I ordered online for a sympathy delivery and they were awesome to deal with. I had some info wrong on my end and they wasted no time in confirming it and also accommodated the receiver's request for a specific delivery date. Lovely experience!

As a working person, I've had to rush around to get flowers there a few times because of their restrictive business hours, which is a pain. I'm also not a fan of their storefront being a labyrinth of gifts that make you tuck your elbows in to get past, but they do make nice bouquets and the service is friendly. They've given me old flowers in the past with an order, so I make sure to go in person and select fresh ones and then it's okay.

I ordered a poinsettia arrangement online assuming that the plants would be red. I did not notice that the website description noted that assorted colours were available and was disappointed when white poinsettias were delivered. Called the shop to see if it would be possible to get a replacement. The manager returned my call and a red poinsettia arrangement was sent out at no cost within a day. I specifically chose to order from Burnett's because I knew a faceless high-volume online retailer would not match their customer service.

I emailed them a picture of a bouquet that I dreamed of having and Burnett's made my dream come true! My wedding bouquet and boutonniere's turned out exactly what I dreamed of and so beautiful! Their customer service was incredible and helped me out with a last minute phone call the day before my wedding by making the matching boutonniere's and rose petals for my flower girl lol. Ordered out of town a week in advance for birthday specific day delivery but they did not arrive. Called next day and told they supposedly mistakenly scheduled for next day. Owner did apologize and offered to add some extras to make up for it. When they did arrive, bouquet was ok but overfilled with greenery. Disappointed since this cost me almost $100. Will not use them again.

Burnett's flowers were perfection for our September 2021 wedding! They sourced great quality flowers and were so friendly to work with. Highly recommend!

Ordered a couple things online for a gift. The whole process was easy and straight forward. Product was delivered on time as promised. 1 item was missing, they not only made a return trip but threw in an extra item free of charge for the mix up. Fantastic customer service, very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will be using Burnett’s again. Great job!

This is hands down, the best place to go for your floral needs. Arrangements are fantastic, and last longer than other places have had me expect. Way to raise the bar!

The owner doesn't take negative reviews well. She was horribly rude to my hubby after forgetting our 10 year anniversary flowers. Laughed at him over his concerns! THEN BEGAN HARASSING my old place of business. Info I guess she obtained frrom my Facebook page. BBB needs to know bout this one! Would almost be funny if it wasn't so downright terrifying!

I was visiting from Vancouver, in Kelowna to arrange my mom’s funeral, and chose Burnett’s for the floral arrangements. The ladies went above and beyond to find the perfect flowers to reflect my mom’s preference for pink. My family members complimented me on the arrangements and I actually took home one in a vase to Vancouver, since it was too beautiful to leave behind. Most of the flowers are still alive a week later. Thanks to Burnett’s for taking the time to listen and make a floral memory for my mom.

Not one to write complaint reviews. But due to the gift being for someone else I have to. I ordered a deluxe package (6 roses in the online picture) of flowers for my girlfriend on Monday February 11th to be delivered to her work the following day February 12th. The roses were a day late (not the end of the world). But then she was delivered only 5 roses instead of the misleading display of 6. If your paying almost $100 I would have hoped to atleast have gotten what was advertised.

Amazing service- I was truly impressed with how well I was treated. I ordered several pieces of jewellry. I was kept up to date with emails of the progress of the order. I would highly recommend Natalie and her team at Burnetts Florist and Gifts.
