My mom had an appointment at 10: 30am and the therapist I believe was Derrek Young showed up late and ended the session early

Jonathan Lui was my massage therapist, and Sam helped me out with exercise techniques. Both gentlemen are pleasant, courteous and respectful. Jonathan was very informative about what he was going to do and why he was going to do it, before doing anything. 10/10, highly recommend.

Came in the other day with intense neck/shoulder pain and I was very happy with the treatment I got from Jonathan Coehlo! He took his time listening to me and asking intensive questions and moving me around to figure out the root cause of the problem. He explained things very clearly for me and at the end of my visit I was feeling much better and had more mobility! The next day when I woke up it was the first time things were getting better instead of getting worse. I'm very happy with my treatment here and would recommend to others!

After injuring my back i knew I needed physio so I got an appointment wss able to get in within 24hrs of inquiry. It was easy to find, and in a convenient location. They are polite, friendly, and professional. During my session we spoke about my injury and they quickly got to work on identifying the exact spot of the injury. I received top quality treatment which started to work during the session. Booked another appointment in a week.

This review is regarding their website not about the service. Why do I need to make a phone call to see their rates rather than just post them on your website? If there's any changes, just updated as needed.

Highly trained and knowledgeable physios are working here. Strict to covid procedures so safe to go here. My shoulder and back pain got better. Will visit again soon.

Edit*** Regarding below, I got a call from Burquitlam Physio Therapy and they extensively went over my files and we found out that this was not their mistake, but my lawyers. Changed from 2 stars to 5. Thank you for taking the time to call and help me fully understand what happened. DO reccomend.:)

I had really enjoyed the services and help I recieved from the therapists, but have to lower my review and have a horrible taste left in my mouth from them because of how they handled my order to pay. They ended up charging me more on interest than if I were to put the charges on a high interest credit card for 3 years. I wont be back. Don't reccomend.

Ruth Norgaard is an incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, intuitive and empathetic physiotherapist. Ruth didn't just treat my symptoms, but was able to find the root of my pain and provide relief and healing. Thanks to her, I am back enjoying activities that I thought I would never be able to do again.

Very friendly and they really listen and pay attention to your needs plus its a very comfortable environment
