike for all you help:)

Took an hour and a half for them to load some mulch and granite edgers. Guy in the yard was rude until he realized how long I had been waiting. He didn’t ask how much mulch I wanted and I ended up buying way more then I wanted just to get it over with. The two in the shop were nice enough, but this should of been a 15 minute trip. Now I’m stuck in rush hour, effectively wasting an hour and a half of my time. Thanks Burnco

Our Burnco product was delivered on time and as expected. The driver was professional and considerate. A big Thank You goes out to Mike for helping get us the product we needed!

UPDATED: Their customer service did a fantastic job turning a bad situation into a great one. Will deal with Burnco Kelowna again due to a great resolution.

You can checkout their website, for information on their products and pricing. I tried calling first, during business hours, and got a message machine. So I went on their website. Burncolandscape.com. I was looking for rocks, so their pricing is per bag, per yard, including delivery. The bag option is handy if you just want a bag or several put down in your yard, and you can do with it as you choose. I take it they come back for the bag? You should really update your Google operating times! Shows you are open until 2pm on Saturdays. I rented a trailer, drove all the way there to get a load of gravel to find a closed gate and no one there.called and your phone line says closed weekends. What a joke. Went to a different company for my gravel.
