Rude and spiteful attitude.

Somewhat disappointed with this store. I love supporting mom and pop stores but service seemed rude and spiteful from the moment I told the old man I purchased a C3 from Best Buy. I went in to buy accessories and had no idea that the C3 came with a few under the front door. I showed the old man the exact model I had just purchased and asked for the accessories and not once did he inform me that the vaccum cleaner I had purchased comes with accessories. Two of the accessories were different from the ones included but one of them is exact the same as what comes with my vacuum. This is not the type of customer service I would expect from someone who would like to make me a return customer. I won't be returning and will drive out of my way to give someone else my business in the future.

Thanks for great reviews here; just as good as promised. So friendly and helpful! No charge diagnosis to fix Dyson "blockage" warning. Just replaced the filter, and voilĂ . So, a new filter plus a second as backup for next time - and that's it! This is the place for service. I arrived hopeful and left all smiles. Fantastic.

Wow, actual service! Knowledge and support to back up your purchase. Highly recommend you check this brick and mortar store out when purchasing your next vacuum.
